To clean the air ducts and dryer vent they used a SHOP vac.....one which anyone can buy. They only vacuum the vents and a few inches inside the duct..only as far as the round hose of the vacuum could reach! Nothing like the pros who go deep inside the ventilation system and clean all the deposits out. On top of that, upon finish they never gave me a receipt for payment and then rudely emptied the shop vac with all the contents of the vents and dryer out on the lawn across the street...talk about obnoxious. Also cleaned dryer vent which was in horrible shape even though we had it serviced by someone else a couple of years ago. This company seemed to have much more powerful industrial grade equipment. This came to a boil in November of this year when they came out numerous times due to not having hot water which also meant no heat. November 11th the technician came out again because of the issue. He could not figure out what was wrong but managed to get the hot water working again. By Friday, November 14th I again had no hot water and that of course meant no heat as well. I called and did get a phone call back from the owner Craig. He asked me to shut off the system and turn it back on to see if that would get the hot water working. It did not. Craig said his technician was off that day and was also going to be out on Monday. Craig said he would call the vendor and see what could be done. He did not offer to send anyone else to my house to work on getting my hot water working. I asked Craig if he would call me back that day. He said yes, he would call back. That was Friday, November 14th and no, Craig still has not called me back. Absolutely no one from Brick Heating & Cooling has called me. I had to call another heating & cooling company. The new company came out and found 2 parts that needed to be replaced. Once the parts were replaced, my heat and hot water have been working since. No thanks to Brick Heating & Cooling company. They get your money and then they don't care what your situation might be. So please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE BRICK HEATING AND COOLING FOR ANYTHING! THEY DO NOT CARE!

I called Rostron and was advised a technician would be there between 9 and 10 that morning. But, at 8:10 Evan called and said he would there in 10 minutes. He arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our older system. He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. He was able to flush it and get us heat in a short amount of time. We were veery pleased with Evan's professionalism and dedication to correcting our problem.
