I leased a car from here about two years ago, and from day one it's been a nightmare. Parts have literally been falling off the car. I've taken it in multiple times for service, and the issues weren't addressed properly or new ones kept appearing. At one point, something actually got wedged between the steering wheel and the seat while I was driving, and I almost crashed. That alone was terrifying. The number of recalls has also been insane. It feels like the vehicle is constantly being called back for another problem. I honestly don't understand how anyone would buy a Kia Telluride, especially the Prestige model. I contacted the dealership about a 2021 Tesla Model 3, completed a Capital One pre-approval specifically for that vehicle, and made an appointment to go see the car after work. Throughout the day, I received multiple phone calls and text messages confirming that I was coming. While I was already driving to the dealership, I was still texting with the representative. When I arrived, she told me, "Just ask for Jonathan." After waiting about 10 minutes, Jonathan came out, told me he was going to get the keys, and then returned a few minutes later to say the car had already been sold. I completely understand that cars sell. That's not what upset me. What upset me was the complete lack of communication and respect for my time. The dealership had no problem calling and texting me multiple times to make sure I was coming, but not a single phone call or even the courtesy of a text message to let me know the vehicle had already been sold before I drove there. I had already completed financing, confirmed my appointment, left work, and made the trip based on the dealership's repeated communication. A simple 30-second phone call saying, "I'm sorry, the vehicle just sold. Please don't make the trip," would have completely changed my opinion of this dealership. I came back to Hollywood Kia (a MORGAN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP) because I trusted them. The lease on the vehicle I was turning in had also been done at this dealership, with my mom and stepfather as co-signers. On top of that, my stepfather had purchased several vehicles here over the years and had always been treated professionally and fairly. Because of that trust, we came back without thinking twice. Unfortunately, it's a decision we now regret. From the very beginning, we made one thing absolutely clear: we would only move forward if the deal was a true **Sign & Drive** with **$0 down, $0 due at signing, and no upfront costs**. If that wasn't possible, we would simply thank them for their time and leave. That was never an issue. Instead, we spent more than five hours at the dealership. We looked at several vehicles, negotiated the numbers, and even transferred the insurance because we believed the deal had already been finalized. Then, when we got to the Finance Department, everything changed. The monthly payment went from the agreed **$540** to **$549**, and suddenly the first payment and other upfront charges appeared--things that had never been part of the agreement. What bothered me the most wasn't even the money. It was that when we questioned the changes, both the salesperson and the manager denied what had been agreed to from the very beginning. It felt like our time and our trust meant nothing. I have no problem if a deal doesn't work out. What I do have a problem with is a lack of transparency. If they had simply told us from the start that a true Sign & Drive wasn't possible, we would have thanked them and left after five minutes. He was incredibly diligent--answered our billion questions (seriously). His patience and professionalism made the whole process feel easy. That said, the dealership itself could use some improvement. The facility felt cramped--too many salespeople hustling for attention in a tight showroom, which made it a bit chaotic at times. It seemed like there were more reps than cars, Art however went the extra mile and met us at our car as soon as we showed up so we weren't fought over by salesmen. If the facility was bigger and less crowded, I might have considered giving a 5 star and for me that's saying a lot being a car dealership. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend working with Art if you're in the market for a new vehicle--his customer service is top tier. Just be prepared for a busy showroom environment. We leased a 2026 Kia Sorrento for my steodaughter. We were given one key, and told we could pick up the 2nd key next week. Our Salesperson was Israel. This guy is extremely difficult to get in contact with after you buy the car. My stepdaughter went by 2 times because he told her the key was ready , both times she waited, only to be told they cant find it. She asked them to mail it to her house instead. That was 3 weeks ago, still no 2nd key. Also this new Kia is junk. She heard a crunching sound, and all the sudden her brakes didn't work. The sales process was sketchy and theatrical, clearly staged to create lots of pressure and confusion. I was pushed into a $4,000 down payment on a Kia Soul, a deal multiple professionals later confirmed was completely unreasonable.The vehicle was sold to me with an inflated MSRP in the contract, significantly higher than the car's actual market value. After signing, support disappeared. No guidance, no accessibility, no clear explanations and never able to get a hold of anybody--until the last 6 months of the lease, when the harassment started: relentless calls, emails, and letters, multiple PER DAY from every directions, including calling my personal number from different numbers. Pure pressure tactics that makes you regret the day you ever walked in there. I was talked into paying monthly for wear-and-tear protection (an extra $35 for TWO YEARS) Despite that and also returning the car 4,000 miles under the limit and in excellent condition, I was later sent a $1,200 charge--after being told at return that everything was fine. That charge feels like a dirty attempt to extract additional money. This