The guys at Prime Auto treated me with respect and courtesy and went above and beyond what I expected. Their lot is a little hidden, but once I actually found it I was really impressed with the entire operation. First of all, and I know this is silly, the cars actually look like their pictures!!! I wasted weeks going to other dealers lured in by cars that were not even close to how they were described. At Prime, I liked that they let me take the car I ended up buying to my own mechanic to get it checked out, even though it was kind of far away. Overall, I feel that they represented their vehicles fairly and were willing to work with me on the financial side too. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for this hidden gem :)

Every day, sometimes twice in a day, I received a call just to provide an update on the diagnostic being performed to identify the issue. The fact it took a while to diagnose was totally overshadowed by the amazing service. I'm a licensed insurance agent/adjuster for 33+ years and almost never purchase extended warranties or "insurance" protection on technology. Because I was purchasing a German car, I made the exception and it paid off. For that reason, I also recommended going over your extended warranty options with the sales rep at time of purchase. It is not for every situation, I would still take the time to review. My decision to take it made my service experience even better. They explained my benefits clearly before we got started, provided a loaner while they diagnosed the issue to confirm warranty coverage, and got me in and out of the loaner with ease.
