John was absolutely great to work with! He is very responsive, accommodating, and lets you take your time making a decision after he's offered his expert opinion. When we started planning our event, we were only going to get the tent, and maybe the sides, but the weather forecast wasn't looking promising. John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. The tent was sturdy, the heater setup was excellent, and everything looked great. With competitive pricing, great customer service, and excellent products, I highly recommend Party Season Tent Rentals to all party planners, brides and grooms out there looking for a stress-free experience.

My concern was that the unit would be too heavy for me to lift. He showed me the unit and showed me how I could remove the tank to make it a little bit lighter. I tried lifting it and found I could. I rented it on the spot. The machine was in excellent condition and easy to use. I'm glad I rented it. I've worked with this location in the past, which is why I called them in the first place. I've always had a very good experience with them. This time was no exception.

Megan chimed in telling me she had a China company and would be able to help me out. I was so excited and relieved. She helped me more than I could have ever asked. Not only was she busy with 2 other events that weekend but she's also a college professor (which is how I know her) and a full-time mom!! Megan was so incredible. She definitely did not have to do all that she did. She took time out of each day to answer any emails/texts I sent her way. She brought so many China options. Mike's also has a food cart in the Solomon Pond Mall that has ice cream, pretzels, smoothies, and other candies and snacks. They basically only rent to people that live in Worcester or extremely close by. You will need to provide proof of where you live in order to rent from them. They charge a percentage when you first place your order and then require the rest of the payment 2-3 prior to your event. They offer delivery. We live on the other side of Worcester and they charged $50 for delivery/pick up total - really not bad! They are not open on Saturday or Sunday so if your event is on one of those days you will either have to pickup or get delivery on Friday and then return them on Monday... they do not charge you any more for having them the whole weekend. The tables and chairs we rented were in really good condition.

As a wedding planner, I work with a lot of DJs, and I can honestly say that Sean and his team are top of the line. If you're in New England and looking for a DJ, look no further than Atlas! Sean provided DJ services for my client's reception, sound coordination for their ceremony, and a super fun photo booth for guests. He and his team arrived early day-of, coordinated setup professionally, and communicated closely with all of the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. To say that Sean goes above and beyond is an understatement. He was extremely communicative, attentive, and professional every step of the way. He even attended the final venue walkthrough with my clients and I, and he made sure to learn their unique music tastes (the bride and groom had very different selections!). Guests were on the dance floor all evening - he and his team really know how to read the crowd and keep the energy flowing. There were a few inevitable hiccups throughout the day (to be clear, none were the fault of Atlas!), and Sean handled them like a champ, always putting the bride and groom's needs first. I've heard Sean DJ at a local bar that was my first experience listening to him. Due to that first experience I suggested my friend hire him for a graduation party because of what we had heard and how professional and reasonable priced he is. Sean is completely professional AND polite with each interaction. At the graduation party he knew up front this was a (primarily) country loving music party and acommadated. What was nice about Sean is he took requests from everyone, even from the kids - think TROLLS soundtrack! No one was displeased! I would recommend this DJ in a heartbeat!!! Cannot say how thankful I am for my experience with Atlas Event Group! I was planning a party with a pretty indecisive person but Sean was there every step of the way. I think I probably changed the order of what we needed 5 times but Sean was so patient and awesome, never once made me feel like an inconvenience or annoying which I most likely was. Throughout the entire booking, preparation, installation, and break-down process, Atlas was incredibly professional, communicative, kind, and helpful. They coordinated a site visit to my parents' backyard and figured out a creative plan to get tents and tables into a very funky yard. Had a great time at our daughter's wedding over Labor Day weekend. Sean did an amazing job keeping everyone on the dance floor all evening. Upon pickup, two guys brought the chairs directly to my car and loaded them in. The reason 2 stars is the quality of the chairs. Most of them had a substantial amount of rust on the metal legs, one chair was completely missing one of the legs, and I found 2 or 3 chairs with cracks in the plastic. One chair even had gum stuck to the bottom. I rented chairs from a since-closed competitor last year and they were in pristine condition. I wouldn't order from Atent for Rent again & in the future will spend the extra money to get a better quality chair elsewhere.
