Wow... in response to the owner: no you did not say sorry. Not once. You didn't tell me to come in. I left this review 6 months ago. How are you so sure what you said during a phone call 10 months? Of course I wanted compensation.... You did not provide the service I paid for. In fact, I've had to spend more money then the original service on the doctors appointments I've had to go to. you should have taken care to contact me and help me the second I told you: YOUR PIERCER PIERCED THE WRONG PART OF MY BODY. You as a business owner should take care when you're inserting needles into peoples body, you caused LIFETIME DAMAGE, and, you have made me terrified to ever get another piercing again due to the experience you gave me. My sis and I walked in to get a piercing and tattoo. We had to get cash across the street but that was not an issue, and we met three ladies to help us including owner Ivy. All were very sweet and helpful, and both my sister and I had a good experience. My sister was impressed by her tattoo and her experience with Leslie and she wants to go back to have her fix her other tattoo from another location that is mishapened. I got the worst tattoo from Dragonz Eye Tattoo "Shop" the week before last and I just found out, I have to pay another $250 for a tattoo that has to be redone by Ink GodZ tattoo shop thanks to Terry the "artist" who did my tattoo!! This shop is totally unprofessional as they don't even let their clients know whether or not a full tattoo has been completed and they seem to think that their clients are mind readers!!! As a client coming to a tattoo "artist", the shop should be upfront with you and let you know how to care for the tattoo when you walk out of the shop!! Terry told me that my tattoo didn't need to be covered as I left his shop, because he claimed that "because there's no blood, it doesn't need to be covered"!! I went to Facebook to complain and got a "nasty" but supposedly professional reply stating that I didn't keep still long enough for my tattoo to be completed!!! What a bunch of crap!! Please, whatever you do, do not pay these people for a tattoo. I promise you, they will ruin the tattoo, happily take your money and make sure that you have to go somewhere else so it can be rescued and redone!! Save your money!! Go to a reputable shop!! Went here looking for plugs and information. The owner was unbelievably RUDE . I have spent a lot of time in tattoo shops but have never encountered this behavior from an owner . She acted like we were bothering her the entire time. She did end up being helpful and we did buy some ear plugs but GEEZ !!! We felt uncomfortable the entire time . Then I asked about how much a nape piercing would be and she then was very insulting asking why would anyone want that ? Well never freaking mind lady ! There are so many tattoo shops in St Pete no need to be insulted by this nasty woman. read more

I messaged the shop to ask about putting in some body jewelry that I bought and Ivy responded back in less than a day and said they could, so armed with cash (they don't take credit cards) and my small bag of jewelry, I walked in. Location note: they're in the same plaza as Asylum on Central, across the street from Starbucks. Super easy to find and get into/out of. And let me say, Jaq is awesome. Great guy! Very knowledgeable, very personable, and very clean, sanitary, and thorough. I know I said I think I'm done getting piercings but now I'm having second thoughts. 12/10, would definitely go back to in the future and would recommend to others. read more

All started out so good but all too quickly went south. Got a Monroe done and the piercing fell out late Saturday evening. Well they aren't open until Tuesday at noon. SOL. Went back as soon as they opened and was told it had healed up and I would have to pay for it to be done again and they had raised their prices in a week from $40 to $50! No sooner did I leave and the ball fell off again. They also tell you don't touch the piercing or jewelry which I didn't. Had to go out of my way to go back to the shop a 3rd time. Well it promptly fell out again. The post was stripped! They don't even use proper jewelry. Finally got it redone somewhere where they know what they're doing. Stay away--they don't care about keeping customers. Just in it for the $$$. read more

They are really great here. I got my septum done by Jack, who is awesome. So friendly and informative. He pierced it straight and it is healing well! I believe good piercings aren't cheap, and this was a fair price in my opinion. If you have any questions during healing or want to change jewelry up/out, they can definitely help with that. I actually got my lip pierced here around 3-4 years ago. I'm glad I came back. I have been trying to find a piercer available, everyday for the last week to change out my piercings. No piercer was even in the 8 stores I called. I called Dragonz Eye and their piercer was available! He was very nice and professional. He gave me some tips on the new rings and didn't charge me to change them out. He gave me some store cards to pass out to friends! I've had 3 tattoos done by this place, by both Ivy and Terry. I have to say they are one of the most friendliest professional tattoo artists I've ever met. They're work is amazing I've recently had a tattoo done by Terry and he made my tattoo look exactly like i picture I wanted, I noticed the artists add their own touch to it and I absolutely love it. Not even that but they make you feel really comfortable as soon as you sit in the chair. They take their time on everything and depending on what you want to get they can take you in as soon as you walk in.
