As of this writing, there are two other food trucks selling smash burgers and Mexican birria tacos. Since this is such a new location for these trucks, it's best to call ahead since they are not following their opening times. This particular food truck specializes in Thai cuisine. They have their faded menu pictures taped to the side of the truck for you to choose from and they'll have it out to you in about 10 minutes. After paying with the credit card, I was surprised not to see a tip screen. My order consisted of fried egg rolls, shrimp Pad Thai and a honey lemon drink. The pork eggrolls were good, but nothing about them really stood out, although their sweet-and-sour sauce was a good compliment. The shrimp Pad Thai came with six small shrimp and it was pretty mild flavor wise, but they did include some dried chili seeds to sprinkle on it. The honey lemonade seemed to have very little of either ingredients. For $6 I expected more. For the overall $30 price tag, I was left a little underwhelmed knowing I could have received better fare at a Thai restaurant for the same amount of money. Normally this would just be a three star review, but since they're new, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they improve.
