I think with mine they missed a whole box. When I picked it up though, their staff would not let me go into the facility to make sure that had everything we need. They said they loaded everything and made me sign for it. I spent hundreds more dollars building a custom-made platform for this shed to go on, only to find once I unboxed the thing that it was completely useless. It took me months just to build the platform, unpack everything and find out how much was missing. They didn't even include an instruction manual and it took me weeks to find that as well.

The items are put on their website in advance so you are able to determine what you are interested in before the day of the sale. You also have the ability to bid online as well. We arrived about 8 am and registered. The auction started promptly at 9 and seemed to run very efficiently. The items we were interested in ended up going for more than we were willing to pay but it was a good and interesting experience!

Every time I have been to the auction, the staff has been extremely helpful and even over the top on occasion. My ONLY complaint is that the store is awful!! If you don't get your item during their very tiny window - the following tues-sun, 2-6p- you lose your money and the item. How can they legally be allowed to keep your money without providing the item? They claim it's "abandoned". If you can't make it, you must text them by that Thursday and let them know. Even then, when you do come to get your item, it won't be there as they will have put it back on their auction site and sold it to someone else; they will keep your money and their fees and taxes. Which, by the way, is 20%! Hmmmm, sell the same item two or three times? Shady.
