Great place with top notch customer service! I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to shop for a new set of darts. The salesman who assisted me was very helpful and made some great suggestions. I ended up purchasing a nice set of Trailblazer Wild Frontier with Eagle Claw shafts. The price on the set was reasonable. They offer a wide selection of spas, hot tubs, billiards, video games and game room decor. Next time, I may walk out with the Multicade and the fifty or so 1980's video games that are programmed in the machine (no quarters needed). read more

5-28-2024. Dissapointed in service. I purchased the hot tub less than 1 Yr ago from Atlantic Spa and Billiards based on they reviews and years in successful business. My original sales person has moved on. I have a service call in for a heater unit trouble shoot (light code says call for service) and I'm 48 hours without any response. Called the main number yesterday and again today, to be routed to a voice mail that service was out until 5/27. But, then on a follow-up call was told it will be a day or two before service is available. This is a thousands$$ hot tub and I'm leaving voice mails with no return for service. We've had a pool table in storage for almost 2 years while waiting to find a house and move and the time was finally here. But we had a hard time finding someone to move it and to recover it because it is an older bar table with a single piece of slate. Anyway we finally found some guys to help move it and then we contacted Atlantic... from start to finish I was impressed with this business. First, when I called I talked to Lissa and she was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She got all the details and called me back when she said she would (multiple times). The guys said they would do it and we were scheduled for today. They showed up on time, were very friendly and did a great job in no time at all. Update: I was given a delivery date of 06/22/2022 several weeks ago. I reached out on 06/21/2022 when I didn't hear anything and was told, maybe, 06/29/2022. On 06/29/2022 it will have been 76 days since I ordered my pool table. When I ordered it initially I was told 4-6 weeks. The manufacturer said they could fulfill the order 05/15/2022. I ordered on 04/15/2022. I doubt I will get anything next week. I am getting tired of the lack of communication. I shouldn't have to call the day before they said they could deliver to confirm- and then to get another delay. I don't understand why I was treated this way. It is strange. I paid a large deposit. They still have to deliver and install- so you can guess how worried I am. read more

I tried buying a pool table a few years ago. The day before delivery I was told it would take 3 more weeks. They offered me the display table closest to my order at full price. No discount for my trouble. I canceled the order and bought from their competitor. I was back in the market for a pool table in my new home and stopped by today to shop pool tables. I was turned away because I would not wear a mask. Never mind that the mask mandate is lifted per the CDC directive. I know that it's a private business and they can do as they please. When I brought them back, I was half expecting them to say there was nothing they could do about it, but I figured it was worth a try. I am happy to say that I couldn't have been more wrong. Despite the fact that this is one of the least expensive items they carry, the customer service they provided was as attentive as if I had purchased something for thousands. Not only did they hear me out, they came up with a solution that fixed the problem and did so with a friendly attitude. The pickup and delivery team came out today to remove our old hot tub so I could prepare my deck for the new one which will arrive in a few weeks. They had a tough assignment to remove the old tub through my house and out the front door. They did it perfectly and didn't scratch a single piece of furniture. Two times now my boyfriend and I have went into this location for information on swim spas/hot tubs. Both times they were supposed to follow up with us with a phone call with a quote and information so we could move forward. Neither time did they follow up. I recently had an issue with my home jet tub needing all nozzles replaced; ended finding out that my jet tub was discontinued. The part wasn't available online, and I called around inquiring about this pesky part. I got the round around and lack of help since I wasn't buying a new tub (why spent time with someone that isn't replacing a unit); however, Phoebe from Atlantic Spas, took the time to ask questions and helping me to find the part. She went out of her way to send photos of the part so I wouldn't need to drive 20 miles if it wasn't the right part. The staff are very patient, respectful, and extremely helpful. Service here is amazing. My husband and I dealt with Kane to help us order a custom pool table. After a few weeks we realized the renovation of the game room in our house was going to take much longer than we originally thought, Kane helped us cancel the pool table, even though it had already been built and shipped, and enabled us to put the money we had paid toward a hot tub. They had even sent out their delivery guys to check our house and staircase to make sure we could get a table where we want it. We purchased a fantastic tub after trying out a few in the showroom, and are thoroughly happy with it. Now we're on our way back today to re-order the pool table! Had AS&B recover my table a while ago... pretty quickly the felt around the bumpers started to pull so that there were buckles where the felt met the table. My bad for not jumping on it quickly, but just never got around to it. Stopped by yesterday and showed them pictures of what it looks like now as it's progressively gotten worse. They were willing to send someone out to fix it, but we're likely going to charge me full cost $150 as they basically said they weren't able to trust that the table wasn't mistreated... kind of annoying from a customer service stand point... would have been very easy for them to just say a job like that wasn't acceptable and they'd stand by their work and make it right... even in the very few cases where someone actually was trying to take advantage of them (which I definitely was not)... won't be going back to them to pick up custom cues for my kids which I was planning to do for Christmas. read more

We have recently bought an Endless Pools Fitness System from AS&B and we've been delighted with the professionalism of the owner and staff.We were delayed getting the electrical hookup completed to the unit (my responsibility) before the cold weather set in and they made a special trip (no charge) to ensure it was winterized to prevent any possible damage.
