I've lived here for almost two years and I highly recommend it for any college student looking to live close to campus. Just walking distance to any of my classes. The front desk is also very responsive to anything i have ever needed. And the staff is very fast at responding to any that goes wrong with the apartment like AC or clogged sinks. Living here has been a great lesson in how many amenities an apartment complex can remove while still charging full price. I've lived here for two years, and throughout that entire time management has never been helpful, accommodating, or genuinely concerned about residents. Things became even worse after I got a dog. For a property that claims to be pet friendly, they've made it incredibly difficult for pet owners while continuing to charge the extra fees that come with having one. The biggest issue is that none of these major renovations or removals were communicated properly to residents already living here. One day the dog park was gone with no replacement area for pets, balconies became unusable while residents still continued paying balcony/patio fees, and the pool conveniently disappeared right before summer all with zero reimbursement, rent adjustment, or actual concern for the people paying to live here. It feels less like a community and more like a social experiment to see how little management can provide while still collecting rent on time every month. And if you think management or maintenance will help when serious issues happen, think again. My AC has now been broken for over a week during summer heat. I was told it qualified as an "emergency," yet somehow there's still no temporary window unit, no urgency, and barely any communication unless I repeatedly follow up myself. Meanwhile, I've had to board my dog elsewhere at $60 a night out of my own pocket because the apartment has become unbearable to stay in. The management team is easily the worst part of living here. They are dismissive, unorganized, and seem completely uninterested in residents once the lease is signed. Maintenance requests drag on forever, communication is terrible, and every issue somehow becomes the resident's problem instead of theirs. They advertise "luxury living," but the actual experience is closer to paying premium prices for constant inconvenience and stress. I genuinely would not recommend this complex to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, money, and headaches and lease literally anywhere else. At this point, the way this property is operated is so careless and poorly managed that it honestly feels like the place should be shut down until they figure out how to properly treat the people living here. If I could give a place zero stars, I would. I suppose the star I give is for location because that is all they have going for them. Worst apartment I've ever known. My daughter's experience there reads like nothing I could ever make up. Broken appliances, construction covering entire building, amenities not accessible, sewage water flooding (moved to new apartment), flooding and a/c loss in temporary apartment. And to top it all off, they attempted to charge her sooooo many fees. Her living situation at times was "unlivable" as quoted by a maintenance company. It took numerous calls and escalation from me to get someone to take her seriously. Her roommates from last year had resigned to live there the following year before they realized how bad it was there. They started the year with a flea infested apartment and had to be separated and relocated. Does atmosphere compensate for any of this? Absolutely not! There are other choices. My daughter made an appointment for all of us to visit the complex. They texted a confirmation two days before and canceled the appointment the day before. We are driving from out of town 6 hours and this is the place she really wanted to be. When I called to see if we could get in on Friday, I was directed to a recording. When I asked to speak to a real person, I was told my information would be given to the leasing office. This is terrible customer service and I expected much better from the reputation of the complex. I am really frustrated this happened the day before our appointment. As a follow up, I got a call back and explained my situation to a young man, who informed me that he would talk to management and give me a call back. I never heard back from him. First, I very rarely leave reviews, either positive or negative. However, based on what we experienced with Atmosphere and its staff, I felt compelled to share our experience for students and parents considering this property. If I could leave less than a one-star review, I would. And make sure to read the other reviews and you will see our negative experience isn't just a one off unfortunately. I strongly recommend avoiding Atmosphere. Our experience was frustrating throughout the lease, but the move-out process was especially unacceptable. After living there for two years and paying a substantial amount in rent, we were informed that the residents could not remain in the unit because the university was taking over multiple units. This required us to find other housing and incur additional moving and storage expenses. Despite those circumstances, management showed no flexibility or consideration and assessed cleaning and damage charges that we believe were excessive and unjustified. Before move-out, a manager inspected the apartment and told us that only a few minor cleaning items needed attention, and were told that the apartment otherwise looked great. We completed the requested items and despite that, additional