Avoid this place at all costs. Tony came to fix my back window and after about a week, I noticed it was crooked. He also left glass adhesive seeping out of the sides of the trim. Aftermarket glass ain't perfect but that thing is obviously crooked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called and asked if he could fix it and said there was nothing he could do and hung up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I work in the automotive industry and if a client isn't happy with the work or we mess up, we fix/redo it -even if it costs us money because in the long run, it pays to do things right and make the client happy. This business is not that. Obviously greedy for money and only accepts cash. started out good. got a better price so i cancelled my appointment. tony told me he can match it or beat it. i said ok. came and fixed the back window but brought the wrong rear passenger side window. so it had to be tomorrow or something. so i had to move around my schedule. calls and tells me they can only get a tinted glass (none of my windows are tinted) but if i want regular it's like $40 dollars more. says hes already losing money. first of all it's a inconvenience for me. i was provided no discount. instead he wants to charge me more. for what we originally agreed on... As a customer, we don't care if your losing money. that's a straight up lie. we want what you promised. i ended up paying $20 more. also, they scratched up my door panel when they were taking out the power window switch. i sent him a picture and he says he talked to his employee and his employee denied it. no surprise. i already knew he wasn't guna do shit about it. i wish i just went with the other guy that was $30 more. read more

Tony arrived on time, did good work on the glass he installed--my windows were smashed through, and the new window rolls up and down smoothly. We did have a hiccup--no extension cord to his vacuum. I appreciated him calling me to tell me that. I came down w/ my handvac and we vacuumed up the pieces INSIDE THE CAR DOOR. He explained that often when you bring it into shops, the reason why it could feel like the window's "catching" when you roll it up and down's because of the glass shards that are still in there. By the end of it, I think there were at least a dozen or so pieces in there that I couldn't get to w/ my handvac before we sealed up the whole thing. But if I didn't have a handvac, I can imagine it would have been a bigger headache driving around to locate a close enough outlet. Keep that in mind when you book. So far no rain yet to test how gasket's sealing, but I will update if anything changes. Note: It's cash or money order. Altogether I think the work took about 30-40 minutes. More Details: I found Tony through another listing. He explained that he subscribed to an auto glass marketing thing to give his business more visibility. I'm not sure if the marketers really do that great of a job. That listing on Yelp had 0 reviews and only showed up on a Sunday morning because I had filtered for businesses that were "opened now". Otherwise, it had 20+ businesses before it. Tony was the 1st person who picked up and gave me a quote that was a 50%+ discount to what Safelite quoted me. I was pretty skeptical and point blank said: I will pay more for better glass. He said he didn't have that option. Just the standard (530?) aftermarket glass that he believes is visibly indistinguishable from OEM glass except for the logo/decal at the bottom right corner. I have no way of evaluating this but I called around enough to be spooked by other vendors who suggested that folks charging low rates will inevitably do a poor job and potentially break my car door. In the end, I went w/ Tony because he had the earliest availability (the next day, Monday afternoon) and I'm glad I gave him a shot. read more

Horrible. They replaced my window and now my door doesn't work. I called and tried to work something out but I ultimately got told to find the guy that broke my window and have him fix it. I was then hung up on. My door worked fine but after the window was replaced it now doesn't. The lock smith I had come out confirmed their shoddy work and said rarely does he see sloppy work like this. He felt like we got ripped off so he didn't charge us. I'll have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix my car now. Thanks for nothing.... do not use these guys. I wouldn't give them a single star but you have to, to post. read more
