I visited atlas Landing for a friends engagement party. I was super excited to see this spot since it changed from whispering vine. The vibe felt much.... Younger than WV which I feel is a HUGE plus for midtown. Midtown has potential to be so much more than it is, and with these new visions I strongly believe it will get there. The staff was super nice! The group for the party was huge and the 3 employees running it were kicking ass and taking names. Very fast service and with a smile on their faces from the beginning to the end. Steve, who I believe is the owner was funny and just a nice fresh new face to midtown! I think he is going to do great! Drinks were delish and I'm excited to pop back in during normal business hours.

Great drinks and great vibes! We have come here multiple times and will continue to come here. The service is great, bartenders are charismatic, and drinks are good. I have yet to have a bad experience here and highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had the midnight drink. It's very delicious. That ambience was good and the people were awesome. The service was amazing as well.

Came in and hadn't realized it was no longer whispering vine. The vibe is very similar, but they've done a great job adding additional seating and decor. They have cocktails and whiskey plus all their wines. We chose to go the wine flight route since a flight was the same price as a glass of wine. Definitely a great stop while in midtown.

Whispering Vine was bought out by Atlas landing. It's always been a fun spot, it's a nice chill bar. They still have wine flights but the bubbles one tasted flat. Their cocktails are delicious though. They have nice craft beer so it's different. We got there at 3:30 and it wasn't busy but by 4:30 the bar was full. Their happy hour is 4-6 I believe and it's $5 drafts and $9 WELL cocktails which is still kinda pricey, $9 for signatures would be sweet and like $6 for well. Overall the bartender was really nice and checked on us regularly. Would come back again for sure.

Artown brought me to this surprising new bar in the midtown district of my favorite city. They had great patio seating with the afternoon sun casting wonderful shade on the East side of the building. The bar tender explained the recent change in ownership and offered us some drink specials a tad before they were pasted. Though the menu was limited, we enjoyed some snacks while watching the dancers perform in the street. I'd like to see a solid food menu for this location going forward. It doesn't have to be much, but it leaves this place wanting

I have seen this place several times when visiting other local businesses in Midtown. I'm so glad I finally came by to give it a try! I loved the vibe of this place as soon as I walked in. It was warm outside, so the garage door windows/walls were open which let a lot of natural light and air inside. There's a large bar with seating, cute green couches, and high-top tables near the wine rack wall. The menu has a lot of different options including wine, beer, whiskey, and cocktails. Beers are pretty cheap, around $7-8 each. Glasses of wine were a tad pricey, most were around $12-13. I thought it was kind of weird that the glasses of wine were the same prices as cocktails, but maybe that's just indicative of them having high quality wines. I had 2 glasses of the Daou Sav Blanc! It was light and refreshing. My friend tried 2 of their cocktails, the Midnight 75 (gin, lemon, blackberry puree, bubbles) and Golden Hour (bourbon, brown sugar syrup, cream, espresso). He seemed pleased with both of them! It felt like we had solid drink sizes that were not watered down by too much ice. Service was good, the staff educated us on the drink options we were interested in and checked on us a couple of times. They are usually open until 10pm but had to close early at 8pm on the night we were there, so that was a bummer. I had a good experience here and would come back, especially since it's in such a prime spot in Midtown!

LOVE THIS BAR!! My favorite bar in midtown, the bartenders are great and friendly! Everyone in there is very friendly! In the weekends the bartenders Charlotte and Sarah are awesome, they have the best expresso martinis here! The bartender was so nice when I accidentally spilt my whole entire glass of Rosé on her. Overall great staff and a great environment! The vibes here are good/ you can make them great.

A solid wine bar with reasonable bottle prices. However, if I'm purchasing a bottle of champagne, I do expect it to come with an ice bucket.

It was our first time going to a drag show and it was a blast having a Mother's day reunion this way. The entertainers were fun (Maria you're the best) and the drink service could have been a little faster. There were many of us at our table that ordered bottomless mimosas. The rest of our mommy's had tequila and other hard liquors. The food options at the outdoor parking lot were delicious. It did take some time. This parking lot is horribe. I recommend ride share or getting dropped off here so you don't have to leave your car downtown on the streets. This part of 4th street isn't the best area. Shout out to the hubbs for shuttling me. We'll have to come back and have beer on the other side. I love their peanut butter stout and usually have a chilled pack in my fridge in the Summer. Here is what we liked: - Great vibe inside, including some comfy couches and lots of seating. - There is an area for live music in the back, which was just starting as we were leaving so we didn't get to enjoy that. - Very broad range of beers on tap. - We ordered a flight (4 5-ounce pours) and absolutely loved each of the beers, which isn't always the case at other places. Bottom line: We loved Lead Dog and will definitely go back again!

The Eddy is an absolute NO for me…read more The food is mediocre, the drinks are overpriced, and I've never understood why shipping containers are supposed to be an improvement to downtown Reno. But what really pushes this over the edge is the proposal to move The Eddy into Believe Plaza. Believe Plaza is one of the few public spaces in our city that truly belongs to everyone. It's where people gather, celebrate, protest, perform, and build community. It should not become the next opportunity for a private business to profit from public land. What makes this even more frustrating is that The Eddy's owner, Kurt Stitser, serves on the City's Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board. While he stepped away from discussions on the proposal, residents have every right to question why a business seeking to benefit from public space is so closely connected to the redevelopment process in the first place. Public spaces are not for sale. Reno belongs to the people who live here, not businesses looking to profit from land that belongs to the community. EVERYONE, take your business elsewhere. To the owners of The Eddy: Reno doesn't want your luke warm ideas. Stop repackaging the same tired concept as "revitalization" and stop treating public spaces as your next business opportunity. Believe Plaza belongs to the people of Reno not private interests.