experience raises serious concerns about ethics, transparency, and end-of-lease billing practices. My husband and I went to Hollywood Kia on Pembroke and 441 June 3rd to look some vehicles, Patrick was hot pressured into purchasing this one vehicle.I never desired it three times I tried leaving and felt pressured into staying.We ended up signing documents. weren't even sure what was signed.My husband is hearing impaired and has brain damage from an injury. I was totally overwhelmed and exhausted and tired.The vehicle had a strange odor sales manager said he will take care of it .signing the papers. My husband does not drive.I have another vehicle, so a service worker from kia drove the certified pre owned 2024 Kia Sole to our residents, so the vehicle was delivered by the dealership , they had a service technician drive the vehicle with my husband in it.And I drove home in my other vehicle. By that time, it was late 6pm . Exhausted from the day. Maybe a few hours later I went to check the Kia in our driveway . What I encountered felt like classic bait and switch tactics, poor communication, and a lack of transparency around pricing, fees and inventory. I reached out about a 2025 Kia Sorento because they had fourteen 2025 Kia Sorento listed as available on their website and the 2025 models have better financing and incentives than the 2026s. I explained that I live four hours away, needed to handle most of the process remotely, was a qualified buyer, and was ready to move forward on a specific vehicle with a clear budget and down payment. He promised to call the next day at noon -- he never did. Instead, another salesperson called and said my inquiry had been "passed off" because the other person was only in internet sales. This new rep had none of the information I had already provided and even had the wrong vehicle model details. That salesperson then told me the advertised price wasn't actually the real price unless I qualified for multiple incentives -- none of which are listed anywhere on their website. He admitted the "dealer discount" is really a bundle of several qualifying categories, not a true discount, and that the "customer cash" also has hidden criteria. The fine print says prices include "all applicable incentives," but it never explains what those incentives are or who qualifies. In reality, the advertised price is essentially unattainable for most buyers. I also asked about their extremely high fees -- a $1,298 pre delivery service fee, $189 private tag agency fee, and $598 electronic filing fee. He confirmed these fees are negotiable by law, but the dealership simply refuses to negotiate them. Communication was equally frustrating. A sales manager called and texted me, but when I answered, no one was there. When I called back immediately, it went to voicemail. I replied to the text as well -- no response. When I called the main line, I was told that person was "busy." No one ever followed up. Meanwhile, I received calls from other representatives from their dealership and the story about available 2025 inventory changed every time someone contacted me -- first two gray and one white, then three white, then suddenly none because my assigned sales person informed me that his manager told him that all 2025 inventory was being "taken off the lot to use as demos." I was repeatedly pushed toward 2026 models instead, even though I made it clear that the 2025 pricing and incentives were the only reason I was considering buying from a dealership so far from home. My salesperson eventually apologized, but the trust was already gone. Since the 2025 inventory with that advertised pricing was the only reason I was considering a dealership four hours away, it made more sense to work with one closer to home that can offer a better customer experience. Remote buyers deserve the same respect as someone who walks through the door. Not being physically present doesn't make you less serious or less qualified. Many dealerships today handle remote transactions easily -- it was surprising and frustrating to see that this one was not willing or prepared to do so. My service advisor, Jason Raffo, dismissed me with sarcasm instead of taking my concern seriously. There was zero communication while my car was in their care. I was never told my vehicle would be kept overnight or even moved off the premises, and when I returned, the dealership was closed and my car was nowhere to be found. Seven months ago, I paid over $1,500 for service, and Jason manipulated me into submitting a positive survey, promising he would fix my front and back wipers for free. Safe to say I declined to have the service and I took my car to a friend's mechanic and he told me they were trying to pretty much rip you off because there's nothing wrong with your suspension it's your HVAC intake Actuator .... Would give 0 reviews if I could. I recently purchased a 2023 car from Hollywood Kia, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the start. We dealt with Manny (service tech), Darwin (new car sales manager), Tony (finance guy), and Angel (general manager), and it was mind-blowing how unprofessional not one not two not three but four employees... First, they didn't provide any proper paperwork--instead, they handed us a flash drive. When we got home, we discovered it was completely empty. Not even 12 hours after driving off the lot, my tire went flat because of a missing valve stem. It only got worse. Shortly after, a warning light appeared saying, "Please reduce oil levels," meaning their so-called mechanics couldn't even perform a basic oil change. They filled the car with far too much oil which is beyond dangerous for a cars engine let alone a new car. Addressing these issues was another disaster. Nobody wanted to take responsibility. Manny ignored us completely, Darwin denied knowing anything, Tony was of no help, and Angel proved to be utterly useless as the general manager. Getting a call back was a struggle every step of the way even the call desk was a pain. This dealership is beyond