charges appeared afterward. The process felt misleading to us, particularly because the charges were assessed after the residents no longer had access to the unit. What made this even more frustrating was that the apartment was not properly cleaned or maintained when we moved in. We observed dirty bathrooms, wall scuffs, poor or incomplete painting, loose shelving, an unclean shower and tub, and a closet door with paint already stripped off. In our experience, Atmosphere did not appear to hold itself to the same standards at move-in that it expected from residents at move-out. During the lease, our resident experienced numerous problems: * My son's Specialized bicycle (locked up securely) was stolen from the parking garage. Although a security camera appeared to face the bike rack, management first said there were no cameras in the garage until we sent them a picture of the camera, then they said the garage camera did not work. * Half of the treadmills in the gym were broken. Management initially said they were working, even after receiving a video showing otherwise, and we did not receive a follow-up response. * Residents experienced an extended period of construction, scaffolding, noise, and a lengthy pool closure without any rent reduction, credit, or meaningful accommodation. * Multiple exterior doors were left unlocked around the clock for an extended period, which created serious safety and security concerns. * The parking garage, stairwells, and trash areas were frequently dirty, with trash and broken glass present throughout the property. * The air conditioning failed multiple times. * Maintenance requests were frequent, and some replacement appliances and screen doors were no better than the items they replaced. * Flooring adhesive was tracked onto the apartment carpet during the hallway flooring work, and we were later charged for the carpet damage. For the amount residents are charged, the cleanliness, maintenance, security, amenities, communication, and overall management were far below our expectations. The move-out process reinforced our belief that resident satisfaction was not a priority. Based on our family's experience, I would not recommend Atmosphere to students, parents, or anyone expecting fair treatment, responsive management, and a property that lives up to what it charges. read more

WOULD GIVE 0/5 EVERY TIME IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT LIVE AT ATMOSPHERE. Lived here for two years as a UARK student with three roommates, we all had a bad experience. Rooms were not clean when we moved in. Because of this, we assumed they would be more lenient for move-out which was not the case. Management was extremely petty and fined us all each $200+ (after getting my room inspected by management and them telling me it looked good). They provided us pictures of the "damages" and were extremely nitpicky. It was clear they were just using these fines as a scam to get as much money as possible from every single resident, no matter what condition the rooms are in. Cameras in parking garage don't work, trash and broken glass in garage and hallways everywhere, maintenance people leave trash throughout parking garage, appliances in apartment itself are old and don't work properly, etc. Read the other recent reviews (check Google too, trust me) and you'll see that clearly the current management and upkeep of Atmosphere is a joke. Filed a dispute over fines over email two days ago, still waiting to hear back (but probably won't). Live ANYWHERE else. read more

The staff is so nice and helpful. Move in went very smooth and the apartment is amazing. A few small things needed and the staff and new manager, Devon, were all over it with genuine concern. So nice to leave our son for his first year away in an "atmosphere" that is so kind and caring. We are very impressed and everything was clean and well communicated. Great location near campus too. This place is okay to live at but the management is actually horrible. Live here for the location and nothing else. If you want them to respond to you in a timely manner you have to dm them on instagram. Not worth the new rent prices at all. We didn't have a TV remote all year. I never received a mailbox key at the beginning of the year and I brought that to their attention at the time and they didn't do anything about it. Now I just moved out and they want to charge me. Also, when I moved into my apartment there were multiple spots of concern that I brushed off because clearly it wasn't enough for them to fix it before I moved in. They did not even send out an email to alert their residents to make sure they lock their doors because there was theft on the property. Atmosphere Apartments only cares about money and not the safety and satisfaction of their residents. There are no cameras on the premises and the fob reader on the entrance door by my apartment has been broken for over a month. I have contacted the front desk at least three times asking when it will be fixed and no one seems to care. Will not recommend this overpriced apartment complex to anyone. Do NOT live here. While I was out of the country, my apartment was robbed and Atmosphere has done nothing to help, let alone notify the other residents that there was a theft on the property. When I called to talk to the manager, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I have NEVER encountered a manager that carried herself as disrespectfully and unprofessionally as this manager did, especially because we pay $700+ a month to live here. If good management is something you want, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to