i have the paper work 2 prove i was a client, i wouldn't waste my time or energy 2 slander anyone [ i just told the truth about my dealing with u & your firm] if u think i'm lieing or as you say i was never a client of yours sue me 4 slander [ i will bring my paperwork 2 court 2 prove my case & I will post the results on here & fb] i even called u afterwords 2 say i didn't think u guys did all u could 4 me like another very well & respected lawyer did 4 their clients. & u guys told me some things that I found out later wasn't true & couldn't be done in bankruptcy, [ another lawyer told me that, then I called u back & u said u guys never told me that & that's not legal 2 do [ of course it was after court filling were over,which u didn't come 2 someone else did from your firm] they called my name & I went in2 a room with the person u sent 4 me.[ u never said u wouldn't be the one 2 come 2 the hearing.maybe that's what all lawyers do [ send someone else I don't know i'm not a lawyer] [ i felt u guys just blew my concerns off. i understand u have a lot of clients u deal with, but i only had 1 lawyer [ you] & i'm sooooooooooo glad i saved all the paperwork 2 back up the truth, that i was a client of yours. & my thing is how can u look me up with no name or address or case #, but i just called & talked 2 someone [ i think her name was laura] i told her i hired u & your firm right be4 the laws were changing 4 filing bankrupt, i still remember what u charged me back then [ i can find the check i paid with 2 u] its just sad u have 2 lie about that. David M Siegel & Associates I highly recommend. Even after what reviews posted. First off I have had many experiences with Attorney firms not, every attorney firm knows of other attorneys that they can recommend in other case matters. Just cause they are attorneys doesn't mean they know every lawyer in town that handles every type of case. They treated me with the up most respect. 1 we don't file bankruptcy to fix our credit, we file it for debt relief that we have been over whelmed with due to changing situations in our finances. If you read the literature that was given to you by the attorney and what you get from the trustees office it will explain all that to you. People are so smart to talk but, not to read and know the laws. 2 for attorney firms that have Associates usually do have other attorneys that handle the same cases it doesn't mean cause the attorneys name is on the title is who will be handling you personally. 3 I read something about parking tickets. HELLO, the attorney can't tell you what to write on your list of debts by law you have to list all and every debt you can remember then it gets summited to the trustee for review. I am sure you went to that meeting..Right? The trustee will tell you yes or no. Not, the attorney. If you failed to list a creditor that is all your doing no one else's. As far as him stating about before the laws changing, he is a little out of the time frame if you look at his last review. The laws changed 8 years ago bozo. Whats the date on your last review. Last and final. my experience with ATR was life-altering, my interaction with everyone involved at the agency was tremendously helpful.
