Got a pedicure and when my water was filling, one of the employees didn't but the cap on correctly and water started spraying everywhere. With that happening my tennis shoes got soaked along with my socks. They gave me a hair dryer to dry my own shoes. The pedicure was done poorly, one of the workers was doing the bare minimum. I had to take off my own hot towel because it was left on too long and started to get cold. I got gel x and the machine that cures it. she kept touching with the wet nail polish and had to keep painting over because it kept getting knicked. Finally someone else stepped into to try and fix my toes. When I went to pay I thought they would at least apologize or give me a discount for everything that happened. I feel bad that I didn't leave a tip but after everything that happened. I didn't feel like I got the best service. Would not recommend this place. read more

First, the good: The $35 pedicure was 5 stars, no complaints there... HOWEVER, I asked for shade 290 (a mauvey brown) for my dip manicure at the beginning of my pedicure, and the woman went to go get something from the back. I saw her looking around at the different colors and thought nothing of it... flash forward to halfway through my manicure and I ask, "This is 290 right?" (Because sometimes the dip powder looks very different from the end result) She goes, "No, we don't have dip powder in 290." It was never made clear to me that they didn't have my shade, and on top of that I was never asked to choose another, let alone if I like the color she chose for me until I said something. It was late and they were already closed (I had an appointment an hour before close and it ran long) so I just said, "it's fine" and moved along with my day. I also got charged for a $65 manicure but she didn't trim my cuticles???? LONG STORY SHORT: Had I chosen the manicure color myself I would give the manicure 3 stars because I didn't get my cuticles trimmed, she didn't cover the sides of my nails with dip powder, and I didn't even get to choose or meaningfully approve my color. $100 later I decided I'm not going to be coming back for any manicures anytime soon. read more

I work in a medical field where i use my hands a lot. I don't get my nails done a lot, because I know that won't last that long. I just got engaged so I wanted my nails to look pretty for awhile to compliment my ring! (I'm not done admiring my nails and my shiny ring) I was headed to the pet store that in the same plaza as Attractive Nails and I thought: Hm, i've heard good things about Attractive nails from my former co workers. I should give them a shot while i'm here. I walked in & they excepted my walk in and I think I was out in a boot 30 min- with a 5-10 minute wait time. It's been almost a week since I got my gel nails done there, and I am impressed on how long they've lasted so far (especially since I work with my hands a lot) and the quality as well! Attractive Nails always does an amazing job!! I started going to them back in 2016 and have tried multiple other places since then and have never found anything that even comes close. They can look at any photo I show them and recreate it flawlessly. They also give their professional opinion on things that you may think look good, but in the end they know will not be something you'll like. Every single person there does wonderful work, but Diep is definitely my go to girl (although Hung did these lovely ombré summer nails)! "D" does not listen to anything you want. You want long nails. You get short nails. You tell her they're crooked. She tells you to wait until she's done. When she's done she asks you why you didn't tell her it was crooked when you tell her they're still crooked after mentioning it at least 3 times. This thing took a hard left. You want a certain shape, she does her own thing and asks why you didn't say anything when you did several times and even showed a picture. So now I have rounded (terrible shaped) , crooked nails that a nice gentleman there attempted to fix. They look a lot better than what she did. But they're still not the length I wanted and not the shape I wanted. The girl gave me tips and now my nails are shorter than my natural nails were when I came in with nothing on them. My toe nails look good but my heels that were smooth are now hard and cracking. They are not very welcoming. The only reason I went was because it was close to my workplace. Bad customer service! Humiliated by the staff, I ve been going multiple times but they are disloyal and distrespectful.

My daughter and I went together and fortunately there was no wait. However the person who gave me a pedicure had a terrible sense of humor and kept cracking horrible jokes. All I wanted to do was relax and he wouldn't stop asking personal questions. The effort was rough when he was sanding my feet, the cut of the nails were sloppy, and the nail polish was done very poorly. Unfortunatley, another yelper had a bad experience here...for me, it was ok. No better or worse than any other place... I just got a basic pedicure, everything seemed clean and my toes look like they do from anywhere else. The thing I DID like a lot here was the tech gave a very good massage and they wrap your lower leg in feet in a hot towel after the massage...not something they do everywhere. As I said, I got a pedicure, so I have no idea about their fills or whatever another yelper said was so awful...it is kinda hard to F up a pedicure. When I selected a color that didn't cover up the bruise on my toenail, the tech got another color for me and I didn't like it and he went and got me another one with no complaints... Pedi price was 28, I prefer the 25, but whatever...it's 3 bucks. Because I type all day, I don't bother with manicures unless it's a super special occasion(aka my wedding) I will never be able to report on this service here- I will probably go back because it's close to work, but I certainly wouldn't drive 30 minutes for it. **they accept credit cards, but prefer cash...you can tip on the credit card too(which was a good thing because not all places do that). read more

Such great service! I made an appointment earlier in the day in a panic. I had a wedding to go to and a nail salon the day before demolished my nails. I was greeted right as I walked in and as I mentioned why I was there, Hung had remembered my phone call earlier in the day. I was helped by him and another very sweet woman to make my nails actually look how they were suppose to. They worked wonders with my bad nail job and I couldn't be happier. Clean, nice atmosphere in the salon too. This place is about 25 minutes from my house but I would gladly make that drive for future services. read more

I have now been here 3 times in the past 6-8 months. This is the only place that i have been to more than two times since my old nail place was sold. It has been consistent with the same person doing my nails (Nina) and she does a good job. I believe that the salon could be a little cleaner, but it's not gross. Luckily it's on my way home from work so i don't have a make a special trip out there. I pretty much only get pink and whites and only get my nails done once a month so they have to do good and durable and they have been every time I've been there. Have not had a pedicure yet but that is coming at my next appt. I'm not use to having to make an appt but apparently these places would like it if you did instead of being a walk in. Plus you don't have to wait as long. All in all i believe i will continue to go here unless something happens that i do not like. read more

Been going here for a few years mainly out of convenience. There usually isn't a wait when I go. They are reasonably priced for what you get. The leg massage is probably why I kept going. Nails never really impressed. They will rush you when it starts to get busy and some of them can be stone faced and rude. My husband went with me a few times and he felt they were very quick and half-assed. That's coming from an easy to please man not including polish etc. This last time we went, one of the ladies nipped his big toe and made him bleed.
