I reached out via Yelp and we communicated mostly through email. I was given web forms to pay via credit card for the deposit and final transaction. We did most of the will creation over email, I was sent a form to complete then scan, and email back. For the final will creation, I had to visit the office in person and sign, along with Erwin's team. In all, it was a pretty realistic transaction for the creation of a will. Granted my will is not complex, so I cannot speak for someone with a lot of requirements, but Erwin Law did a great job for a basic will.

I was beginning to lose hope going through the list but he called me back and the first thing I noticed is how friendly and down to earth he was. He patiently allowed me to tell my story and he was the only attorney that said he could help me. After he told me his strategy I agreed and from that day Attorney Leibowitz worked very hard on my matter and kept me in the loop on all his moves. Another thing I noticed in his methods was his professionalism and character. His manner on communicating with parties while advocating for me was really a class act. I worked solely with Elise Yu and Thomas. I am very grateful to have found them. After Thomas reviewed my evidence and clearly saw I was not in the wrong he called the attorney immediately and spoke to him. Let me just say that Thomas put the opposing attorney in his place (in a good way). He's very knowledgable, kind and knows what he is doing. Since the other side really has no case against me, I've been in contact with Elise the most as we are just playing the "waiting game" until they come back with a counter offer or something (I am not a lawyer, so I don't know all this legal jargon.). On top of being super responsive with all my questions, Elise has also helped me with a few other things as a courtesy which speaks volumes to her work ethic and service. No matter what time I have e-mailed her, she always responds right away in the morning. She is very kind, compassionate and really wants to help.
