I have not had good luck with this business. Repairs having to be done multiple times to get things…read moreright, phone calls not returned... and when I am looking for aftermarket parts and accessories, they seem to only carry the most expensive available. Generally speaking, when I am at the store/shop, everyone is friendly and professional. On the phone, the service techs have provided what I perceive to be good advice. So, it's not that the facility isn't nice, or the staff isn't friendly. It is, and they are. I *want* to like them, but in person - they just seem to fall short. As these guys do have the reputation for being a solid business (maybe based on sales and not service?) I will continue to use them when necessary. They just need better follow-through.
