Honestly I'm a big food person, and these are some of the best wings I've had. I went with the smoked 18 piece wings (they are smoked then grilled) and I'm glad we went with the smoked. You have an option to pick 3 flavors with the 18 piece so I chose lemon pepper dry rub, Parmesan garlic chili, and garlic buffalo. They were all amazing and the flavor from the smoked was incredible. If you're looking for wicked bad service, this is the place for you! I've never experienced such an abysmal dining experience. Our group of 8 encountered issue after issue, and it was clear that basic customer service is not a priority here. To start, one person in our group was told they didn't have grilled chicken--only for another person at the same table to be served it! Another requested a plain cheeseburger for her child, repeating multiple times that he wouldn't eat it otherwise. What arrived? A fully loaded burger. Meanwhile, someone else was assured the wings weren't spicy for their child, but they absolutely were. On top of these mistakes, we waited 10 minutes after our food arrived to receive utensils and had to ask multiple times. Plates were apparently a luxury, as we were told we'd have to wait because "things were dirty." We resorted to eating shared wings on napkins. Throughout the experience, we were repeatedly told they were short-staffed. However, none of the few waitresses we saw seemed to have a fire under their ass. They moved at a sluggish pace and gave off the impression that they didn't care. To make matters worse, the vibe in the restaurant was downright depressing. No one was smiling or laughing--guests or staff--and the overall atmosphere was just strange and uncomfortable for a restaurant. It's definitely not what you expect when dining out. We also overheard a woman at a nearby table ask the waitress where her drink was, sarcastically adding, "Should I just get it myself?" It seems we weren't the only ones dealing with poor service. One positive, though, was the woman running the trivia. She checked in with our table about the trivia more times than our actual waitress did. She was lovely, had a pep in her step, and exuded great energy. Honestly, give that woman a raise and the opportunity to serve tables--she would probably knock it out of the park! When we voiced our concerns to the server, she seemed utterly confused, apologized, and insisted it wasn't her fault. After asking if something could be done about the bill, she took off a mere $16. Then, to top things off, a manager arrived holding plates against her chest, asking if we'd like them. At that point, we were done. We left and will never return. This was not only poor service but a failure to meet even the most basic expectations of a restaurant. The bone-in wings seemed a tad bit on the dry side but it was still enjoyable. The garlic buffalo sauce dressing on the wings is a medium spice to me and I have a high tolerance for spices but the menu makes it seem like a mild. So if you're sensitive to spices just be careful of what you pick because they seem to be on the stronger side. Baked mac and cheese was great, I always love me a good bowl of baked mac. Very cheesy, buttery and perfect al dente taste to the macaroni. Thoroughly enjoyed All the food. Service was pleasant and the workers there seemed nice and interactive. They also have a very large bar here. Parking in the back of the building can't park in the front. Overall I had a pleasant experience at this location. We were headed home to CT from spending the week in NH, and I did a random search and found Wicked Wing. We ordered three of the 8 wing combos, 2 kids Mac and cheese, 1 kids quesadilla, and drinks. Listen...everything was INCREDIBLE! The presentation of the food was just as impressive too. But even more amazing was the great customer service we received from our waitress Molly! She was very patient with us and our two little ones. She was kind, checked in on us regularly and just made our experience that much more enjoyable. All of sudden a woman came to our table and She said "nothing really important but we need to move your seat where your eating - there is a person that sits here every Saturday night starting at 7 and does Trivia" "So you need to MOVE now - but don't worry we will move your food for you!!!!" While we were eating our food the lady literally moves our food over to a nearby table - Now we are forced to move because our food is no longer in front of us!!! We came here 6:00 and the Trivia started at 7:00 now why in gods name would the waitress have us sit at this table when she knew we had to move... The food took awhile to come out but that is expected on a busy Friday night. Started with the nachos, good portion to share, tons of cheese and fresh jalapenos. Tried the eight wings ,meat fell off the bone and tasted fantastic. The boneless wings had just the right amount of breading and was also good. They were wicked dry, virtually no sauce on them, and zero heat. I was expecting to be like Wow!! These are great!! Which I don't understand what the issue to begin with was because there were about 4 tables open in the room we were sitting in. The table we sat in was sticky. We ordered sprites (which another server had placed in for us) - the sprites were watered down. A bad start to this meal. We ordered a Margherita pizza and 18 bone in wings to share between 2. The flavors we got were Sirarcha, chipotle honey bbq and maple bacon bourbon bbq. Pizza sucked. Wings were delicious. (the wings are the reason why they're getting 3 stars.) Overall service was mediocre- I don't ask much from servers but this service was ridiculous.
