There didn't seem to be a host or anyone greeting customers. We stood there somewhat aimlessly while employees behind the counter looked over at us without really acknowledging us or explaining where to go. One particularly strange thing we noticed was customers being turned away at the door and told there would be a wait, despite several tables appearing to be open. Then, about five minutes later, another couple walked in and was seated without any issue. Maybe there was an explanation for it, but from a customer's perspective, it was confusing and came across as very inconsistent. Unfortunately, the meal didn't improve things. The food was very bland and lacked the flavor I would expect from a good Italian restaurant. The bread we received tasted stale and was noticeably burnt. For comparison, I would honestly put the overall food quality below what you would expect from Olive Garden. Table service was almost nonexistent. Getting assistance throughout the meal was difficult, and even trying to pay the bill and leave felt like a journey. What concerned me even more was seeing several other customers spoken to in a way that came across as unnecessarily rude. I really wanted to understand why this place has such strong reviews, but based on our experience, I simply can't recommend it. Better hospitality, more consistent treatment of customers, more attentive service, and improvements to the food would go a long way.

I don't know where to start off. The food here was bomb it was the best pizza I've had in a while. The crust was amazing. The pizza was cooked to perfection and you have to try there cookies they where so soft in the middle the perfect cookie. They have a large sign in the storefront advertising 2 pizzas and wings for $24.99 plus tax. However, when I was rung up, I was charged $27.99 plus tax. I pointed out that the sign clearly stated $24.99, and the cashier responded that the sign was "old." I explained that if the sign is still being displayed, it is what customers are being led to expect. She said they would not honor the advertised price because the manager would not allow it. That is not good business practice. If a price is no longer valid, the sign should be removed or updated. Interestingly, the signage above it had been changed with marker, which makes it even more confusing why this sign was left up without being corrected. To make matters worse, they also charged an additional $0.50 fee for using a card, and this was not disclosed by the cashier before payment. Customers should be informed of any extra charges in advance. I saw no sign either around the cashier, unless it was missed but it is should still be informed when they are asking you how you will pay. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Advertising one price, refusing to honor it, and adding undisclosed fees is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
