Communication became increasingly poor, and eventually the merchant stopped responding altogether. No item was ever shipped, and no tracking information was provided. I was left with no choice but to open a dispute with my payment provider to prevent further charges. This lack of transparency, combined with poor communication and failure to process a refund, made the entire experience frustrating.
