Total time spent at the truck (ordering, waiting) was under 10 minutes. We got the arancini, which was so tasty and good. Nice and fresh, not dry inside, with chunks of meat and peas. The fra diavolo cauliflower was my favorite though. Crispy, in a tasty sauce, with a ton of goat cheese crumbled over it. A little hot, a little creamy, absolute perfection!! And, all of that for only $13! I love when food trucks have smaller bites so you can try stuff out. I'm not down with having to buy a whole pizza for $16 or whatever. Brasato has read my mind and created the perfect food truck experience just for me (and you!) I ended up cutting one half into 3 sections and couldn't even finish all 3 of them. It doesn't come with any sides, but how could you possibly have room to eat any sides?? Everything was served in oversized portions and we went home with a ton of leftovers which were just as good the next day. World Market is such a beautiful store. I personally wouldn't invest in a couch from World Market because it's typically very expensive, and you can find similar items at other retailers. But they have unique accent chairs and small attractive furniture items. My favorite thing to get here, in addition to the chocolate, are the Christmas ornaments. They are so, so beautiful, and so unique. There is so much detail in each one. Now that it's after Christmas, they are all 50% off, making each one around $2.50 - $4.00. If you have a World Market in your area, I'd encourage you go and check them out. While some items are more expensive, the unique items, hard to find items and the nostalgic items are what it's worth stopping for.

My wife simply substituted ham for bacon, which are of equal value, so there should have been no charge at all.
