This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for me. I work in the medical field and cannot be on my phone while I'm on the unit. I only answered the call because my grandmother was recently transferred to another health care facility, and I believed it was an update about her. When I realized it wasn't the hospital, I had to hang up immediately to return to patient care. I had even tried to be polite and let your staff know I was not interested, especially since the vehicle I inquired about had already been sold. For a person to message me and tell me what I "should" do next time, in such a condescending tone, is completely unacceptable. I am allowed to do whatever I would like on my own telephone -- I pay the bill. I was shocked that instead of approaching the situation with professionalism or understanding, I was spoken down to as if I had done something wrong. I think it was three weeks went by I drove up there. still no car Brian Lee manager said they were having a problem with the truck driver because of the gas problems. And he said I'll give you a better deal on the car I said OK. A week later the car arrives there. I drive up there. To see the car but they told me the car was at the other store and they were gonna drive me down to see it, but they were too busy Nobody was available to drive me down, so I sat down with Brian and Brandon and asked for the Carfax boy thank God I did. The car fax said it was hit in the front .They said it was just a little scratch and it was gonna to go to the body to get the scratches out .It turned out to be at the body shop for 4 weeks I called a few times saying that's a long time to be at the body shop just for a scratch in the front. So Brandon DeSylva says what do you expect it's a used car that was hit he didn't say scratch he said hit. so Brandon calls me and saids your cars is ready April 28,2026 I drive up there just looking at the car. Worst Experience I have ever had, drove 3 hours to the dealership to buy a 2023 Audi Q3 CPO for my 16 year-old daughter and was told the car was in mint condition. Came with a bank check and was ready to pick up SUV. The car was not even close to the way it was described, various scratches, wheel rash, scratched up front lower bumper and smoked in with a 4 inch cigarette burn on the seat. I let them know ahead of time that I was very anal with the condition and they said they went over the car multiple times to make sure it was perfect. The SUV wasn't even detailed inside and had brown dirt marks all over the leather. Sales manager could have cared less and told me he would touch up the car and that was it. I had a 2022 q5 sportback serviced only by Audi of Natick I bought Audi care to cover all the maintenance and on my 40,000 mile maintenance which my car was still under warranty till 50,,000 . I left a service appointment with out having 7th gear when I drove on the highway and when merging into traffic it would slip.out of gear. It was super dangerous and it was in and out of their shop for 6 months and they kept saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It happened two weeks after my service appointment It's not a coincidence and it was intermittent. When I finally got my car back there was a crack in my windshield, and the engine light was off for 2 days max for it to come back on today and was the initial reason we brought the car in!!! These people harassed us to take the car and when we did the car is still having the same problems we brought it in for and it makes me quite upset and displeased with 1. Update 9/25/23: Linda Offermann went above and beyond again to make sure I was taken care of with minimal inconvenience. My car broke down and had to be towed and the part is back ordered for weeks. Linda called me when the car arrived (I wasn't there) and made sure she prioritized a loaner car for me given how long the repair will take. When I arrived everything was ready. She even went outside with me in the rain to look for my car key as the tow truck driver forgot to tell us where he placed it and she found it after looking everywhere in the car. This is going beyond expectations. I know my car is in good hands with her and the Natick team. Charged me $2,138 for front & rear pads and rotors. 10,000 miles & 2 years later, (the car is not used much) the rear brake rotors & pads need to be replaced again. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your dealership. The dealer attempted to undervalue my Audi Q3 by offering to purchase it for the payoff amount, leaving me with no equity payment. However, I have received offers from multiple other dealerships to buy the leased car for $3.5-$5K over the lease payoff amount. These dealerships thoroughly examined the car, checked its history using the VIN number, and considered prior services. It is disheartening to receive such an unfair and disrespectful offer, especially considering that I originally obtained the car from your dealership. To be honest, I am not surprised by the way you treat your customers. I also had a negative experience when I initially purchased the car from your dealership 3.5 years ago. At that time, I expressed interest in making multiple security deposits, but the sales team falsely claimed that Audi no longer allowed it. Later, I discovered that I had been misled, as other dealerships did offer multiple security deposits. I would have expected your dealership to be honest and transparent, rather than misrepresenting Audi policies. Additionally, your service department has been extremely disappointing. Over the past 2 years, I have been unable to secure future services or address car issues, including recalls, due to the excessively long wait times for a service appointment with a loaner vehicle. While other Audi dealerships were able to provide an appointment with a loaner within 1-2 weeks, I had to wait almost 2 months with your dealership. Overall, your dealership has provided an exceptionally poor experience when it comes to buying a car, servicing the car, and attempting to sell a car. I am aware of the car shortage and that I needed to wait and I honestly was at the point where I didn't care how much the car cost so it's nothing to do with that it's how they spoke to me and how unprofessional they were. I purchased my A3 from this dealership and as far as my sales experience went, I have no complaints. I have since brought my car back to to this dealership for service multiple times, even though I live in Somerville and it's very inconvenient to get out to Natick. This review is for my most recent experience in which my alternator