unprofessional, and I strongly advise against buying a car here--or even setting foot on the lot. If I could give less stars... (This will be a evolving review based on what happens) I leased a brand new Kia EV6 GT with Hollywood Kia. There was a decent amount of rust or the rotors when I took delivery. (It had been raining a lot so I didn't think much of it, plus I was excited to be getting a new car) I was told it was surface rust and it would come off. I figured, possibly, yeah. I gave it 2k miles and brought it in as the Rotors had grooves in them. This is a 60k car btw. Get this...The Sales adviser told me that both he and the mechanic agreed that because I was using brake regen on level 3(I only used it for a little bit as I was testing mileage), it damaged the rotors as it's too aggressive, that it squeezes the calipers too much!! Mind you, the car has a higher level of regen as well as 1 pedal driving, which doesn't use the brake calipers at all. He ACTUALLY told me that I should turn off regen and brake myself and that would get rid of the grooves. I tried to show him and explain that, first off, brake regen doesn't use the calipers, so they would not be damaged by them. Also, even if they did, his statement makes no sense as if the regen is using the calipers, the solution is for me to use them??? The sales manager came out, allowed me to record him and promptly gave me the run around but also agreed with me. Told me to come back later, further down the road as they "couldn't address this issue as it wasn't the main reason for me bringing it in." He told me to bring it back before 12k miles and they'd fix it under warranty. I was far too polite and left. I recently brought the car back, sub 10k miles in fact and they are refusing to fix it saying I have to pay for the rotors and pads myself! (The cost is 1700. plus). I have filed a request with KIA corporate and it's been under review for two months now. My car sits at the dealer to this day, while I make another payment on a car that I am not using. Corporate said not to move it till this is resolved. Now I'm considering getting a lawyer involved since I have recordings, pictures and the last invoices signed by the staff with the very bogus reason the grooves are there are caused by the calipers being used to hard by the brake regen. They will be all smiles when selling you the car, but do not for a second expect this place to help you or look out for you if you leave the lot with a defective vehicle, they will turn their backs and put it on you! I will update with the names of everyone and more pics and recordings as well. Today, the car turned on and it gave me 2 warnings, something is wrong with the engine and also the transmission. I came to the dealership to see if they could give me another car, and all they told me was that it would be 100 dollars more a month and that if I want another car, I will need to call Kia's consumer service directly and file it legally. On 2/26/26 had my 2023 Kia K5 serviced at this location because I was experiencing my car stalling when I put it in drive or reverse. I initially I assumed it was my transmission, with my car being still under warranty. I said why not. After my car was diagnosed my service rep reported back to me that it was my Valve purge con and purge control solenoid valve. Which cost over $1800. Now, May 27, 2026 my car is doing the same thing. Made an appointment to voice my complaint and have my car checked out again. I get there my rep tells me that if they diagnose my car and it's not the issue you brought it in for there's a fee of $200+. I say no my car is doing the same thing and you guys are trying to rip me off and this is not fair. Get me a GM or something I was then forwarded to a guy named Ryan who I haven't emailed yet as well as customer service, with whom I filed a complaint with. I'm not understanding why do I need to pay another diagnostic fee if my car is doing the same thing? At this point I feel like I'm being ripped off and taken advantage of and that this normal practice for this dealership. Beware of buying an EV - especially a Kia EV9. Bought a 2026 Kia EV9 and from 2nd day of owning it began having electrical problems. To the point where the car would not start on multiple occasions and had to be towed to Kia dealership. Currently under 3200 miles in 4 months and been almost 30 days in their service department through three separate work orders and counting still. Requested lemon law replacement and they become completely unresponsive. Manager Ryan Hall has not responded to a single of my messages or phone calls. Escalated to Kia corporate and also no response from corporate as well. Absolutely awful attention to what is an obviously faulty from manufacturer vehicle. Cars can have issues, but how they have dealt with this issue at Hollywood Kia is absolutely awful so far. I do have to say the only positives have been Tom Chlupka the representative who assisted with the original purchase transaction. He was phenomenal and if you do go there, go to him. But if you have any problems there's nothing he can do. So you're completely out of luck with the general manager there who never responds to anything. Does anybody have the phone number for Kia corporate senior leadership? Ive requested Ryan Hall's managers phone number and email address on multiple occasions and have not had any response because assuming they are selectively withholding from sharing it. Unable to get assistance with anyone by calling the dealership directly. Calls would frequently get drop. When I went to the dealership everyone is standing around on there phones doing nothing. Management is no help at ALL. Do not waste your time purchasing at this dealership. read more

