The machines all work great, minus the occasional quarter getting stuck. The only negative I would give it is the dryers being vented into the room. It makes it very hot in there, especially during the summer time. Highly recommend not coming on Sunday, it's always super busy. We've visited one other laundry mat in town, and this one is by far the best. Between the cost, the cleanliness, and the friendly management it's all worth a visit.

I took 2 Pendleton shirts to get dry cleaned and heavy pressing, I took 2 pairs of new Levi's to get dry cleaned, heavy starch & heavy press. They stated they couldn't do a heavy starch due to the time frame, but they could do the heavy pressing on all 4 items. Well I get home, check out my shirts/pants and was very disappointed. My brand new Pendleton's collars weren't pressed, the sleeves weren't heavy pressed & they both had steam wrinkling, my Levi pants weren't even heavy pressed, they just washed them & half ass ironed them. Unfortunately, this was my 1st time & my last time using this cleaners, terrible work.

So I went back Friday 5/5/26 around 3:30 and there's a sign on the door that said be back by 11 AM and nobody was back and he told me Saturday is closed even though online is opened and I kept calling nobody would answer. So I have to come pick up my suits today 5/9/26 around 10:30 And the guy was here again and he basically blamed it all on me. He said that he was waiting for me Friday 5/5/26 around 4 even though I was here since 330 waiting for him and then even waited he said he waited from 4 to 6 even though he never told me to come pick it up from 4 to 6 . He also told me that they take their lunch from 11 but then he said they take it from 2 to 3 . and he didn't wanna give me any discount or anything. I had to even go buy an emergency suit on Saturday because he was closed on Friday. used to love coming here! as of my last visits, it just looks like this place is getting worse and…read moreworse. came in on a sunday morning, not too busy but what made it seem like it was, was that half of their machines were down! half of their dryers weren't working or had missing glass on them. and the very little machines that were available were being taken up by staff doing the drop in laundry. there were WAIT LINES to dry. the workers are super nice and friendly but it just doesn't make up for the rest of it. there's no bathrooms for MONTHS, and when it finally works, there's no toilet paper and staff tells you to bring your own. lmaooooo
