One of the many times I've gone! I have been coming to this place for over six years now. It took me some time to get acclimated and find the right person that I liked but once I did, I'm stuck with that person and made sure my nails were done correctly every single time. The key is to make sure you check your nails and service received before you leave. If there's something about your nails that you don't speak up and let them know so that they can correct it for you. I think a lot of people on here do reviews about things that they don't like but they don't speak up about it when they are theirs so that the person has a chance to actually correct their mistakes. Walked in without an appointment. Stanley gave me a manicure. I can say this was the worst manicure I've ever had in my life. My nails are still tender and sore, I told him many times during the manicure, he was filing too close, and it was painful. When I got home, my nails were snagging on my clothing, I had to file them. Went here a couple weeks ago. Some guy did my nails that I've never seen before. Did a horrible job didn't cut my cuticles or file my nails smooth. The nail polish peeled and chipped off by 3 rd day. They did not give me even close to what I asked for. A picture was shown of what I wanted, the nail tech some guy, decided he wanted to do something else and added a boat load of acrylic to most of my nails especially the middle one that he completely broke off. Keep in mind, I went in for a fill in and cut down. They asked questions on the phone about what I wanted and I was specific, they gave me a price of $60, $25 for toes and $35 for gel nail fill- in. They never cut my nails down AT ALL. They charged me $98 total even after the first tech broke what was already there. Let's not forget they switched techs to another guy, in the middle of it all bc the tech didn't like me telling him he wasn't giving me what I asked for. The second pic is what I received, the first one is what I showed them I wanted. Their idea of a resolution was to fix it. If you couldn't get it right originally , why would I come back so you can "fix it"? Zoom in and look at the difference in acrylic and how bulky it is on certain fingers. They were going to charge me $30 for two nails to have rhinestones on top of the botched job and broken nail. I low and high key believe he broke my nail just to charge me extra because what I wanted was only $60. My pedi was the only thing he did right but now I have to dispute again and send my profs which I have. Never again. If the nail shop gets on here and lie, I won't bother reading it. I was a regular here a couple years ago before moving away from the area and it was great. Today after recently moving back to the area I decided to treat myself to a mani after work around 2:20. I walked in and was informed the wait was 10-15 min, so I waited, longer than that I might add. People came in after me and were served before and it was honestly just insulting to have someone served in my face before me while I had been waiting and they just walked in. Worst nail experience ever I had a mani/pet. I had a man do my nails. I don't know his name. He didn't speak English and I think that's where things went wrong. He motioned if I wanted my nails cut. I shook my head yes as my nails were all different lengths. He cut them below my fingertips and then tried to file them. All he got was the top skin of of fingers. The price was also an issue. I have tried this place multiple times for getting an acrylic fill and every time I have left disappointed. The people here are rude, I feel like I am being rushed every time I have gone there. This past time, I had noticed that the acrylic is pulling away from my natural nail, which is BAD! They did nothing to remedy this, so now there is moisture between my nail and the acrylic which can promote fungus growth! Also, the acrylic was put on very thick and then not drilled smooth and it just looks terrible. The polish job there has also turned out very messy and is already wearing off of the tips after 4 days. I can usually get a full 2 weeks out of a polish job! I will not return! Do yourself a favor and find a different nail salon! read more

Probably the worst service and manicure I've ever had. The tech spoke maybe 5 words of English to me and hello was never uttered. She gave me the parafin dip and never took off my wedding ring so I now have wax in the brackets. The coats of polish were so lite that my oxblood color came out a bright red and the tips are hot pink. The cleanliness is also lacking, I've never seen such a disgusting naile file before. I've been getting my nails done about every 2-3 weeks. I always have a pedicure done 1-2 months. I've been putting shellac on my toes and fingers for years. I decided to try this place, because the other one that I've been going to is getting really dirty. My shellac manicure chipped after 2 days. I went back to get it repaired and they did for free. Since I was there, I decided to get my shellac pedicure. It was 45 bucks. The man did not soak my toes. He dremmeled my shellac off and cut me a few times. He also thinned out my real nails so they are all like paper thin. My toe nails started cracking after a few days and I had to cut them down really short. To make matters worse, the next day another nail chipped. It hadn't even been two weeks and my manicure has a chip on every finger. This never happens anywhere that I've been to. This was the worst pedicure/manicure that I've ever had. I DO NOT recommend. Go to Paris Nails on Milford, they do a lot better job. read more

