I have an 11 year old Rottweiler with NO eye, ear, hip or health problems, thanks in part to them. I recently ordered a new product called "Senior." Before the order shipped I received an email from them asking me if I wanted this product since it was low-protein and not something I'd ordered before. They wanted to make sure I'd ordered the right product and asked me to call them. I thought it was a marketing gimmick at first (and it may have been, but I don't think so). When the customer service rep answered she was able to answer my questions, explain the product and suggest other products better suited for my dog. Yes, she did upsell/offer another product, but I expect that any time I call a company and I had asked about glucosamine products. So, I changed my order, tried some new treats with the glucosamine my dog loves and needs and I feel better about Flint River all the way around. It also had a 125 gal sump system plumbed in the basement. Eric and Cue did an excellent job and got the job done in only 3 hours. Other aquarium companies I called quoted the job for thousands of dollars. They said it would take 6 or more hours. I lucked up going with Premier Aquatics. It was fitting taking the system down. I needed this job to go smoothly and it did. Their work was organized, they did not leave a mess and I am thrilled with what I was charged. Very honest and professional. I cannot say enough good things about these men and I recommend Premier Aquatics Service Department if you need to set up or take down an aquarium system. Call them first. You won't regret it. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the owner. I told him how my tank got Ich and how all of my sons fish died. He went into great detail of how the fish contract it, gave me a couple products to use for the future and told me what to do if it returns. When you walk in, it doesn't look too big but once you go to the back of the store, there's a huge variety of fish. If you have a freshwater tank, like me, there isn't a wide selection of fish. If you have a salt water tank, you'll be in heaven! Jacqueline was very informative. She explained to me what fish could swim together and which ones were aggressive. I'm sure I'll return! The fish can be a little pricey but you can tell they are well taken care of. Also make sure to watch your step because the grounds are a bit wet.
