If I had adequate legal representation at the time, I would be 7 figures richer from their insurance policy. The amount, and quality, of intentional misrepresentation committed - not allegedly committed, actually committed and I have the receipts - by this dealership violate Deceptive Trade Practices (Minn. Stat. § 325D.43), the Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act (Minn. Stat. § 325F.69). I reached out to the dealer long ago. They didn't care. I posted a review. They said contact the dealership, so I did. The warranty they offered was so unique and strong it really cinched the deal. We paid a fair price for the car. Information and forthrightness were remarkable during the shopping experience. I had two repairs that were needed and covered by their warranty. They performed both quickly and without hesitation. I plan to return there in the future as long as the ownership and policies remain the same. You won't see balloons on cars, inflatables out front and fancy tent sales. You will see average folks who are straight shooters that won't make you feel like your time was wasted and your wallet was picked clean.
