Atlas Marble & Granite did a fantastic job on our kitchen renovation. They have a beautiful showroom with a large selection of Quartz from which we were able to choose the perfect color to match our cabinets and floor tile. The showroom staff was very knowledgeable and took the needed time to help us with the perfect counter top and custom kitchen table. It only took a few days to set up a templater to come out to our home and measure. We had issues with the kitchen table as it had to be a custom design. The templaters Eddie and Travis spent a lot of time with us going over our choices of the kitchen table shape and the support the table would need. They used a laser for measurement and showed us a computer generated picture when they were done which we could approve and be happy with before the quartz slabs were cut. They arrived at the scheduled time they promised. Once we approved the layout and Atlas received the material at their shop in Springfield, NJ it only took them a few days to cut it and be ready for installation. The installers Manuel and Walter also arrived on time as promised and called us a half hour prior to let us know they were on their way. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and did an awesome job on the installation and also cleaned up everything before they left. We are very pleased with the whole process with Atlas from the initial showroom arrival to the end of the installation. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Our parents also have a kitchen they may want to remodel and we will definitely use Atlas if they choose to do so. I don't usually write reviews, but I truly believe this company deserves my time and attention, my positive feedback on their work. I placed the order back in November, 2020 - countertop on the kitchen island. The process was very smooth and quite quick (taking into account pandemic situation and increased number of renovation project inquiries). Fabrication date has been set at the time of placing the order, the management and material handling, the company took on their part simplifying the process for me. I am usually very skeptical about end dates of big projects, but I was surprised that the company met the goal and delivered the order just in time to continue the installation of the rest of the kitchen cabinets and the island itself. As for the quality of countertop fabrication, it's perfect. The measurements have been taken professionally, they also took time to stop by the second time to make sure the measurements are correct to fit all the appliances installed on the island, including perfect alignment with the rest of the cabinets, doors and other appliances. The installation process was smooth and quick as well. Installed, secured, cleaned. One thing that I oversaw is the countertop support in one corner - it was misaligned and the kitchen cabinet installers fixed it for me. The other major advantage of the Atlas and Marble team is their responsiveness. They kept me in the loop regarding all of the items that needed my attention, answering phone calls/emails promptly. It was such a pleasure to work with Atlas Marble and Granite. Our project is over, the stone looks amazing and we could not be more thrilled. The fabrication facility is beautiful and we had so many stunning choices. Our final selection is brilliant and exceeds our expectations. And while our granite is amazing I am reviewing Atlas Marble because I was enchanted by their customer service. I am often overwhelmed with exhaustive choice but Elizabeth helped us narrow the field of stone choices based upon our desires, color scheme and budget. An appointment to template was scheduled quickly. When visiting, the templaters worked with our plans and project foreman to answer key questions. The home office called to schedule delivery and reconfirmed the time 24 hours before. And the delivery team? .....these guys were a well synchronized operation. It was better than watching a show. They arrived 10 minutes before their scheduled arrival, reviewed the entry, organized in groups and delivered the pieces to each location, without issue, in minutes. The installers that remained to secure each piece worked efficiently and with incredible care. The entire experience made me long for another home improvement project requiring stone. read more

My review is about the customer experience and service that we received. The associate working on our project was the Executive Sales Manager, who did not respond to emails, calls, or texts for weeks at a time. From a misplaced order for a slab of quartz, to her simply ghosting us at almost every turn, our home project took 2 extra months. Poor communication from Atlas led to our project being left in limbo multiple times. Utterly frustrated by the end, we requested a refund due to this horrendous customer service we received. We had a call with their Managing Partner, Elizabeth, who "understood" but didn't think was Atlas' problem, as we should have just talked with someone else on their team. I said point-blank:"If this terrible level of customer service is what Atlas officially provides, then I guess we don't have grounds to request a refund. Is this the level of customer service that we should have expected from Atlas?" Elizabeth responded with "we provide a product not a service". Suffice to say, Atlas is proud to provide awful customer service. Product ended up being fine in the end- they fabricate counter tops. read more

