Niro was my service man and within the time frame they told me he would arrive, he made it in time. I was so impressed with his knowledge because I thought I would be getting someone just to clean my dryer vent with basic cleaning. Wrong, I hadn't cleaned the dryer vent in 5 years and the dryer really needed a deep clean. Niro had to go in top of the roof because the trap or flap if the door was full and dirty.
