Great spot for a team end of season party. Love that they offer a slice & a drink for the players on the team, that is a great idea! Cute arcade for the kids to play in. The "banquet room" was nice, would be nice to have a TV in there for the parents to actually watch the games. Service was fast & they were very friendly. The mango habanero traditional wings were more fat than meat and had zero spice, less than buffalo. The boneless garlic Parmesan pictured were all burned black. Additional fees were added to the bill without disclosure for the team party, such fees were never added at past team parties. Wow. Planning our team parties here is out the door 4EVER. So, they sprung this "booked event" charge to all our individual orders. Please review ur receipts when attending a team party/event. The cashier that took our order slammed our card on the counter. Rude! Now I really don't want to eat my food. Should've complained after getting my order. There are much better venues to host our team parties. Crazy how one would rather loose customers by this type of charge. With all the money we spent on food tips and drinks you would still have this type of charge. I would rather see an increase in prices than this type of charge. Don't think I would even comes here if I was invited. I would understand if this charge was told to our event planner. But she has no clue of this charge. Pikeys is our go to spot for delicious pizza, great service and cold beer. The pizza toppings and crust are always so spot on. The only thing I would suggest is that they cook the wings a little longer in that I prefer them on the crispy side as opposed to softer. But huge wings for sure with great flavor just would like them with crisp. Other than that this is the place to go. Clean restaurant and plenty of room for bigger parties. read more

We love going to Pikey's Pizza! It's close to home and my son likes playing in the arcade. We have celebrated my son's birthday there for the past three years and I've also ordered their heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. We usually order pepperoni pizza. Cheese and meat ravioli , lemon pepper wings and grilled chicken salad for dine-in or take out. It's nice to dine in, have a beer and watch a game while the kids enjoy the arcade. The pizza here is amazing, I recently had an event for 50 people at Pikey's. We had friends and family at this event and they all loved the pizza and said they'd be back for more. You can tell everything is made to order and is fresh, I can't say enough about how good their food is! The service was excellent as well... everyone was friendly and helpful and took care of us, We were a large party and they were quick to answer our questions and get us what we needed. This place is family friendly and even has an arcade room for the kids and TVs for the big kids to watch games. I have even been to one of the sip and paint events -and they are fun and relaxing. The service at Pikeys pizza is a joke.. I ordered online through "Slice" and app then waited 45 minutes for my order to say it was ready for pickup. I arrived 20 minutes later to pickup my order. Then I had to wait in line for 4 different customers in front of me to order. There is no pickup line, wt****?? Then after waiting another 25 minutes in line I got to the front of the line and they said I didn't have my order in there system. They searched for my order and eventually found it in the system. Then they said it would be another 30 - 40 minutes for them to prepare my order. WT****???? There excuse was "we are busy." I placed an order online for a reason, so I don't have to wait!!!! Not happy with my overall experience. I placed an order yesterday on their website received an email saying it will be ready by 6:15 to 625. Checked in around 620. They said give me a few minutes. I didn't get my pizza till 650. It was ridiculous. I was very upset but said this is my first time let's just try it, I ordered me and my wife a Hawaiian pizza add jalapeño and bacon. I get home no pineapple on my pizza. Very disappointing with the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. Hopefully the owner reads this and can make some improvements. The place looks like it has a lot of potential UPDATE: owner reached out to me and acknowledged they had made a mistake on the pizza and offered a full refund for the pizza I ordered. She also tried to explain the best way to order is calling in instead of using the slice website option that sometimes can not be accurate. The kids love playing the arcade games!! You can never go wrong with a pastrami pizza and the mango habanero wings, just yummy!!!

I came here for my kids baseball team and of the season party and ordered a sampler platter with a diet Coke and a beer. When I got my total, the math was not adding up so when I looked at my receipt it appears they add a service fee for being part of the party which I don't mind paying but it was never disclosed during the ordering process. Later on as I went to the cashier to ask if they have an ATM to get cash for the arcades, I noticed that a waiter was bringing out a platter and I thought, " I think thats probably my order" but when I saw the waiter drop it off at someone else's table, I figured they had ordered a sampler as well. The man at the table looked confused as if they had dropped off something that he did not order but he did not say anything. Additionally as the waiter was taking the order to that table, one of the chicken wings fell to the floor so I already knew that this particular platter was missing one of the chicken wings. I then decided to look at my receipt to check what number I had and to my surprise the number on my receipt matched the number that was on that table. I told the cashier that the number on that table matched the number on my receipt and therefore they probably put the platter on the wrong table so she went to the table and picked up the platter. I thought that perhaps she was going to give me the platter but she ended up taking it back to the kitchen and said that they would prepare me another. When I finally got my order I noticed that one of the chicken wings was missing and it was the same lemon pepper style that was originally dropped on the floor. This led me to believe that they did not make me a new platter and instead held it in the back to make me think a new one was created. The food was cold when I got it and cheese sticks were hard. I was on a time crunch and decided not to say anything but I am disappointed that this happened on my first time visiting this establishment. read more