I can't say enough with just how FABULOUS my experience was with Atlas. From the moment we walked into the show room (on a busy Saturday afternoon) we were greeted by the owner, Marco and he took a fair amount of time describing the different options we had with our countertops. He gave us ample time and we never felt rushed. Then it was time to head out to the warehouse (which is attached to the showroom). Being that it was Saturday we had our 3 kiddos with us. While we headed to the warehouse, there were 2 lovely young ladies to entertain the kids. We actually asked if we could come back and pick them up at closing :). We found the perfect LG Quartz piece! I really wanted Carrera marble, but the maintenance wouldn't work for our family. But the Quartz we chose is AMAZING and people can't tell the difference. The template and installation timeframe was as promised. The installers did a great job. We We also worked with Nataly and Elizabeth and we were very happy with their professionalism. This company deserves 5 stars! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful showroom. We worked with Nataly - who was very helpful and patient. She didn't mind that we kept changing our mind on the stone and really helped us to make final decisions on our stone choice. The girls in scheduling were very accommodating to our time sensitive project. We had many delays and this was one of the final pieces to our project - so it was a plus to have everything happen smoothly. The templater and Installers were very kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband and I had many questions and the templater was able to answer all of them I loved that Atlas kept me updated throughout the process from the measurements to installation. I loved receiving the layout of my Marble island because I was very particular about what area of the slab would be used. Over all, we are very satisfied with Atlas. From the moment, I entered Atlas Marble and Granite and met with Elizabeth, I knew I would not have to look any further. Unlike other slab yards where you have to pick a slab, wait for a price from a fabricator and then return to a slab yard if it is priced out of your price range, Atlas is a one stop shop where they handpick the best quality pieces and price and fabricate on the spot. Elizabeth not only sells you the product but takes an active role in the design process, something I have never found in the 6+ slab yards I had been to within your given budget. There is no sales pressure here either. The installers were beyond perfectionists. There was a team of at least 5 guys for my counters and then again for my fireplace hearth. I read so many bad reports about Atlas that I felt the need to tell you about the excellent experience I had with them. They were the ones who were contracted through Ikea to install my caesarstone countertop so it was not a choice I made. However, they have been marvelous -- the chap who came with his laser to measure up, the ladies on the phone who scheduled my appointment and the big guys who delivered and installed it and attached my undermount sink (unfortunately Ikea had given them the wrong address 33rd st instead of 93rd st Manhattan and both crews went to the wrong address - more of an inconvenience for them- but they were in good spirits when they arrived after dealing with all that traffic!. This was my first time managing my parents' rental and I didn't know where to start. I can't say enough about their service from start to finish. The salesreps were very kind and patient, my wife and I appreciate all their efforts and their ability to work with our budget and come up with several options for everything that was needed to be done. Atlas provides photographic rendering of which other fabricators do not. Being able to see and select the areas to fabricate from was the best part of the entire atlas experience.They were able to work around our busy schedule. The entire job was completed faster than we had previously expected. We were not sure what to expect with them but we were pleasantly surprised at the whole experience - including their pricing! I ordered a custom kitchen through Ikea last year and ordered quartz counters, which I later found would be through Atlas. I was wary of their service based on the low ratings I saw here, so I wanted to share my experience, which was stellar. I spoke to both Katie and Kathy regarding scheduling. Both were very nice, and Katie especially answered all of my questions about the required state of the kitchen for measuring. We had Victor and 2 other men install the actual counters, and the measurements and stone itself were perfect. Victor and his crew also went out of their way to make sure that our farmhouse sink was completely level and though it was heavy, they were great about being gentle with it and the counters. I visited this place several times during the summer out of curiosity. I was very interested in redoing my kitchen, but at the same time still hesitant. Everyone there was and is very patient with me, as I am very needy. I finally took a risk and gave them a chance in October. Since then I have never looked back. Elizabeth and Nataly helped me with absolutely every little last detail. My new marble countertops are not only to die for, but the envy of all my friends. My first experience walking through the Atlas Marble and Granite remnant yard was January 2015 when I needed granite for my newly renovated kitchen. The customer service was exceptional, informative, and cordial. The process moved ahead like clockwork. The installation was timely and well done. Fast forward to February 2016 and I needed stone for my newly renovated master bath. Back to Atlas I went and once again my experience was positive and the process moved ahead smoothly. We were very pleased with our experience at Atlas. Elizabeth was great to work with. She immediately helped me zero in on the look I was going for and the colors that would work with our project. We had a quartz countertop and a solid porcelain slab installed as a backsplash, which we were told can be tricky. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable on how to work w this material and the whole process went seamlessly. Javier (?) installed counters and backsplash with almost invisible seams. This is a very busy company and you must be patient with them, but the finished product speaks for itself. The whole process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. I have used Atlas Marble & Granite for 3 of my homes. I like their selection of stones and the ability to view the actual slabs. For the last 2 installations, Atlas used new technology to import photos of the actual slabs and superimposed them onto the kitchen countertop layouts. Therefore, adjustments can be made and there are no surprises. The staff is pleasant and communicates well by email.
