Delicious pizza! This has tons of cheese and really good sauce. I was on the way to the airport so I didn't want anything heavy. I got black olives. They really delivered, it was full of black olives. Atlas is family owned and they work long hours to support their families. I would love the owner to make at least one special item that is Mediterranean. Maybe a shawarma pizza pocket. The ambiance is lacking. The place needs renovating. The food was fresh, tasted amazing, and the prices were actually reasonable which is hard to find now. The crust was perfect, the toppings were generous, and everything came out hot and fast. What a disappointment. 1st time getting pizza there. I ordered salami .pepperoni and onion. The tomatoes sauce was like eating spaghetti sauce. Too thick. It should be lite and not alot on the dough . Couldn't taste the salami at all. Should be crispy and burnt.. Which it was not crispy . Can't anyone make a pizza in this city??? I usually make my own. False Advertising - pricing and menu Wrong order - wouldn't make it right. Called in the order using their info from the website, got there and they charged $9 more (total of $59) and told me the info on the site and even their menus on the counter were outdated. Didn't argue. Got home to find my order was all wrong, too. Called them to deliver the right order, they wouldn't. Ate what they sent, got diarrhea and syphilis. I feel lucky though, I read another review and someone got herpes from the steak and cheese. Someone else got food poisoning and another person died of old age before their food was delivered. The restaurant itself felt like an old saloon in Yuma back in 1824, only dirtier. The pizza I have gotten in the past has always been great but this last time it was tasteless. The mushrooms and peppers were waterlogged and completely devoid of taste. Not happy at all with a recent delivery order. I waited 2 hours for two small pizzas and appetizers when the place is down the street. This is unacceptable and I called about an hour later asking if my order was on the way and they said it was already out for delivery and they we still had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Ordered a small pastrami sandwich with American cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce & mustard. Menu clearly states subs "also served with provolone, American or Swiss cheese with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, hot pepper,oil, mustard, mayonnaise or ketchup." Stated price was $6.25. #29 on the Worcester Pizza Quest Made the call and was pleasantly surprised by a friendly employee and ordered one large cheese pizza. The restaurant is a roomy clean place that people can actually sit down and eat . This is rare in many of the pizza shops visited for this pizza quest. The pizza was ready and the service was friendly, over all a pleasant experience. But the pizza is the important part. On the drive home the smells drifting from the pizza reminded me of a typical Greek pizza so disappointment started to set in. At home opening the box, yup yet another typical Greek bready pizza. The more of this quest we are doing the more we wished we lived in NY. Anyways for a Greek pizza it tasted alright. The crust was cooked correctly and bread flavor the sauce was nothing special but a bit sweet. The next day you would ask yourself what you at for dinner. If you are located near this shop grab a pizza if you are just in the mood. But take the time to travel to a restaurant that respects pizza if you want to enjoy the pizza experience. Went back to my old favorite from growing up. I worked here, it was one of my first jobs. New owners I guess for the last several years. Food sucked. Order was wrong. Called they were rude. No come back we will make it right, just we didn't charge you for the one you didn't get, like it's not a big deal someone didn't get to eat dinner with the rest of us. There is only one girl that works there who has bedn there for years that i will let take my order and make my orders . When i call i specifically ask for her . I have yried to give the others a chance but the FAIL EVERY TIME . It is not like i have a difficult order really very simple . When i order i always ask fir double meat and cheese i get extra - BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN double meat and cheese and extra , its just annoyjng . The first time we got sandwiches from Atlas, everything was great. But it went straight downhill after that. I believe they can have a good product when they want to. The problem is, they just never seem to want to. My boyfriend stopped in on an afternoon and ordered subs to bring home. When he got home, my order was not what he ordered. I called to try and figure out what went wrong with the order. The immature female (who has identified herself as a manager in the past) wasn't in the mood for this kind of phone call. So she started to press one of the keys on her phone. Which makes a loud beep in the ear of the person on the other end. Really? That's how you handle customer service issues? And she thought it was funny. So, I sent my boyfriend back with the sandwich to get his money back. And because she's a coward, and knows she was an ass on the phone, she sends some little guy who puffs up his chest, who thinks he is some kind of tough guy, over to talk to my boyfriend. Like he's supposed to be intimated. What, you're going to 'kick someone's ass because they don't like your sandwich?' That's a great customer service strategy. This was the last of many problems we have had with Atlas since we moved here 4 months ago. We live only minutes from Atlas, and really wanted them to be our neighborhood go-to location for a quick bite. But then they become themselves, and ruin every order. We ordered food for delivery once. It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. This was after 5 calls asking where it was, since the female rocket scientist that claims to be a manager told us our sandwiches would arrive in 20 minutes. I even called to cancel the order, and she said it should be arriving any minute. She also lied and said she would cancel our credit card transaction due to the inconvenience, and we would be comped the meal. She lied, the charge showed up on my credit card. And the sandwiches arrived stale, soggy and old. After the liar assured me that our order really had not been sitting for over an hour. But they were. This is in addition to the countless times we stopped in there and they would make excuses of why they would not serve us. We walked in at 8pm a couple times (they claim they are open until 9pm). The excuses. "Oh, we're closing soon." Yea, in an hour. You make 10 minute pizza and sandwiches. Get over it. "The pizza ovens are off." Why would you turn your equipment off when you don't close for another hour? "We ran out of ingredients." As I see all the stainless steel containers filled with onions, peppers, etc. They just don't like to work. They want to ride on the coattails of the reputation of what it used to be. But several people around here have said that these aren't the original owners. So clearly, they have tanked the business. read more

It is a sad day. A very sad day indeed - the place I used to order from weekly is now a place I will never order from again. The quality of food (and service) has gone WAAYYY down hill. I ordered some wings - they were so small I called and told them that they must have made a mistake. The person on the phone assured me the order was 'counted out appropriately' I double checked... the count was right but the size of the wings were about HALF of what they used to be. In the same order I ordered a Large Mozzarella sticks, they were SMASHED beyond belief, and severely undercooked. They also shorted me by 2 sticks on this order. I also ordered the broccoli bites. those were fine. not great but fine. I was so astonished that the manager was not interested in helping me, I drove to atlas to show them my order. I spoke to the nice girl at the counter and she said she felt embarrassed at what I was provided. I mean it looked disgusting - horrible! I said if the manager ever wants my business again - have him call me back. I was never called back. There are many more pizza places that deliver to me that cost a couple extra dollars but the food is so much better. Their pizza is delicious - I have heard from a reliable source that their sauce is homemade from scratch. Furthermore, their subs are awesome as well. I highly recommend the "chicken teriyaki" sub. Went to Atlas pizza for 5 large pies. Worst pizza we have ever had. Was limp, wet, all topping slid off when you tried to pick it up. We ordered chicken , broccoli Alfredo . No broccoli and very few pieces of chicken , Hawaiian had very little ham. Veggie. 2 pieces of broccoli but scant amount of veggies. Meat lovers not to bad and plain was ok.
