The people…read morethat "work" for this store are some of the rudest dismissive clowns I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Long story shortened, I was trying to get directed to an item I wanted to purchase. Some confusion on the associates end made him think I was being rude and loud with his 2 fellow associates up front. I understand there is always 2 sides to every story, but in this case this is it. I tried telling the associate, who I will say was in his 70s maybe?, there was no issue i tend to speak loud as I was a veteran that was around loud artillery in the Army. This old creep plainly said, I dont care about you or whoever claims to be a vet.... Well alrighty, thats fine, but is being at work a good place to let us know that. I did call and report the issue to management, she apologized and asked for the names of the associates involved, which I didnt know. She said that makes it difficult, I agreed. But, it isn't hard to look back at the security cams and go from there. Im not looking to get anybody wrongfully fired, but in this case I think I would fire the involved participants. This guy is about 5 ft 5, skinny, shortened gray to darker hair looks like he is in his late 70s and has an anger issue. I see these nasty attitudes more and more in stores with these associates. They aren't helpful, they are dismissive, rude, nasty attitudes and I feel they just want to collect a check for doing very, very little. No, not everyone is like that, but for these people, right on.the nose a accurate. I would not so readily sign up to serve my country again if these are the types I protect. Yeah, might sound like I am rambling, but if it was you or you saw this situation happen, you may look at it differently. No wonder these stores are going to online delivery services. These stores do not deserve our patronage.

There's also lots of food and household items, some clothes, beauty products, decorations, bedding, electronics, hardware, etc. I found some lovely Yankee Candle large signature candles for $7.99 when they are normally sold full price at $30 at the Yankee store. Things to take note - not everything is a great deal, if you shop at Costco or Sam's Club you may notice similar or cheaper prices there - for example, Kcup coffee pods - not so cheap at Ollie's. In terms of clothing, there's a limited selection, many outdated styles by today's standards. I saw a bunch of genuine leather jackets which looked like they were from the 90's or early 2000s, sold at very low prices (under $20). There are tons of large carpets and rugs on display, ideal if you need to redecorate, also great selection of bathroom towels and matts. It's the kind of place you need to check back often as the stock varies greatly.
