Nothing wrong with this location - just noticeably smaller and the parking situation is strange. Other than that, it had some of the classic Dave and Buster's games (others were missing unfortunately). There is a dining area, but I didn't get to try it in my one visit. Kind of a dark space even throughout the day. Never got to try the food or experience the service, but I'm sure it's standard like any other place. Overall a nice visit!

SECOND REVIEW: I'm updating my review after giving this location another shot, especially since they had given a 50% off certificate when they were closed during our first visit. We went on a Thursday late afternoon, and while everything ended up being fine overall, a few things stood out. The place was nearly empty when we arrived, and although we were seated right away, it took about 15-20 minutes before anyone came to our table. My husband actually had to walk back to the host stand to ask if we'd been forgotten. Right after that, a server came over--and to her credit, she was great. Super friendly, attentive, no complaints at all once she took over. The food was also really delicious. My main gripe is the size of this location. It's hands down the smallest Dave & Buster's I've ever been to. It honestly felt more like a mini version. Luckily, it wasn't crowded and we were visiting with our 4-year-old granddaughter, so it ended up being just right for her. That was the whole point of our visit anyway. That said, we definitely won't be returning. It's just too small for our personal taste and what we typically expect from a Dave & Buster's experience. ------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Drove 1.5 hours (rain and traffic was terrible) from Williamsburg with our 4-year-old granddaughter, only to find a sign on the door saying the place was closed from 2PM-9PM for a private event (Capital One) and would reopen later that night at 9PM. No notice on the website, no heads-up on social media -- just a paper sign when we got there. She was so disappointed. If I had known, I would've just gone straight to the Virginia Beach location. Now we're stuck driving 2 more hours. Staff gave us a 50% off voucher, which was appreciated, but honestly, the lack of communication really soured the experience. Not sure I'd come back to this location.

This Dave and buster is on the smaller side. They have most of the popular games but not all. I only come during the half off day as it's the only time I feel like it has value and not overpaying for a 30 second game. Favorite games include zombie snatcher, basketball pro, and some Spider-Man game. I've only had the food due to spending points. I got a steak bowl that's normally $22 and it was just meh. Rice was very thick and lumpy. Steak was just ok. Obviously people come here for the game and not the food. The overall vibes are fairly decent and they got some games that can scratch off the arcade itch but this is probably the only good option in the area.

This location had limited gaming and was smaller than most locations I've been in the past. Nonetheless, we had a good experience. We visited this location for about three hours, partaking in the gaming and chase of tickets to included having dinner. The dinner was fair. We had the Birria loaded fries (too salty for my taste), bone-in wings with sriracha honey (surprisingly good), pizza (not as great) and a club sandwich (lacking substance mostly all breading). However, despite some of these small hurdles, the staff were amazing. The waitress was attentive and checked on us quite often, and those on the gaming floor were very helpful and available to customers at all times.

I've been to this D&B too many times to count; hey I have 3 kids. We usually go in a Wed for 1/2 price games. I've eaten a handful of times, including this visit. Buy or reload a card with a coupon on a non-Wed (B20G20), then play on a Wed (1/2 price games). This allows you to play for much longer. We are usually there for 2 hrs for $20 each on a Wed. Still means $60/3 kids but a fun outing. Would be $180 without deal on a reg day, yikes! We always leave crazy over-stimulated and then walk to get an ice cream cone. Overall, food is meh, it's standard bar food done like a generic chain would. They were running a promo of 1/2 price food M-Th for members, so this was a bargain at $28+tip. Service is always a little slow and lazy; sounds mean but it's just accurate. Servers just look like they are bored and not happy to be there. I love playing games. They do seem to regularly switch out my favorites in lieu of games that you try to win and collect cards. They have great prizes, but we have soooo many tickets and just play for experience and save them for another day.

My husband reserved a table for us at Dave & Buster's in Richmond for dinner. We ordered the giant pretzel and the bbq chicken flatbread to start, but the flatbread was covered in a buffalo sauce, and not a bbq sauce like the menu described it. We weren't fans of it, and sent it back for a pepperoni flatbread. My husband and I ordered 8 garlic Parmesan wings and a side of fries to split as our entree, and my stepdaughter, who is 13, ordered a classic cheeseburger and fries. We had so much food leftover! We came home with a little bit of everything (except my stepdaughters food, which she finished). Really enjoyed the pretzel. Wings were okay. Pepperoni flatbread and fries were good. Service was so so. We played some games for the next couple of hours before leaving for home. Place was busy, and several games weren't available or not working. Overall experience left us feeling underwhelmed.

