I had the worst experience! From getting a quote over the phone from 40 for 2-3 days service for unlocking my phone to 90 for same day service. Now I understand my phone was difficult to unlock but when I paid $10 more than originally for same day service so that means it went up to $100 then getting a call for $40 more! And not 2 days later!! I basically paid for a one day service but they kept it 2 days. Then taking it to my carrier and not being able to connect it I went back demanding a refund from the manager and he threatened to call security. He did help me call customer service and get my line connected on the phone he unlocked but boy was that guy "manager" rude and mean and not very good at customer service! What did he expect after me paying all that money and it not working of course I was upset and he acted like I was crazy. Anyways I feel like you just need to learn to give patience towards your customers when they are relying on your service please don't shut them out. Or turn around and try to help someone else to ignore your unsatisfied customer. Yes thanks for your help and I apologized for my actions but an apology from you would've been nice as well. IPHONE USERS BEWARE. The screens they use are not compatible. They will work for a short time then start malfunctioning again. I brought it to them 4 times in total because nothing would fix the phone. They had the nerve to blame me for my phone not working. My broken screen worked just fine. I was doing postmates the same day before I brought it in. It was just a couple of cracks, I should have just lived with it. I wasn't able to work for 2 weeks because the phone would overheat and the screen was unresponsive. Then they tried to say it was my battery. $120 dollars wasted and I ended up just selling it for parts. Just to get my money back. I tried talking to the owner, and he offered me store credit, as if I would ever bring any of my things to them ever again. I only asked for a partial refund because I believe people deserve to get paid for their work, but after making me pay to disable my phone they should have the decency to try to make amends. They never warned me that my phone might not work after replacing the screen. Then they said it was probably the battery overheating my phone. That was also a lie. It's their cheap screens. They treated me like a chump. Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Came in for a case for my new iPad Purle the clerk was awesome helped me find the right case and told me the charging problem with my iphone6 was probably a dirty port 5 minutes later I'm out the door. Mark didnt honor quote he gave me over the phone. Raised prices and was very unprofessional. After iPhone 7 was repaired now my phone is glitching, it acts as if someone is pressing button even when on a flat surface with no one touching it, and doesn't register buttons that I do touch. Do not take your phone here I took my iphone 7 a week ago today to have the screen fixed because it was shattered so I went in they did not honor the price over the phone which was fine I paid anyway the $79 took 30 minutes I saw a bright light in the corner and the key board wasn't working properly a few days later without having dropped the phone or anything the glass is litereally broken in 2 pieces like it was defective or previously cracked when they replaced it so I called the store to "TRY" and get some help the guy was soo rude wouldn't let me talk kept talking over me saying I broke the phone its my fault I broke it without trying to talk and say lets talk a look see whats wrong he just assumed over the phone I will take my money else where to have it fixed and I recommend all of my friends and yelpers to take your business else where to avoid any problems like the one I experienced read more

I came on Sunday to fix the screen from my IPhone 6 and they "fixed it" really fast. I was impressed with the service BUT then after several hours the screen wasn't working. I had to press really hard to type words and sometimes it was not typing anything at all. At this time I was very upset and went back to them to get my screen fixed. He told me to be back in 20 min and I did, it seemed like he didn't do anything to my screen and then again it was the same. Today I went back and told him that he needed to replace my screen because I paid $106.89 to get my screen fixed' the guy told me to "be back in 30mins" and i told him that I was staying there to see when he did the replacement. Long story short my screen is working perfectly fine BUT my home bottom is not working! so he pretty much fixed the screen and screw my home button. For some reason he didn't wanted to give me back my copy, which it seemed off because I asked him if I could have it back and he said no! I'm glad I took a picture of the copy.. read more
