While the online scheduling system isn't the most user-friendly, it didn't take too long to book, and I appreciated the reminder emails and notifications I received leading up to my appointment. I arrived a little early--around 4:30 PM--and my car was taken in right away. The high-mileage oil change ($89.99) was completed in under an hour, which was great. However, I was told I'd receive a receipt via email, and I never did. Since I needed it for reimbursement, I called to have it resent, only to be told I'd need to return in person to get it printed--definitely inconvenient. Fortunately, when I came back, they printed it quickly and I was on my way. The staff at this location aren't as friendly as the team at the Royal Palm branch, but the quality of work is the same. Overall, I'd return again despite the minor hiccups.

Turns out Rob, the only one that has a brain, said it was the valve stem which should have been replaced with the new tire. I never needed a new tire to begin with. Kyle is completely incompetent and it is sad to say he calls himself the "service manager" I do not know what rock they found him under. There is no check of anything just trying to push you to buy tires.

However, it was obvious that nothing had been fixed or even touched, yet the insurance claim was processed and paid. After my husband called to explain that the issue remained exactly the same, he was asked to bring the truck back. The second time, they kept the vehicle for an entire week and still never got around to working on it. Most recently, we were assured that if we brought the truck back, it would be repaired and ready for pickup today. My husband called ahead and was told the truck was fixed and ready. However, when I arrived to pick up the keys, we were then informed that they had not actually gotten to it at all. This truck is used for work, and having it tied up for weeks with repeated promises and no repairs has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. We understand that delays can happen, but being told a vehicle is repaired when it has not even been worked on is unacceptable. We expected honesty, communication, and professionalism, and unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it's running great finally.
