DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Drive to any other location. I brought my phone in to replace the…read morebattery for free and when I came in to pick up they said they couldn't fix it due to the bottom screws being striped, which is understandable, so I took it back and barely got in the car before I realized that there was a black spot at the bottom and then the screen no longer worked. Went back inside and they brought it to the back and only talked about how there were scratches on the screen and how they can't remove the screws. No apology no accountability nothing. They said it probably happened because of their heat pad. Then tried to call At&T and never offered to help afterwards and had to get help at the actual AT&T store instead.
