Located near the Stadium in a shopping plaza, I went on a weekend and got the last parking spot. Apparently people park here when events are going on. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the plaza, up two flights of stairs. The shop seemed a bit older, but clean and well-maintained. Once the greeter determined what I was there for, they had me scan a QR code so I could fill out all the paperwork involved with getting a piercing. No one else was waiting, so Leo took my right into his room. After examining my ears closely, he determined that what I wanted could not be done in the ear I wanted, due to weird ear curves. I'm okay with that - I would rather prevent problems before they happen. No choice but to get a barbell, which I don't love, but once it heals I'll be able to be creative. Leo was very calm, and patient, and very good at what he does - I hardly felt the piercing. Everything was sterile, which of course, is what you look for when getting a piercing. When he was done, he had me scan a QR code to get all the healing instructions. He told me when it heals, contact him and we can discuss options for styling my entire ear at a reasonable price. Trent Castellano Gave me a tattoo that he told me he drew himself and it was actually copied pinterest clip art. When confronted claimed he used it was inspiration when it was copy and paste same artwork. I would not be nearly as frustrated if Trent Castellano did not claim to have drawn the design completely himself. Stigma ink never responded when i reached out. Came here to work on one or two of the artists as a massage therapist and then got some ink for myself. My artist was Matt. Matt was extremely professional. We consulted over what I wanted, and he drew it up, presented it and got to work. It'd been a decade since I've had any ink done so I was a little apprehensive, but I didn't have to be. He was gentle and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing, what needle he was using and everything else. He made sure to check in with me, to see how I was handling things and when it was done, I was incredibly pleased. I now have the Lotus I wanted! It's delicate and the ink work is incredibly fine. After my review Chino, the owner and I spoke. He apologized for the issues I had with Eddie and offered a couple of solutions. They were to have another artist provide me with the work or simply refund me. He explained Eddie has been busy, but understood there was poor communication which is how I saw it as well. To make a long story short, I obtained my refund and really wish things didn't turn out this way. Chino and the shop seem like great folks. I know how it is to be busy with work and life and to drop the ball on some things so I don't believe Eddie meant any malice. These things happen and it's unfortunate, but I feel Chino and the folks at Stigma Ink are dedicated to their work and their customers. Got a tattoo from Charlie for a whole 9 hours, two sessions and one touch up session. He did a very good job with talking it through with me as a first timer, especially with color. While visiting a friend, she and I both decided to randomly get piercings. Came as walk-ins and was able to be seen fairly quickly. Our piercer, Leo, was exceptional. Extremely clean and hygienic, making sure to show us the earrings and needle were new and enclosed in packaging before he used them. We wanted a couple lobe piercings, both of us wanted one to be off-set. He took time to mark to make sure the piercings were spaces evenly, and that the off-set piercings had space between the existing ones so it wouldn't rub against the other backings or be a bother. Leo was very thorough, personable, and good at his job. He made sure to go over aftercare, and had great suggestions for future piercings for each of us. TDLR; I highly recommend Stigma Ink. Professional, affordable, friendly, and sterile. --- I was very nervous about getting my first cartilage piercing and wasn't sure I was even going to get one, even as I walked into the store. The staff was great at calming my nerves without feeling pressured. Charlie was my piercer and he is awesome!!! After walking me through the whole process, he constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. He was super meticulous when handling the equipment to make sure everything was sterilized, which was a huge difference from what my friend or I saw in other piercing places. He was really knowledgeable and had great aftercare tips. Apparently, if you twist your cartilage hoop piercing a few times when you clean it (after you take a shower because the cartilage softens and makes it easier), there's a significantly lower chance of infection. The process was quick and easy, and I'm super glad I decided to go with Stigma Ink.
