Most recently, I bought 6 swimming pools from them and when picking them up I found a sticker stating one was a customer return as the package was "missing accessories or parts". They were good to keep though and refund me, for which I was grateful. When I got home, I found a sticker on another one that was also a return as "broken product/not working" and the box had "REFUSED" in marker on it from the last person who bought it at auction. (It had a previous auction number on it as well.) I emailed them about this and Robert Olson replied and LIED to me, stating all of these pools come from Sam's Club as refused by customers upon delivery. This was refused by an auction winner, not a Sam's Club customer and it's returned as a "broken product/not working". It wouldn't say that if it had been refused at the door by a customer; how would they know it was broken? That and the previous auction number written on the box by the statement "REFUSED" when none of the other pools I bought said this on them, tells me this is bs! Olson said it's sold as is and will not work with me. I'll stop wasting money here and would suggest the same to anyone reading this.

I've found that the most valuable items are buried near the bottom of a lot, so it's like a giant treasure hunt when I get everything home and sorted. Everyone at the warehouse is friendly and helpful. I thought it would be an intimidating process, but it's not. Resellers will find brands they've never even heard of and didn't know they needed.

They sold me a $600 piece of trash and won't even refund the money I paid for it or give me a credit or do anything really. I feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. You can't trust that the gear this company is giving you is actually in the condition they say it's in, or that if you order something that they will even get you the whole order. I think with mine they missed a whole box. When I picked it up though, their staff would not let me go into the facility to make sure that had everything we need. They said they loaded everything and made me sign for it. I spent hundreds more dollars building a custom-made platform for this shed to go on, only to find once I unboxed the thing that it was completely useless. It took me months just to build the platform, unpack everything and find out how much was missing. They didn't even include an instruction manual and it took me weeks to find that as well.

If you don't do your homework or preview the item then yes you run the risk of getting something that is broken or doesn't work. If you expect to just show up and bid without looking at the item, then its on you. If you won an item that you didn't want, then too bad it's your own fault. If you feel like you didn't get a fair introduction to the auction then again it is your own fault for not asking. Every time I have been to the auction, the staff has been extremely helpful and even over the top on occasion. My ONLY complaint is that the store is awful!! It either a) needs to be bigger or b) limit the number of people in their. It gets frustrating trying to look at items when you have a guy literally grab an item you are going for and tossing it on his cart so he can look at it later and decide if he wants it or not.... thankfully I don't go to Bulward for their store because it is kind of a madhouse and not well organized, well staffed, or well controlled. I go for the auctions which are pretty great.

The only reason I gave this a rating of one is because there are no "minus" ratings to give. RUN!…read more This place is a scam! I made a purchase of several hundred dollars worth of items. THe vast majority of them either did not work or was broken when I opened the boxes. My attempts to resolve the matter with Bulward was unsuccessful. If you like paying almost retail for items that have no warranty and no value, this is your place.

The item is required to be what they say it is in the condition they say it is and undisclosed condition issues count as not receiving what you bid on. It doesn't matter if their terms say as-is. It still has to be what they say it is. If it's not as advertised, just file a chargeback. You won't get anywhere going through them.

You've now wasted a trip and the 30+ minutes you sat in your car waiting for someone to come out to help you. (There's no counter. Only stock people running back and forth from their warehouse.) They offer to give you credit and will NEVER simply refund your card. It's impossible to actually use said credit because your card is automatically charged during the online bidding process. If you do get your item, there's less than a 50/50 chance it actually works or isn't irreparably damaged. Bought a "new" popcorn machine and it had obviously been used. Greasy inside, cracked plastic and missing parts. TA did refund my money on that one but I shouldn't have had to waste my time getting this box home. It was nowhere near the description. Check it before getting home and reject the sale then and there as you will be going back and forth through texts if you don't. You will get a refund if the item is not as described, however, read the fine print: even if they claim this item is new, if they write that it's "not tested", you will not be able to return the item and they keep your money, including the taxes and fees.Another way they keep your money and fail to provide what you purchased:The auctions are usually on the weekend. If you don't get your item during their very tiny window - the following tues-sun, 2-6p- you lose your money and the item. How can they legally be allowed to keep your money without providing the item? They claim it's "abandoned". If you can't make it, you must text them by that Thursday and let them know. Even then, when you do come to get your item, it won't be there as they will have put it back on their auction site and sold it to someone else; they will keep your money and their fees and taxes. Which, by the way, is 20%! Hmmmm, sell the same item two or three times? Shady.