1st, let me start that our initial transaction w/ our sales person Lillian Smith and the former sales manager Mitchell went very smooth which is why they are getting more than 2 stars...fast forward a couple months later and we're still waiting for the financing on our new lease. We after a few weeks that we have not received a letter from Kia Finance and when we called their customer service line- they stated that our previous Kia Sorento was paid off but they did not have any record of our new lease through Hollywood Kia. We thought that was very weird, since we signed a Lease agreement w/ the Lease Order and the vehicle was already registered to us- but we could not make our first payment since the Lease was never assigned. We called the dealership several times and we finally reached a lady who told us that the sales manager and the finance person we dealt with were let go and to please email the new finance manager Angelo. We emailed 2 separate times and we finally received a call back from Angelo who told us that he is trying to get through the paperwork and it could be some time as the financing has not been assigned, due to a possible mistake. No mistake on our end, but the dealer's mistake. This is supposed to be the #2 KIA DEALER in the U.S. and they can't get a returning customer with top tier credit financed??? This is concerning, so after speaking to Angelo, I checked our lease agreement and it appears that the 45 day window deadline to assign the lease to a financial institution is fast approaching. After a couple days, we have not heard back and we emailed for a status and no response. We emailed the GM of the dealership and again no response. So to the MORGAN AUTO GROUP, who purchased this dealership 1 month prior to our lease agreement, You guys need to get your CRAP together. Walked in here because my credit union set up an appointment for me with Lillian. I walked out of there with a brand new car 3 hours later. Lillian called me earlier in the day to ensure I was still coming to my appointment and I let her know I would be running a little late but I would be there. I looked around the lot a little but before going in because some car salespeople act like vultures and I didn't not want that experience. When I went in I had an idea of the color I wanted and Lillian immediately got the keys for me to test drive the new 2023 Kia Sportage. So I drove it around the block and was practically in love. We go back in to finish the deal with my credit union but they did not offer me a good deal, so Ms. Lillian suggested I try to finance through Kia. Knowing I have less than perfect credit I was a hit apprehensive but she said, "Let's try it!" I told her my number and she came back $4 under my max budget. She also was able to determine that the credit union had not reported my last 55 on time payments to the credit agency so my credit score had not gone up because of no history. They were able to fix that for me, get me approved through Kia and the loan signing agent was able to get my maintenance included and my warranty extended. Overall, I had a great experience. Consumer Complaint Regarding Hollywood Kia - Vehicle Purchase on July 5, 2025 On July 5, 2025, I visited Hollywood Kia to purchase a new vehicle. While the salesperson initially appeared helpful during the test drive, my experience following the agreement on the advertised price was highly problematic.     1.    Contract and Paperwork Issues     *    Despite agreeing to the advertised price, the final paperwork did not reflect the same transparency.     *    I was never provided with my signed contract at the time of purchase. It took nearly four weeks to receive the documents, and even then, they were delivered to me only on a USB drive rather than proper printed copies.     2.    Dealership Conduct     *    When I attempted to obtain my paperwork, the dealership became dismissive and rude.     *    Phone calls were frequently dropped after being placed on hold, and at one point, staff even claimed they "did not speak English."     *    The sales manager was consistently unavailable when I requested to speak with them.     3.    Payoff of Previous Vehicle     *    Hollywood Kia was responsible for making the payoff to my previous dealership. However, this payment was delayed by 35 days.     *    Because of this delay, the payoff amount increased, and my previous dealership applied my GAP refund toward the payoff difference. This caused me to lose the refund I was entitled to.     4.    Credit Reporting Harm     *    The late payoff also caused my prior loan account to be reported as 30 days late--through no fault of my own.     *    This negative mark caused my FICO score to drop by 55 points, directly damaging my credit standing. The salesperson couldn't find the car I was looking for but took the photocopy of my driver's license, kept me waiting for more than an hour, and came back to tell me that the deal wouldn't work for me. No managers came out to try last time or speak with me, it was like they were not interested in selling cars. I don't recommend this place. read more

The best time to buy a car of course is at the end of the month but for now I will test all the ones I'm interested in . I was told that they have undergone new management which has led to a complete and change in performance and customer service. The two things that stood out to me the most were that they now provide Uber rides to the destination of your choice while you are servicing your car; as well as a link that allows you to oversee what is being done to your car through the perspective of the technician. The dealership added $4,600 in fees to the total, including a $2,000 charge for cleaning and preparing the car for sale, which is extremely predatory, as that's typically a cost the dealership should absorb. There was also a $1,300 doc fee, which is also predatory, especially considering that California's is $85. The "out the door" price they offered was $4,000 higher than an alternative offer we found for the same car, with a 5k difference in mileage. The dealership was unprofessional and hard to reach, as we spent a month just trying to get a price. Calls and texts weren't returned. When we pushed back on the fees, the salesperson said that they offer a lower price and then add the fees, as that's how they make their profit.
