They swore it would be inspected Monday never happened. On Tuesday, they actually had the nerve to call me and guarantee it was finally being looked at. Once again, a total lie. Nothing was done. After three days of worthless promises, blatant disrespect for my time, and endless excuses, I'm stuck paying another $90 tow fee just to drag my truck away from this place and drop it off with professionals who actually work. Zero accountability and absolute zero competence. Save yourself the massive headache and the extra money take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. The service manager said he "would get back in touch with me", but never did. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

They had to order a part, and as soon as they could get it on their schedule got our truck repaired. I told her I have rental on my insurance but it only covers a small sedan but we can make it work, we always do. She asked me where you rent converted vehicles and I told her I always do business with The Creative Mobility Group in Byron Center. At that time she told me "We'll cover the extra rental fees". I was shocked. I knew that was at least $100 a day they were offering to pay. I assured her that we could make it work without a converted van (I just wouldn't be able to bring my daughter anywhere for the week, but we could manage just fine) and she insisted on helping us out and paying that extra fee for us. They ended up having our vehicle for 5 days and they paid the extra fees for the van. They did NOT have to do that and I didn't even ask. They saw a need and they went above and beyond to help make sure my daughter could be transported if need be. I will always use Preferred Ram Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Henry street for any of our repairs, etc. They have always done good by us but this was beyond what they had to do. He brought his truck in there this morning for service because we noticed last night that the water pump went out. He got an oil change and after your service department completed that they gave him the keys back and told him he was all set. He asked the service department to look at it again because it wasn't drivable in the current conduction and told them the water pump was bad. Your service team told him they couldn't look at it- That he would need to make another appointment and the earliest they could get him in was 2 weeks from now and you let him LEAVE there driving the truck knowing the water pump was bad! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We will never do business here again.

Made an appointment for the "Tidal Wave" service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee on October 2nd, 2020. A…read morevery disappointing experience. I paid $180 for that service which is to include washing, "claybaring", waxing and detailing. When told after waiting 4 plus hours that the car was ready, I found it to be very unsatisfactory. The washing was incomplete with obvious areas unwashed and driver and passenger floor pads soaking wet. The manager, Cody, acknowledged the various shortfalls and made efforts to correct the discrepancies which included not applying dressing to tires and other black trim. The excuse provided by Cody was that they had a new washer person who was on his second day. I was not offered any refund, partial or otherwise. After retuning home, I noted other areas (e.g. not cleaned after opening the rear upper tailgate window and dressing not applied to upper surfaces of roof rails). No evidence of any quality control procedures in place to insure a proper job before releasing to the customer. For $180, I expected a first class performance. I have had better results for $50! I hope they improve, but I will not be back.
