I have a huge problem with the business practices of this company! I purchased an Audi A4 with…read moresuper low miles from here. I also purchased a 3 year wrap around warranty everything but wearables for a quarter of the price of the car. $100 deductable. First issue few weeks in the head gasket was leaking and doing so on the radiator pump causing it to fry and his car to over heat. That sucks right? But hey we got the warranty for that reason. Take it in to Audi and they check the warranty...... Seals and gaskets are not covered. The warranty that I was sold is not the one I received! The car sat at Audi undrivable for weeks while the issue was corrected. Still costed me $1800 out of pocket after approval from warranty. We needed the car back so didn't think much of it. Total repair was almost 5k. Also received a video from Audi that the tires are dry rotted though new tires where part of the deal. NOW! The AC condenser goes out on the car. 3 months into ownership. This time I call the warranty before taking it in. Lesson learned last time. GUESS WHAT?! NOT COVERED. The dealership only added seals and gaskets to the warranty to cover the last repair only and did not honor the original deal of what I would be covered for. I finally get the contract sent to me FROM the warranty company and it's a basic warranty ONLY ONE YEAR AND DISAPPEARING DEDUCTIBLE! So these people did a bait and switch with the hope that nothing went wrong soon. Absolute insanity!!!!! Why not correct it when you were doing it before to honor the deal. So here I am with a junk warranty that was overpaid for because of a shifty dealership with no AC IN 100° WEATHER. Pass this place for sure. It's a HUGE Red flag.

I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 with 28k original miles from Auction Autohouse and purchased a extended…read moreplus warranty for roughly $2,800 as well. The purchase was made from a different state though Florida is our primary residence. I purchased the vehicle for my Son who had just graduated Officer school for the Military as a gift so he wasn't wrapped into any payments. So wanted to make sure he was taken care of mechanically as well for at least a few years. Initially my interactions with this company was great as I assume everyone's is. Once it came to contract and having the car picked up (paid cash via wire transfer) it became shady, rude, argumentive and dismissive. Being the low miles on the car there was certain toleration for the behavior. There were communication issues after issues. I had the car set to be picked up by a national auto transport company and the dealership demanded the paperwork be signed by wet signature overnighted. Though there was no finance contracts involved. Those were never sent to me. Only to send me documents to be E-signed later the evening the car was supposed to be picked up and had to be cancelled. So I needed to find another transport. Then they spent a day demanding and arguing that I needed to sign POWER OF ATTORNEY over to a driver in order to pick up my vehicle. Meanwhile I've never seen any paperwork on extended warranty the owner/ finance sold me. Nothing on exactly what's covered or effective date ECT. No contract for the warranty has ever been signed by me or been seen at all! Meanwhile I asked for the car to be put into my son's name when deal was made and they put it in mine. Argued with me that the ORIGINAL tires that were still on the vehicle could not be dry rotted and looked good. Which new tires was part of the deal. I received the car with original tires, it was unwashed or cleaned still had the flag in the video they sent laying in the same spot. Though the sales person argued they had placed it right back in the same spot after cleaning lol. And the service engine soon light is on. STILL NO WARRANTY INFO! No information of what company or anything. No proof of where my $2,800 even went besides their pockets. At this point their integrity is extremely questionable. From the beginning I requested this information repeatedly. Now over a dozen calls, text messages to salesman and sales, repeated calls to finance no one will give me answers. Finally yesterday the finance was too busy to speak to me once again and sent a message through whoever answered the phone that I would get my refund from the warranty company. WHAT WARRANTY COMPANY??? They want me to wait for a refund of pretty much 3k from a phantom warranty company that I don't even have a contract with!? Then! Take their word for it!? Their words are empty and useless. My contract is with the dealership NOT the warranty company that may or may not even exist. Absolutely poor business practices, inexperienced, questionable integrity to say the least. Complete SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Besides my son being basically happy with the car this experience was disgusting.

I have been dealing with them for over 3 months, and their communication and customer service have been extremely poor. I originally placed an $1,800 deposit on a 2019 Porsche Panamera after being assured the vehicle would be held for me while I came up with the remaining down payment. One week later, when I returned ready to complete the purchase, I was told the vehicle had been sold to someone else. No one contacted me, despite having my deposit and insurance already in place. When I requested a refund, I was told my deposit was non-refundable. I felt pressured into continuing business with them because they refused to return my money. The Sales Manager, Jesus, repeatedly pushed me to leave additional deposits on vehicles I had not even seen in person. Eventually, they located another Porsche, but it was older than the original vehicle and required a larger down payment with higher monthly payments. After taking delivery, the vehicle already had issues, including a faulty gas door and rear doors/windows that were not functioning properly. To make matters worse, three months later I still have not received my permanent tag. After numerous calls and visits, I was told by Jesus that I needed to send an additional $55 through Zelle to accounting@carfactory.com before the DMV would release my tag. This made no sense because all tag and registration fees were already included in my financing agreement. When I asked for proof of the charge, I was told none could be provided until after payment. Overall, I feel misled, pressured, and treated unfairly throughout this entire process. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with caution.

He was incredibly diligent--answered our billion questions (seriously). His patience and professionalism made the whole process feel easy. That said, the dealership itself could use some improvement. The facility felt cramped--too many salespeople hustling for attention in a tight showroom, which made it a bit chaotic at times. It seemed like there were more reps than cars, Art however went the extra mile and met us at our car as soon as we showed up so we weren't fought over by salesmen. If the facility was bigger and less crowded, I might have considered giving a 5 star and for me that's saying a lot being a car dealership. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend working with Art if you're in the market for a new vehicle--his customer service is top tier. Just be prepared for a busy showroom environment. Still, the pros (mainly Art) greatly outweighed the cons for us.

I've taken it in multiple times for service, and the issues weren't addressed properly or new ones kept appearing. At one point, something actually got wedged between the steering wheel and the seat while I was driving, and I almost crashed. That alone was terrifying. The number of recalls has also been insane. It feels like the vehicle is constantly being called back for another problem. I honestly don't understand how anyone would buy a Kia Telluride, especially the Prestige model. It feels like it's held together with glue and duct tape. This has easily been one of the worst vehicle experiences I've ever had. Between the reliability issues and the frustration with service, I would never purchase another Kia again and definitely not from this dealership. Never again.

We called Haims to check that the Mustang was there and a Jeep. The Jeep was gone but we decided to go see the Mustang because it was a great price. As with ALL dealerships, you have to read the fine print. Always. The price on the website is a cash price - my fault for being so naive to think I was getting a 2012 Mustang for under 11k ;) Paul was our salesperson and he was great at walking me through the entire process. If I had questions, he answered. I was still a little weary when signing the final paperwork, as this was my first purchase, so when Paul said if there was anything wrong with the car to let him know and he would make it right, I felt more comfortable. I waited a few weeks to review, just to make sure I still felt great about purchasing the vehicle but one night, I hopped into my passenger seat and was surprised by a soaking wet seatbelt. I did some quick investigating and discovered the car was leaking around one of the seals, so I called Paul the next day and he told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and within about 45 minutes, my car was fixed and ready, no extra fees, no bs, they really fixed it! Haims gets 5 stars for keeping their word! Thanks Paul!