live. After a few months of living here, my review has gone from two stars to one. Quick summary: Have an overage on your electricity? It is $5 per person + whatever the overage is. If you live with 4 people and go over $1, you're paying $21 to avoid late fees. Fucking rediculous Don't expect privacy, they will give you a 30 minute notice via email before barging into your place unannounced. Parking is a joke. They gave up on assigned spots and let anybody park anywhere. Been through two towing company's already, I've never seen a single car get towed. No need for a parking pass, and if you do live here, you can park however you want because they will never tow residents. The leasing manager is very rude and not professional. I would never ever recommend anyone to live here. First of all, the model unit that they show you when you tour is about five times the size of what you actually get. Also, when I moved in my toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet, my washer has leaked, dish washer has leaked, my dryer heat hose was not even hooked up to the vent that is supposed to take the air out side so it was blowing hot air into the wall and into my apartment. The computers in the their "computer cafe" as they call it never work. They either freeze, or they are missing the keyboards or mice, or the batteries are dead! When I put in a work order for it, nothing changed and they said they "reset the IT." Nothing changed and most of the computers are still not functional. The keys for the mail boxes were also not cut right so you have to fidget with it to get your mail. Your mail and packages will get sent to the wrong apartment as well due to the way they have apartments numbered. They also have a no name cable provide called Pavlov out of Texas so when the cable is out, it is out for multiple days as they have to drive from Texas to fix it. The quality of the cable is also horrid and fuzzy. Parking is also always a mess and even if you have paid for parking sometimes you cannot ever find a spot in the garage. Any one can gain access to the garage as they have no gates, and parking is going up to $600 a year ($50 a month) from $30 for no reason this next year. Fobs for the building don't work sometimes and will remain broken for several days . They will also email you and sometimes even text you asking you to renew, and if you wait, they will charge you more for parking and blah blah blah. I would hope as the years go by that this apartment complex can improve. The front desk staff is nice and I feel sorry for them since probably have to deal with complaints all the time. I would highly recommend living across the street at the Cardinal at West Center if you like the location. read more

They threaten to give your spot away next year even tho they never fill up. People's dogs shit in the hallways and the rooms are nothing near the example they show you. The place needs to add soundproof windows cuz cars and frat boys keep u up at night. The halls have a mixture of human and dog piss every weekend, and the puddles sit there for days before being cleaned. There's maybe 4 guest parking spots for the entire complex. Have lived here for 4 months, and the experience has been a living hell. The WiFi works about 30% of the time, and staff are very unhelpful about any issues. Packages are frequently lost in the mail room. The problem has gotten to the point that we must purchase a router for our apartment and pay for WiFi that should be included in our rent. Packages have been lost more than once! I had my car towed even though I PAY TO PARK HERE!! There are never visitor passes for when parents visit. This place is disgustingly dirty. In my two years living here I think the hallways have been cleaned MAYBE 3 times. The parking garage is a total hazard nobody looks and the mirrors which are supposed to help you see around the corner are often broken. The fire alarm goes off almost weekly and it happens so often the fire dept takes forever to take it seriously. Management SUCKS no matter how many times you try to communicate they believe they are always right. It is clear this place as thrown together in a couple of months. Absolutely do not recommend living here!! Don't know which is worse, the staff and management, the hot water, or the wifi. My roommates and I, as well as other tenants have had nothing but issues with communication and basic respect from the staff and especially the management. Instead of having help when someone parked in my reserved spot and I was at a risk to be towed, the office told me "dm them on instagram" and then did nothing until I called multiple times. We have even had their staff members go as far as hanging up the phone on us when trying to sort out parking issues. The manager, Esther, expressed nothing but insensitivity and terrible customer service, and the complex will tow your car out of the spot you pay for. The staff appears to have little to no knowledge of the rules and will tell you one thing while management claims something completely different. Other tenants also have expressed that they do not plan on renewing just because of how awful Atmosphere's management is. If you are looking for places to live near campus, try the Cardinal apartments right across the street instead. We do not plan on renewing and this complex is just not worth the price of being close to campus. read more

Great place to live. Nice couches. It is a really fun "atmosphere" to live in. Ping pong and a pool table! Not to mention the circular heated pool! The front desk people are very nice and helpful.
