Plenty of parking available between outdoor parking lot and the multi level indoor garage. We initially came to the mall for dinner at Din Tai Fung. While walking the place, I found they had so many other Asian brand stores like Miniso, Meet Fresh, Uniqlo and Kinokuniya bookstore. But most surprising of all was finding a whole 99 Ranch inside the mall. After dinner, we did some shopping here. Later at night, I came back here to play some games in Dave & Buster's. But the signs can improve a bit for better direction. I was so confused how to get to the parking near D&B entrance. Also, the parking garage seemed under maintained. But overall a really great place for both locals and tourists.

Free parking is available. It gets really packed on the weekends so come here during early hours of restaurant and/or store opening or late afternoon. I haven't entertained any eateries from here. This is one of the largest if not the largest shopping center in SGV unless I've missed an even much larger one. Tons of free parking. They have underground parking, too. There is a Tesla charging station area. Just be careful when entering on the side where the Tesla stations are located because it gets really crowded and tight over there. There are 4 floors of businesses. First and second floors are where you'll find most of the restaurants and food/drink shops. Fifth floor only has the Five Star restaurant. Non-food businesses are everywhere else. There are elevators to get to the 2nd floor and upward. Oddly enough, I really don't frequently visit this shopping center, but I have been here primarily for Wushiland Boba, sometimes for 99 Ranch, other times for Vege Valley in the past (they have moved to a new location), and a few times for Five Star restaurant. I was here last weekend for Wushiland of course. I saw a COMING SOON sign with the below biz(es). I may be coming here more often with all the new food/drink joints arriving soon LOL. The restaurants and stores are spread out between the floors but the main places I may go here for are probably the 99 ranch market, Daiso, Miniso, HK restaurant, and wushi land boba. They have plenty of other stores offering services such as the Best Shop store selling household goods. They have the entire second floor of the central building with a wide selection of items and my dad liked just browsing the place. Parking is plenty in the underground with 2 levels, but there's also a large parking lot just on ground level. There's also a Tesla charging station here which is convenient and since it's far from the stores there's also more parking available the farther you are.

This outlet actually has improved in my opinion and has really good stores with great deals. It is somewhat smaller than other outlets, but they do have all the popular stores that everyone knows about. I went into Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, and under Armour. They had really good prices and really nice things that actually I couldn't believe were on sale now. I do like that. It's easy to find the stores and you don't get lost like other outlets it's easy to park and they have a nice food court with variety. I do recommend here if you want to shop or grab a bite to eat or if you're in the area, they do have decent prices and good quality clothing with good name brand stores. When I found out, I said I am going to go and see her. I am glad that I did, and we were happy to see each other. So today practically all day, we spent some time together at this lovely, clean mall that is surrounded by so many great stores and eateries. There are probably over 130 stores and places to eat inside and outside the mall. Let me not forget to tell you, some of the restrooms that we used were SPOTLESS CLEAN!!! They have different stores such as Disney, Nike Factory Store, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors, Guess, BOSS Outlet, Beauty and Specialty Stores, Tommy Hilfiger (one of my favorite designers & brands). Converse Factory Outlet, & Gap. Just to name a few. They have vending machines available with snacks and drinks. Also, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Free parking and close to the I-5 freeway. We went to Gap and Converse, and I bought me 2 pairs of tennis shoes. Get one, and the other one was 50% off. Fantastic deal. From Gap, I got a nice, long, black jacket. Thin material and very comfortable. They also had clean dressing rooms at Gap. Every item has its own value and price. Both stores that we went to had great employees who were eager to help us. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We even had lunch at Panda Express. The list can go on and on and on. It has been like 7 years I haven't seen my friend. She used to live here, we used to work together, and then she relocated back to Florida to help her parents. There's a McDonald's that's popping, Bay Island Cafe (opened decently late and pretty cheap, delicious food), R&B Tea House which is a middling franchise, but has a lot of crane games and works if you just want to hang out, Sam Woo BBQ, Zhangliang Malatang, and Mr. Dragon Noodle House (usually closed or getting ready to close by the time I'm there). There's a fountain plaza area there, but it wasn't working during my visits. It's located in a corner so it might be a bit tricky getting out, but again, I've gone only at night so no big deal.

One is the limited parking. For the number of businesses, I feel there should be more parking. The last time I was here, I had to drive out of the plaza, make a detour, and drive back in. Another is that it's located on a corner of two main streets, Valley Blvd and Walnut Grove. It's best to exit on the Walnut Grove side. You may be waiting for a very long time if you try to exit on Valley Blvd. Good luck! Other than my two gripes, it's still a great plaza for dine-in at the restaurants and drink shops.

Anyway, we looked over and saw dustpans. I've been wanting to buy a new dustpan because the old one was damaged when I had to use it to shovel snow a few weeks back when the high desert had a snowstorm. Yes, you read right... I used a dustpan to shovel snow (1st time shoveling snow + using a dustpan to do it) LOL... it wasn't too bad actually. One gray dustpan was $4.49 + tax... not too shabby and it's the sturdy type, too. I didn't check out any other items in the shop, but from what I can tell, they do have some nifty knick knacks, small appliances, general household stuff, etc. It doesn't have a lot of space for customers to walk around though... there are only 2 aisles really... the one closest to the entrance and the one on the other side of the wall LOL. I grabbed one dustpan, waited in line (wait wasn't too bad), and paid cash for it. The lady at the cashier was pleasant. She may have been the owner... not 100% sure though. Great for getting specific asian appliances that are difficult to find on Amazon or other big-chain appliance stores like Best Buy etc. They also sell a lot of little tiny tools, such as cookware etc. Feels kind of like Daiso. Overall, a pretty neat place to visit and check things out!

We came to enjoy the kids club, it's held around the center between the stores around the playground outside. The event is free and doesn't cost you to attend! It was a really hot day so luckily there were tents out for some shade. They also offered free water and lemonade (courtesy from vendors around) and a raffle at the end if you register during the event. There's a pond fountain containing goldfish and turtles which is fun to watch and have the kids watch as well. When you're hungry or bored, there's plenty of shops around the area to explore as get something to eat and drink. The best places would probably be the food court since it has the most variety of restaurants but there's also nearby restaurants such as noodles, hot pot, kbbq, and meet fresh with sweets and beverages. Restrooms at the promenade are family based and gendered, located behind California pizza kitchen.
