I made the decision, on a whim, to get a daith piercing to help with my migraines. I don't have any other piercings so I really had no idea what to expect. My piercer Gwen was amazing! I was nervous (I hope she couldn't tell) but she put me at ease. She explained everything in detail on what to expect, how to take care of it, when I could change out the ring, everything. These clowns just shoved a nose ring in my girlfriend that was too big, and not what she asked for. This guy caused damage to her nose shoving a ring that was too big THREE times until he forced it through. She asked for a small snug nose ring after waiting months for her piercing to heal to get this done. The result? A ring that was huge and not snug and caused her entire nose to swell up and bleed . I went to Atomic to get my septum Pierced for my birthday. The Internet has told me that if the piercer hits your "sweet spot", then it shouldn't bring you much pain. This piercing was one of the most painful experiences of my entire life, and I have had teeth pulled without anesthesia and 15 tattoos. I nearly fainted and had to lay down after turning ghostly pale. It's also barely sticking out of my nose so it's definitely too high. i'm not sure if it was the piercers inexperience or just a fluke, but whatever it was, it was extremely fucking painful and I would not recommend going for any piercing. The artists were nice and didn't charge too much but that's about all that was nice about it. read more

I went in to get my Monroe piercing screwed in because after seven years it fell out and the ball on the end was too small for me to see myself. I walked in and the woman at the front took my ID and kept it for like 30 minutes. It was unfriendly, unorganized, everyone was rude. The worst part was when she was screwing in my piercing for me she pinched me so hard I said ow.... she didn't stop. Then I offered to hold the back for her and she goes "no I got it." The next day I sit here with a 7 year healed piercing, swollen and infected. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a fucking joke. read more

Hands down the most welcoming tattoo shop I've ever had the privilege of going to. Everyone there is great, but my man JAY is who I went with and will continue going to. If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a pair of plugs yesterday from a girl at this location. I told her I needed a 00 and she gave me a pair of really cool plugs that she said were a 00. I brought it home to my wife and she couldn't even fit them in her ear snug. They were wayyyy to big for her. I go back to the store let them know what happened and she said they "oh I'm sorry I can't do any returns or exchanges." So I'm fucked. I tried to do something nice for my wife and I trusted this girl. I'm pissed. I just spent 25$ for nothing. They will never get my business again and I will be calling their corporate. This was my first tattoo so I was nervous and apprehensive. Everyone was really nice to me especially Gio the artist who did my tattoo. I got a Triceratops on my ankle. I showed him a picture and he actually customized it to make it my own. He did a great job and told me how to take care of my new tattoo. I had never gotten anything done here and she was all attitude. I had just got back from getting it pierced and all she asked was "do you want the cleaner?" I went to atomic with a vague idea of what I wanted, 2 hours before closing, and Ben came up with a sweet design to match the rest of my sleeve in progress and I couldn't be happier. All of the artists were personable and had a good sense of humor, clean shop, fair prices, phenomenal customer service and all around a good experience. I have been worked on by 5 artists before Ben at atomic, and from now on will be going strictly to him, although I saw some tattoos leaving while I was getting worked on and they looked awesome as well. All of the artists I saw tattooing were focused and detailed, yet carried on a full conversation with their clients which always makes something like getting a tattoo easier, especially if you are nervous. read more

My boyfriend was tattooed by Greg and was very happy with the way it came out so he decided to join me a week later for a cover up. Randy did an awesome job working with the dark tattoo he had on his arm to cover it and make it look like the first one was never even there. If you are looking for quality work and a chill environment without spending hundreds of dollars, go see the guys at Atomic! I went for a septum piercing, the guy who did it was named Scott I'm pretty sure. He pierced it completely crooked and told me it was just because it was swollen and that it'd be even once it wasn't swollen. I waited and when it was no longer swollen it was still extremely uneven and looked bad. I can't believe a piercer would send someone home with such a terrible job. I came back into the shop and the guy at the desk even agreed it was messed up. Luckily a different piercer named Mikey was in the shop that day and agreed that the guy messed it up and he was very nice to me and fixed it. Never go there for piercings. The guy who originally pierced me was arrogant rude and shouldn't be piercing people if he can't do it correctly. read more

She was very late. She hadn't drawn the tattoo, though I'd made a special trip to drop off the photo several days in advance. She kept talking when she should've been drawing.