I agree with the last reviewer. I went here purely to get my shellac manicure soaked off, nothing else. When I walked in there was NO ONE around except the staff, 2 ladies and a man. But it was midday so I didn't think anything about it. They charged 9 for removal. But they did not soak off my nails like they were supposed to at all. Instead, they let me soak for maybe 1 and a half minutes then the guy used a drill to buff off the shellaq! Now I didn't know any better but I didn't say anything thinking maybe I was wrong. But when I asked my gf about it she was horrified. My nails are brittle and damaged now because the top layer is gone and there are ridges in my nails, plus I had to cut them off, which is what I was trying to avoid by getting shellaq to protect them. I brought my 7 niece here for a manicure (no cuticle cutting. They didn't do a manicure, no filing, no finger soaking, no lotion they simply painted her nails and charged me $15. To top it off the polish started popping off her nails less than 5 hours later. We won't return. read more

I'm really surprised to see any negative reviews for this salon to be honest. My Mom and I have been going there for at least six months and have had nothing but excellent service and beautiful nails there. I started out getting shellac manicures and they came out beautifully but I didn't like the general process of removing the polish. They introduced us to the dip nail polish which I think is less stressful on your nails and I've had nothing but compliments on my nails since I switched over. Also, let's not forget the pedicures! They spoil you with a hot stone massage during your pedicure even if you just purchase the basic one. If you go up one level to the $45 pedicure you get scented foot bath salts, scented exfoliater, scented masque for your legs and scented lotion. Talk about being spoiled! It's really awesome. I melt every time. Anyways, I highly recommend this salon. We found it by word of mouth through friends. Definitely indulge yourself! read more

I knew nail salon would be closing within a few hours but I called ahead of time to see if I could still come in. I was told yes just get here by 7:00. I arrived before that time and had to wait a while. I ended up having the WORST and MOST PAINFUL pedicure and manicure I've ever had and the customer service was horrible. The man complained the entire time about how he has to work all of the time, he cut me multiple times, wiped his nose and then continued to do my nails without gloves, was extremely rough, and my cuticles looked like they were bleeding around all of my nails because he cut them so badly. It was so bad that another customer even talked to me in the parking lot afterwards because she saw what was happening. My nails (all shellac) are chipping within the week. I will NEVER go here again and highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

This is by far the worst fill I have ever had. They must be using bottom of the barrel cheap products. After two days, my nails split away from the acrylic and tore apart. These were my real nails too. The guy who did my nails also did a horrible job with the polish. He left a lot of white at the tip and bottom of all the nails. I was disappointed that after having two decent experiences here, my third visit ruined any chance of me returning. I made an appointment earlier to receive pedicures with my girlfriend. After arriving on time, the staff had taken 4-5 people before my friend and I were directed to pedicure chairs ....after waiting 30 min. There was no mention of us having to wait even though we made appointments. After soaking our feet in room temp water, that no one bothered to check we were more than annoyed. We walked out after waiting in the chairs for an HOUR without anyone apologizing for the wait or even acknowledging us. Of course, as soon as we started to get up, one of the staff members rushed over to say "I'm ready now!!" And was very shockingly surprised when we said we had waited over an hour and had to leave. Looking for a salon closer to my home. Went for a nails to be removed and a full set. First she tried to rip the nails off with a nail tip instead of soaking them off. She ruined my real names my damaging two of them past the edge of my naik bed with the drill. I was getting colored tips put on and she got pieces of the colored powder all over my nail bed hence it can be seen through the pink. I was cut three times through the process the final time with the file. Miserable experience. My fingers hurt and my nails look terrible. I would not recommend!! read more

I was getting my nails done by a Tammi and I was telling her that when I was there two weeks ago, Nancy the lady that I had had nicked my cuticle made me bleed and it swelled up. Tammi told me I wasn't the first person to complain about this lady. Then I told her that I also got my eyebrows waxed and I thought it was weird because the lady suggested I get my lip and chin waxed for a discounted price. I'm 27 years old I don't have hair growing on my chin! So she told the owner, Heidi of my complaints since I am regular customer. Nancy, the lady I had two weeks ago overheard it she marched right over and proceeded to tell me that's not how it went down. She was very accusatory and yelling at me!! I like this place because it is clean, there is little waiting and the staff are friendly but I could not believe that they would allow such behavior from this Nancy lady. Not to say the experience was awful - but I think the guy who did my pedi was very new. I asked him twice to cut down my toes (I run, so need short toenails) and he still didn't do it. Terrible. The woman was searching around her station for something to wipe the lotion off my nails. She took a folded napkin out of her drawer, opened it and refolded it, and then used it on me. I thought I saw something in the napkin when she looked at it, so when she was finished, I opened it up. Inside was a chewed up sucker stick (bits of candy still attached!). When I discovered what she did she started apologizing joking that she is so dizzy sometimes!
