Nice Christmas decorations! There's not a lot of decorations, but the little bit that they have is nice. There's underground parking that fills up quickly. Lots of different restaurants and cafes there including a 24 hour fitness gym. They also have two kinds of water fountains there. It's nice to walk around there although it's not a very big area.

    Lots of vacant stores!

It's pretty empty now, the shops used to have lots of customers, and there were good places to eat. Now pretty much deserted, so I took my skateboard to look around. It's sad to see the place decline. The stores and restaurants along Atlantic Blvd seem to have customers. The 24 fitness is active. As I was returning to my car, I skated in the parking lot, a downhill. A security guard approached me on foot, so I left.

It was our first time here...I can see this place could have been a 5 star place at one time...They still have some restaurants left here, that which is great. I gave it 2 stars because most of the stores are closed down, there were hardly any businesses left which is why it's so sad. They do have Daiso. Actually I couldn't decide between giving 2 or 3 stars because there are still some restaurants left. They do have AMC theater and I do love the free garage parking. But that is it. Plus I'm not sure how good the food are at the other restaurants. I posted a picture of their directory, so you can see what is left. Oh they do have 24 hours Fitness.

Sad sad sad.... Atlantic Times Square as the name shows was supposed to be a bustling area when it opened over 10 years ago... Now it's depleted and outdated for SGV area, empty parking lot and empty business... Courtyard Marriott opened across from it hopefully it doesn't affect them since there aren't many amenities nearby like on Valley Blvd... What happened here???? It's a shame actually.... My buddy asked me to meet him here and I haven't been here for awhile... Damn is all I can say!!!! This area sucks now and upscale condos with junk on the outside area that faces where people walk...HOA shouldn't allow that!!!!! Not sure what can turn this area around????

We come by here once in awhile and it doesn't take long for us to find parking in the underground garage. The reason I give it three stars is the dull and drab atmosphere of walking around this place. The area is kept clean and it feels very safe here but it just doesn't have a pleasant feeling to it. We come to see movies here and eat at the few good restaurants in the area.

I like this mall! (Isn't its name funny?!) It has a little bit of everything! From dim sum, to 24 Hour Fitness, and Daiso... to Phoenix, Tasty Garden, and a movie theater! The free parking is a bonus, as well as the beautiful landscaping and the awesome fountain and jumbotron! I'm sure we will return! P.S. It's located in Monterey Park in Los Angeles...not New York!

They opened a Kokio Chicken here!! Where PapaRich used to be

Have seen more people drive so fast in the parking lot, or open up the windows to scream at random people. fights also occurred at the parking lot once a while. There were also smash and grab years ago at some shops. (It was on the news) Most of the shops here are average At best even the department stores. Tons of Asian based toy stores. A 99 ranch super market. Some Asian based J and K beauty shops. A couple nice restaurants (but not high end). A big but always crowded Japanese book store (even more so crowded than the one in dtla). Typical clothing franchises. And a pretty regular food court. I never really thought this was a nice mall but now it feels like this place is giving more a ghetto vibe. I personally wouldn't come here often to celebrate /or host important events, unless necessary. I would avoid this place on the weekends or holidays if you don't like crowds. Really, just a sub-standard mall But I think people just need a place to hang. Each to their own I suppose. Good luck people : )

When I found out, I said I am going to go and see her. I am glad that I did, and we were happy to see each other. So today practically all day, we spent some time together at this lovely, clean mall that is surrounded by so many great stores and eateries. There are probably over 130 stores and places to eat inside and outside the mall. Let me not forget to tell you, some of the restrooms that we used were SPOTLESS CLEAN!!! They have different stores such as Disney, Nike Factory Store, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors, Guess, BOSS Outlet, Beauty and Specialty Stores, Tommy Hilfiger (one of my favorite designers & brands). Converse Factory Outlet, & Gap. Just to name a few. They have vending machines available with snacks and drinks. Also, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Free parking and close to the I-5 freeway. We went to Gap and Converse, and I bought me 2 pairs of tennis shoes. Get one, and the other one was 50% off. Fantastic deal. From Gap, I got a nice, long, black jacket. Thin material and very comfortable. They also had clean dressing rooms at Gap. Every item has its own value and price. Both stores that we went to had great employees who were eager to help us. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We even had lunch at Panda Express. The list can go on and on and on. It has been like 7 years I haven't seen my friend. She used to live here, we used to work together, and then she relocated back to Florida to help her parents. It was a great outing, the only thing was that there was construction going on around the mall. Maybe they are building more businesses? Thank you all for everything. Always be & stay consistent!!

There are over hundred stores spread across a huge area. It is a lot of walking to go from one end to another, including the separate section that has Disney store. There are not as many high end/luxurious brand stores. There was also some contractions going on in one corner of the building. Most of the shops have sun shade in front of their store which allows customers to walk in shade. During the day it gets really hot. There are few sitting areas with shade available. There are vending machines available with snack and drinks. Restrooms are available in three separate sections. The outlet had a shaded food court area with multiple vendor stores. There are couple of dine-in restaurants available as well. We came to the outlet on multiple days. It was busy on both days since it was the weekend. Some of the stores like TH, Guess and Levi's were two floors. Other ones like Nike and Adidas seemed disappointing product wise. There's a 10% sales tax on everything. Overall a decent outlet mall, but not as impressive compared the ones I have been in NJ and NY.
