Back cabin glass on my truck shattered. Looked around, found this place close by. Called them, next day in the morning I parked the truck in their lot, handed them the keys. In the afternoon I called back asking if the job was done, they said yes, and they did their job perfectly. All for 300$. Horrible service. Highly DO NOT recommend. Went to get my winshield replaced and calibrated and was told they would provide this service and it will be same winshield that I currently have I was called when it was ready to be picked it and was told the winshield was replaced but they were not able to calibrate. I was Highly upset because this is a safety issue. I did not get service I was guaranteed and now have to go spend lots more money to have it done correctly. This it Tower Oaks location. I dropped off my car early in the morning and did not hear anything about it until right before they closed. I had already submitted all my pictures, my car model and everything. At the end of business day I received a call that they DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE WINDSHIELD. How is that even possible? How did they realize it didn't fit 8 hours later? They ended up putting the wrong one on for me temporarily and I still had to pay for it while they ordered an OEM for me. I wanted them to put on my original one but they told me that they couldn't do that. So essentially I was forced to do business with them no matter what now. A week later I came back for them to reinstall the oem windshield that ended up costing me another $1000. The only reason I went here was because of the cheaper price if I had known I had to get an oem I would've gone somewhere else entirely but since they couldn't put my original windshield on, I had no other choice but to come back. When I came back for the to replace their wrong aftermarket windshield, they ended up somehow BREAKING MY FRONT DOOR HANDLE. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? They tried blame me for it LOL. The door obviously worked when they even told me the worked with both front door open and somehow it was stuck and I could only open it from the inside after the service. The tech tried to fix it by taking the door apart, but I told them after watching them for 30minutes to put everything back together because clearly they did not know what they were doing and now I had to waste more time going to a Tesla dealership to get it fixed. Long story short, my car has been in Tesla service center for many days now and I am stuck with a loaner. They did not offer me a discount on their mistake for the wrong windshield or for the door handle. The owner was supposed to call me to follow up with the incident but I still haven't heard a thing. The kids and I were out doing regular stuff when the hose connecting the water pump popped off. It's called a QuickConnect by the way and NOTHING quick about it. I was freaking out because the first four spots were quoting a bunch of money that I didn't have. Atlas was referred by a friend so I'm shocked to pull up and see it was an Auto Glass shop. The owner and employees were SUPER HELPFUL! I'm handicapped so right away I was impressed because folks came right out to help with getting in doors AND got my wheelchair out the trunk. They had a small waiting area but it had stocked soft toys like teddy bears and Muppet Street dolls. For the boys, there were several Styrofoam mats and that is all my kids would need to entertain themselves. Y'all know how BIG I am on restrooms huh? Well, it was clean CLEAN. You know like someone had just done their job so I made sure not to leave a mess. I had some interesting conversations with employees when they found out I used to teach at their middle school alma mater. Okay, price? Maaaaaan, they honestly charged me HALF of everyone else's estimates. Let me type it again, I was charged HALF of other estimates! I left there feeling like I needed a lottery ticket. read more

There is a reason this business has a F rating from the BBB. They are truly the worst of the worst. They installed a defective windshield on my vehicle. The windshield is like looking through a coke bottle bottom. There is absolutely no doubt the windshield is defective. They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to text messages, they just place me on hold when I call. Do not waste your money with Atlas Auto Glass. They are not an honest business. My window was cracked overnight and had spread across the whole window by morning. No shops were opening or responding until 8/830 am CST. Some even answered when I called and said to call back during normal business hours. Atlas responded earlier than time via text after requesting a quote online, had the lowest quote and provided a time slot to come fix at my house within hours! How could I say "No" to that?! Friendly service, vacuumed out the glass from my car after it was broken into (don't leave valuables out - thieves are definitely lurking) , got me in and out in no time, and lastly they have free drinks!! (Non alcoholic but I mean like purple fanta, and in my book that is awesome) should I mention again, as frustrated as I was that I was just broken into - I left feeling much better. I had a long crack and a chip in my windshield so I needed to replace it. I called a few places and got quotes from $175-$325. After looking at the reviews I decided to go to Atlas. I called on a Saturday morning and made a reservation for 12:30 pm the same day. I arrived and was helped right away by Nima. He is a very nice younger guy that answers the phones and runs the front office. I left the car and went across the street to a Tex-Mex place where I got a table and watched them replace the windshield. It took less than 2 hours, which is what Nima had told me. The cost he quoted on the phone was what I paid, minus the coupon from their website. Nima said there is a lifetime warranty on the installation You can spend more on a windshield, but I don't think you will get anything better. You can spend less and take your chances. For me, I will be back to Atlas if I need to replace another windshield. read more

Way better that satellite auto glass. Safelite quoted me more money and could not come till Monday. Auto came out within an hr of calling and finished in less than an hour. They were amazing. Hopefully this never happens again but if it does. Atlas will be my number 1 call read more

Good communication via txt messages, but very poor job quality. The windshield was replaced, but not without causing chips to the paint and an ugly scratch on the dashboard, damages definitively easy to prevent using some protection and getting a motivated installer. read more