Dave & Busters has definitely come a long way. We used to dread coming here because the food used to be terrible. They have made huge improvements to the food. A lot more flavorful and better choices. Also they have better games! Definitely an upgrade from the last time we were here. I would definitely come back here

First time at this location, came here for a Fun & games date night, ended up chillin and watching the game and eating wings! Lool . I'm noticing at Dave& Busters' the locations all have different games/menus for the most part. We sat at the bar then the table, ordered the all you can eat game day wings which the options were Buffalo, Honey Bbq, Plain . We chose the first two , these choices were great! The Buffalo was really hot as if its marinaded in hotness, the honey bbq tasted like the nostalgic KFC honey bbq so I was happy with that. Our table waitress was very interactive and polite, the bar one was ok like I'm here what can I get you, straight to the point personality no interaction but to pay lol. It was very cleaned in the bathrooms , the games were nice overall I'd return.

Stopped into Dave and Buster's for an impromptu date night, after we saw an ad for their Wednesday night half off games! You spend the same amount, but each game costs half the usual number of "coupons", meaning you get more games for your money. Games: We honestly had a great time- games were almost all in working condition, and they had a ton of different options. There were several families here with a lot of kids, but there were so many games that there was plenty of room and stuff to do for everyone. Food/Drink: We shared a beer which are $5 for domestics during happy hour, although we paid $9 for a Stella Artois because we're out of the domestic beer we wanted. We did not have any food. Service: The guy at the front explained everything to us really kindly so we knew exactly what to buy. They're doing a "buy $50 gift card, get a $10 bonus card" deal, so we did that and then immediately used the $50 towards a game card, and he worked with us so we could have the deal! The bartender was really nice as well. Cons: Slightly dirty, as it's an arcade. Our beer also had a small crumb floating in it, which wasn't super appetizing. Some of the games were glitchy, but there was an employee working on one as well. Overall, would not go here on a busy weekend night, as a Wednesday night capacity was about as busy as I'd like it to be while there, but would go back on a weekday!

The food was stellar (wish I had taken pictures) and, since I brought a buy one get one entree coupon, the price was definitely right.

It took over 20 minutes for our waitress to come over and greet us, and that wasn't even to take our drink orders. It was so long that we debated leaving, however we remember how good it was, so decided to stick the wait out. I should've taken the nearly empty restaurant as a sign. That's was my mistake. Might've been one of the longest meals of my life. The staff- who claim to be short staffed (which could very well be, I'm not downplaying that), however they frequently stood in front of the TV watching whatever sports game was on it... interesting. When we tried to get our waitresses attention (multiple times this occurred), we got a nasty side eye and she walked away and ignored us (lovely ). When we did finally get our meals, items of it were cold or incorrect (shoutout my mashed potatoes which were physically hard). With that being said, the wings were good, would recommend those if you're going here. Don't order the tacos on the other hand... elote corn was obviously frozen- gross. Other items of the meal you could tell were previously frozen too. I will say they offered us a complimentary dessert which was nice, I was just really disappointed with this experience overall. In my opinion this restaurant needs to be renovated and menu needs to be cleaned up (and the freshness of the food should be revalued), this place is going downhill and experience reflects that.

If you'd asked me to rate the establishment back then, it would have been 5-star ratings every single week. But as I'm sure you'll see in the other reviews on here, this place has gone downhill in an awful kind of way. It's not even recognizable anymore. The last time I was here was a year ago and I remember thinking the prices were higher than I'd remembered and the service wasn't so good. I just chalked it up to a bad night. Well, last night my family and I decided to visit Glory Days to treat some family from out of town. The food was just terrible (dry and cold) and the service was even worse. I literally didn't eat my food and I never even got a refill on my drink (not because I didn't ask, however). And what's up with the worn out cushions on the seats? They're just laying on the bench (not attached) with all kinds of crumbs and grossness down in the cracks. Absolutely unacceptable to expect someone to eat in those conditions. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I can promise you that this is the last time I will ever walk inside this establishment. If things don't improve, I honestly don't know how they can stay in business long-term. Glory Days used to be a place I looked forward to taking my family to wind down from a hard day's work and spend quality time together. Now I just consider it a disgrace.
