Elizabeth- thank you so much for accommodating our request and getting the stone in yesterday. The crew you sent was fabulous and they did not seem to rush (at all) and took a lot of time to ensure the counter was laid just right. We were able to host last night (even though the plumbing wasn't there) and our island was the center of focus. All our guests loved it. I am so glad we got our stone from you. We made several trips to quarries all over the place but found the perfect stone right here in our neck of the woods. You had such a vast selection and we also appreciated you being conservative by asking us to take a piece of the stone back home to ensure it holds up to all the spices and doesn't stain. We are in love with our kitchen and it's all thanks to the stone you helped us pick. We would recommend strongly that everyone consider going to Atlas for their counter needs. Thank you again!

Flavio came with two other guys to install my IKEA quartz countertops. They had a busy day and arrived several hours late, but he explained to me about an earlier job taking longer than expected. It was understandable. They arrived at 6:30 and finished by 8pm. I have two pieces and one with a waterfall which took longer to install. They also installed my undermount sink, I did notice that he put just two brackets on the middle left and right, probably four is needed so it's really secure. I was scared by some of the bad reviews but am satisfied with the work. He is a hard worker and can be a thankless job. I appreciate their professionalism, respect for my kitchen, and cleaning up after they finished.

I had a fabulous experience with this company. The entire process was professional and I had my stone installed within two weeks of fabrication. I worked with Melanie and she made me multiple designs, was available and patient. She's awesome. I got to meet the owner once on-site as well. They do a laser template and the installer we had Moe and his crew were the best! They had to make a seam in one section and you can't even see it, he curved it at the angle where the two stones meet and it just looks like part of the pattern. Super impressed with this company. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! I absolutely love my new backsplash and countertop with a mitered edge. Plus, the ingenuity behind the using stone at the base of the dining room table makes it a gorgeous focal point of the room. I cannot commend the Atlas team enough. My installers Javier and Ray were careful, skilled, and respectful. I could not be happier! Moreover, the girls in the office provided exceptional customer service. I would recommend working with Elizabeth who provided me with ideas and is a great designer. All in all, I can't wait to work with them again!

This is NOT how to install an undermount sink!!! Is this what the extra fee is for? For my sink to be held up with random scraps & glue?

Absolutely unacceptable work and very rude/pushy installers. I was unable to be home for the installation of my countertop and had someone come to be there for the install. Thus I made it clear that I could not do any early morning appointments. I was given a time slot from 11-2 which was fine. Late the evening before I get a call from the installer trying to pressure me into letting him arrive earlier, which I could not do. Then at 7am the next morning I was awoken by the same installer again pushing me to let him come earlier, to which I again said no. They arrived around 11:40am and completely rushed through the job. They asked the person there if she spoke Polish and when she replied that she didn't they said "Good" and stopped speaking English. There was no receipt or paperwork left at the end of the install. I came home to find the installation hardware and instructions for my undermount sink, plastic unopened. I look under my sink to see that it has been installed with some glue and scraps of some random material. In addition they cut the plywood countertop support (that was previously measured and cut to the correct size) so that it's only 1/2" wide...which can't support much of anything. This is completely unacceptable. My plumber took one look at the install photos (some posted here) and said he wouldn't hook up the plumbing because it's a heavy granite sink to begin with and as soon as it's filled with dishes and water could detach from the counter at any time. The only nice thing I can say is that the man (I think his name is Jose) who came out to template was very thorough patient and took the time to answer my questions over the phone.

Lies lies and more lies. A joke of a company and staff. Cancelled the job after the 4th lie and as many weeks of waiting. Useless.

Finally, woman behind the desk told me she had appointments booked all day and this was the only time she could eat her lunch before another appointment was coming in. 1st lesson, even though there is no sign on the door or "appointments necessary that I saw on the website, now I truly know better! When I told her I had the product information she told me she didn't even know the name of that manufacturer, even though Westfield Tile is clearly mentioned as the local for me premier dealer on that manufacturers' web site. Continued to chow down on the lunch as I stood there admiring the "absolute fantastic" customer service. BTW, she handed me her business card and told me to send her an email with the information. She should not hold her breath waiting for it to arrive in her inbox. So much for the "shop in town" mindset. Don Westfield, NJ

I went to six local tile stores when remodeling my kitchen, and Westfield Tile and Marble was the only shop that offered me any useful guidance. I enjoyed working with Zabrina, who, besides being intimately familiar with all of their products and extremely creative, seemed to have an intuitive ability to understand what I would like. She was very patient and enthusiastic during the confusing (for me) process of selecting the right floor and backsplash materials. Westfield Tile turned a frustrating process into a productive one.

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Artistic Stone and, based on that experience, cannot…read morerecommend them. We hired Artistic Stone to replace our kitchen countertops and fireplace hearth with quartz and chose to extend the quartz up the kitchen walls for a seamless backsplash. To prepare, we removed our existing white subway tile. Although our installation was already delayed due to an "installer emergency," the situation worsened on installation day. Three of the four pieces arrived cut incorrectly, leaving large, noticeable gaps around the fireplace and along the kitchen walls. The installers attempted to persuade us to accept the pieces as they were, which was unacceptable given the cost of the project. After they contacted their team, they attributed the mistakes to their templating software and accepted no responsibility. That same day--for the very first time--we were informed that our cabinet trim would have to be removed for the quartz backsplash to be installed, as they were unwilling to cut around it. This had not been mentioned at any point during six weeks of communication or even during the in‑home templating appointment just a week and a half earlier. Because removing the trim risked damaging our cabinets (which were glued and screwed together), we had no choice but to abandon the quartz backsplash plan entirely and reinstall subway tile--bringing us back to our original setup at roughly twice the cost, which we had to arrange ourselves. When we attempted to speak to the owner about these issues, we were told he was "off the grid." When he eventually called from a blocked number, he did not provide his name. When we requested compensation for the incorrect cuts, delays, and added expenses, we were told they were already "eating the cost" of recutting the pieces--even though the mistakes were theirs alone. After several days of back‑and‑forth, the only concession offered was a minimal discount of a few hundred dollars, despite our paying nearly $13,000. We were initially told the process from templating to installation would take 4-6 business days. Instead, it extended beyond two weeks, and we were forced to move into our new home with no backsplash, no sink, and no functioning cooktop. In our opinion, Artistic Stone was disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. Communication was poor, the mistakes were substantial, and the resolution offered was inadequate. We do not take leaving a negative review lightly, but given the significant investment of time, money, and stress involved, we feel it is necessary to share our experience.

I haven't even used my kitchen yet... he says 3 people failed to see that imperfection and denied it was there, video they took of the installation was too far to notice it on there...and the owner of the company suggested I use barkeepers friend to clean the spot. The spot doesn't need cleaning, it's already rough, it needs to be polished correctly so it can blend in correctly. It wouldn't have taken much effort to do this for a paying customer who already started to refer them to other contractors. Very disappointing to see that companies don't care about their clients... once they get your money. Was going to buy more for my bathroom and kitchen island, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
