My daughter has went to this daycare since she was around a year and 3 months, she now almost two. The teachers here have such a large care for the children they care for. I can speak personal that they've helped my daughter with lots of development that I wasn't seeing when she was at her other daycare!! Ive been alerted anytime there has been an issue and they have parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child's growth! My daughters have been enrolled here for just over a year. They have learned so much. They are 3 and have come home telling us about the body parts of insects, can name the planets, and know all 7 continents. They are entertained and learning constantly. But above all, I know they're safe. The teachers and director are great at communication and are committed to helping the children there feel safe and loved. Our son has been coming here since we moved to the area (3 mos now) and the mgmt staff are friendly, the team communicates with us through the brightwheel app and can pay through there as well, which is nice. Initially our son would cry when having to drop him off, but that only lasted a few weeks (which was still tough as parents). He seems to be learning well, likes his teachers, and only occasionally doesn't want to go into school (rather stay at home or go back to his prior daycare in different part of city). They don't teach the children anything unless they are in the preschool age. Director and the staff yell at the children. No organizational skills between children's diapers, cups, and blankets. The milk is always left out on the counter and not in the fridge , which is why my child always had tummy issues. The kids are left snotty with runny noses as if the teachers don't care to wipe their little noses. Anyone can walk in the building without a code and snatch your kid because there are no locks . Just a little iPad to check in or check out your kid. No consistency between teachers/caretakers . Upon arriving the daycare the director just picks a new room for your child to go in and it's just done based on whatever tickles her fancy for the day. read more

Love Adventureland! My granddaughter loves it! Never cries about going to "school". Teachers and director are awesome! Well-trained, capable, friendly, helpful - can't say enough about them. It is very well-kept and clean. Love the open concept that all teachers can help each other if necessary. The app is wonderful, updated regularly with meals, naps, what the class is working on, etc. Unfortunately, we have had a couple of episodes of miscommunication and were late picking up my granddaughter and they never complained - just took it in stride. My daughter loves going to school every day! She never wants to leave and is excited every morning to see her friends and teachers. I have a 5 year old daughter in preschool at Adventurland ELC and she has been going there since she was 2 years old. The teachers are so thoughtful and thorough with the children. Communication is consistent. They have a great app that keeps you up to date and share photos of your child. It gives me peace of mind and insight into my daughters day. I have a 14 yr old son that attended daycare from 6 mos. old and through his daycare days he probably attended a total of 5-6. Adventureland ELC would be by far my first and most confident place to put my child. When my daughter first started attending I was concerned because she had been diagnosed with separation anxiety and it was difficult to find anyone or place for her to feel comfortable. When I took her to Adventureland the first day she never cried once. From that point forward she made Adventureland her home away from home. When I have popped in to pick her up for appts. it is always calm and peaceful with very attentive staff. Their compassion is obvious. She has built strong relationships with the other children and staff and I'm sad to see her leave to continue her journey to Kindergarten.
