He did a great job and replaced our grass as best he could with everything soaked from the leak . Hill Country Plumbing in Wimberley TX is a great family-owned business and its owner, Colie Curry, whom I've used with great success in the past, is a certified Rinnai Ace Pro, which is the highest Rinnai rating you can get and Colie is the only RAP available in the Austin area. He came out, spent a few minutes assessing, and told me straight up that low pressure is endemic to our neighborhood--no plumbing work can or should be done. Meanwhile, some of my neighbors had been sold replacement filters and various "fixes" by other plumbers for the same unfixable problem. The second time, we lost hot water. He responded to my call within minutes and asked me to text photos of the water heater. He diagnosed it via text, told me the fix, and I handled it myself.
