There is only one terminal with a few decent choices for food in the concourse we were in. We did see that there were more good options in the other concourse.

On the way back, a Utah TSA agent flagged my carry-on luggage, the same luggage with the same items from San Diego. 3 TSA Utah Agents surrounded my luggage and a skinny TSA Utah agent with a black polo shirt, tattoos, tan pants, and glasses was eyeballing me like I was a criminal so I humbly stared at him back. I think the girl who was doing the scanning is a rookie, and she is not experienced enough. They opened my carry-on and opened my TSA-approved flashlight and TSA-approved eyeglass spray, and found nothing. When they can't find anything illegal they proceed to look for more items that are illegal. They found nothing. I don't mind the search, but please don't eyeball like I'm a criminal. What is the use of TSA pre-check, Global entry, and clear when don't treat your customers with dignity and respect. You expect us to respect you but you treat us like criminals. To the Utah TSA agent with black polo shirt, tan pant, tattoos and clear-framed glasses please treat your passengers with respect!

About the time we were set to start boarding , we get told that we will have a 2-1/2 he delay because the plane hasn't departed Grand Junction yet. Huh?? Our plane is coming from LAX. By searching some flight tracking apps, turns out our plane was diverted from SLC to Grand Junction. But the Delta staff refused to tell us that. The flight eventually comes in from Grand Junction. But apparently the Comfort Plus section - a passenger had vomited all over it. The first cleaning. crew somehow missed cleaning that. So even more delays while Delta had to call in another cleaning crew. But again Delta staff won't tell you a the truth. I only found out since I was standing near the flight attendants and I heard the outgoing Cain crew whisper to the incoming cabin crew. In the end it was a 3-1/2 hour delay for our flight. FAA regulations say that we are supposed to be compensated for delays over 3 hours. But nothing from Delta. What a crap airline. Only lies from them.

A lot of the route stops have no sun shade it's just a sign. They could use some kind of sun detector in the summer. But the buses and trains are all really clean and don't stink (I'm looking at you LA) and the staff have all been very friendly. I had one of the UTA on demand driver actually help me set up the app. They have their own police and they were all over the trains hopping the cars. So far other than the wait they all are very good at being on time. They have consistently been on time. The staff also (and yea that their jobs I get it but still) very ADA friendly. They have a service to pick up and drop off handicap. They drivers have been very nice and helpful when I've seen them interact with handicap people. Definitely a worthwhile option over Uber and Lyft.

The club is pretty spacious with plenty of places to sit. This one has all the amenities including showers. Their spread for food was also pretty good. I came during lunch/dinner and they had lots of food including hot ribs which were really good. Their bar area is also pretty large and nice to hang out at. They usually kept it pretty clean and make sure to take away any trash you have. Overall, for the hour I was there it was pretty pleasant.

This is the first time that I've ventured outside the airport terminal for my rental car. The shuttle stop is just outside the rental car area and I was picked up rather quickly . . . to my surprise. It's about a 10-15 min drive (depending on traffic) to the office. One may want to consider this when returning your vehicle. Definitely allot yourself some extra time since it's NOT just across from the terminal. I was assigned a Toyota Camry, and I found that it was quite comfy and easy to drive. The service was OK despite the counter person giving off the "I don't give a sh_t, is it 5 o'clock yet?" vibe. The fact that I got a good price for the vehicle made up for it. All in all, it was an OK experience. I would consider renting from Advantage again . . . if the price is right.

They told me that they have specific rental policies of which if you have a utah drivers license then you have to have 100% insurance, including rental insurance, through your OWN insurance even though I PAID for insurance through priceline that covers that rental car. I've never dealt with this kind of crap from the dozens of times I've had a rental car from them outside of Utah, to even include other rental car companies near them. Talked to priceline directly and they were stunned to hear this. Why would priceline even offer insurance that Advantage doesn't accept? This is a joke of a company and not worth saving a few bucks at first to have the anxiety issues this place causes. Worst company, and location, to ever deal with and I'll never be a customer of them again!
