The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son.
