I needed to have all of my drapes hemmed so I called to see if they provided this service. I was greeted by the husband and he handed the phone to his wife who does the alterations. I was quoted 14.00 per panel and I felt that to be a fair price. I brought all of the panels in the next day and the price changed again. Now it was 22.00 per panel, granted, I expected that with a few of the panels and relented due to the drape backing. I received a call no more than an hour after I dropped the panels raising the price yet again this time to 45 per panel, also they told me the grommets on some of the panels were loose and I asked can you fix them and the girl told me I'm sure we can I'll call you if we can't. I dropped the panels on a Wednesday and let them know there was no rush and the following Thursday would be doable. When I came to retrieve my drapes they looked nicely pressed and Then I quickly noticed every grommet on two of my sheer panels was removed and attached by safety pins. I was Not pleased by this and inquired as to why they had not been fixed since this was spoken about during the phone conversation and she said, she wasn't able to fix them but if I left them longer then they would fix them. Feeling frustrated I told them no my home is completely exposed and now I can't even hang up the drapes, the wife no longer spoke English at this point although she had spoken to me fine previously. I took them home and had to find someone to come to my home to repair all the grommets that were removed during their process. For the price that was charged they should have had a complete product by the end of over a week. Very disappointed and felt taken advantage of in regards to the ever changing price. read more

This is a wife and husband family owned business, where they provide the type of hospitality you'd expect from going over and visiting an aunt or uncle. I took my wedding dress to get thoroughly cleaned after an evening of Korean bbq, walks on the streets for a bridal shoot and the nights of Las Vegas, it safe to say my dress was in need of a deep clean. I was quoted a price then and there and offered a preservation box for a cost of $60-80 and was so pleased when I came back for my dress and see almost all stains were completely gone. After seeing the reviews on Yelp I decided to take my daughter's recital costume from last year (2020) Since that recital was canceled, we were given the option to wear that costume or buy something much more plain. I didn't want the costume to go to waste, but she has grown some inches since then. I took it and the woman who does the alterations suggested steaming(stretching) the straps so we wouldn't actually have to alter the beautiful, intricate costume. It worked perfectly! I found this place on yelp. It was time for a change we had been going to today cleaners because of connivence. The pricing of today cleaners was making me crazy so I tried Atriano's Cleaners. For what I usually pay at today cleaners I paid half here. I decided to stick w my new find. It's a mom and pop shop and I'm always down to support local businesses. They are located on the opposite side of town from where we live however about 10 min or less from my husbands work. I'm all about cost and my hubby is all about connivence so he wasn't too happy about having to drive out a bit buuuuuut they do offer laundry pick up! He hasn't used this service but he should. These folks are amazing!! I'm 5 '3 and 3/4 in stature. Everything is long and bulky on me. The wife does alterations and she is very professional. I took approximately 10 dresses in to have them altered. They fit perfectly! I was so excited!! I actually have a wardrobe that I can wear. And they look fitted. And the pricing is the most reasonable in town. I paid double elsewhere. The husband does the dry cleaning! My husband took his jackets in and they turned out looking brand new! My husbands jackets were the sports jackets with the leather sleeves, white in color! They turned out to be beautiful! The dirt in his sleeves were imbedded from 3 years ago. Again....