failed (at 38k miles..) and needed to be replaced under an extended warranty. I had my car towed out there first thing on a Wednesday morning, and was told that the part would need to be ordered and the work would "probably be finished" by end of day Friday. Friday came and went, and I got a voicemail at 5 PM that the work wasn't finished, but they are open Saturday and they will contact me the next day. I waited until Saturday afternoon before calling as I had not heard anything, and was told that the car wouldn't be finished on that day either. Well, now I am going to need a loaner car as I didn't expect the repair to take this long. I drove out to Natick and got the loaner car (with 3/8 tank of gas). The work was not finished by the end of the Monday, but instead on Tuesday. I returned the loaner car with 1/4 tank of gas (because how do you measure 3/8 on a digital gas gauge?) and now a week later am noticing a charge on my AMEX for $8 for gas, from Audi service department. He was very pleasant, friendly and thorough with the details over the phone, he gotten the approval from his manager and assured me this was an easy straight-forward process that they do all the time. When I showed up for the appointment, totally different story, the salesperson was still friendly and apologetic, but I do believe he intentionally did provide me with different information to just get me in there. Terrible service. Called us to bring my 2013 S4 in for service that is not required nor covered under Audi care we have. Then never explained to my wife who dropped the car off that those services are not covered under Audi Care and would be charged hundreds of dollar for. In the past they charged me over a thousand dollars for what was obviously an Audi defect. The breaks were worn within 6 month period, when I complained of noise was told everything was fine, and continued to be told that at subsequent appointments. Then when the noise became so very obvious, they told me oh, the breaks needed to be replaced, but not only that, the rotors are now warped and had to be replaced as well. My car also had stalled for no apparent reason on multiple occasion now, and all I get from service is that they can't find nor reproduce the problem in their test drive so they can't do anything about it. Even though they can see the codes that something was not right and having a car stall on you could definitely be a safety issue. I had a bad experience with their sales in the past and ended up getting my Audi from a different dealer, but service here has proven to be consistently terrible in the past two and half years as well. I never had anywhere near such bad experiences with any of my prior cars through Volvo, BMW or Infinite before... The poor experience with this dealer coupled with the mechanical issues has really killed any inclination for me to recommend or want to get another Audi ever again. I originally purchased my Audi from Prime Audi in Westwood only because it had the unique CPO Audi I was looking for (probably due to their large inventory). This review is strictly going to be on the service area as this is all I have experience with. Initial Impression: The service area seemed much smaller than other Audi dealerships I have been to. Despite being small, the Service department was very well staffed. I was immediately greeted before I entered the building and they opened the door for me. They were very attentive and able to help me despite coming in an hour early for my 25,000 mile service. They escorted me to the waiting area and told me that the wait would be 1.5 hours. Waiting Area: Looking at their advertisements I expect the area to be much bigger than what it actually was. It consisted of a desk, two small couches two old TVs mounted in the wall and a snack area (with bottled water and coffees). It wasn't horrible but it kind of resembled a Holiday Inn Express lobby if you ask me. They did have free WiFi and were willing to change the TV channel if requested. The seating was about 5 feet away from the Reception desk so you heard "Bernardi for now, Bernardi for life" every 5-10 minutes when the phone rang. I was able to get some work done using the WiFi so that was appreciated and I roamed the showroom without getting bombarded by sales representative which was nice. Loaner Car: Exactly 1.5 hours after I walked in the door, the Service Consultant (Benjamin Bonzey) approached me and said that the water hose was leaking and would be replaced under warranty (I didn't complain about this and it was nice that they caught it before it became a problem). Before I could say anything he apologized for keeping me there so long and offered me a free-of-charge loaner car (A4 or Q5). I picked the Q5 since I already have a A4 3.2L and wanted to try out the Q5 2.0T. Benjamin had me in the loaner car within 5 minutes. The Q5 was in very nice condition and only had 2,500 miles on it. Status: I told them that I wouldn't be able to pickup the car until the afternoon the following day but they didn't call/email me when it was done. I happened to call during lunch and they said that it was just being washed then so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it technically wasn't completely ready for pickup. Pickup: When I came back the next day my car was right by the front to pickup which was very convenient since it was pouring rain. Benjamin wasn't there but Steve Lafond (Service Manager) was able to give me a run through of what was done on my car. He also was able to answer a question about something I forgot to mention before I dropped the car off and was able to order the part/schedule a follow-up visit within 5 minutes. Steve had a lot of knowledge about all recalls/technical service bulletins on the cars which was very helpful. Other dealerships probably would have just brushed me off but he knew exactly how to respond. Summary: Bernardi Audi goes above and beyond paying close attention to detail. Despite being a relatively small dealership, they are very skilled and take pride in what they do. They were even able to catch a leaky hose (and replaced it under warranty) which could have caused a mess in the future. I would give it 5 stars but the waiting area is lacking a bit. Victim of Deceptive practice at Business office. Be on look out and read every line of the contract before you sign it. They charged loan protection FEE to customer with credit score of 840 and approval from BOA to make few bucks on back. Several emails to Trish who forwarded request to Chris who called me 2 times and promised me that he will take care of it and call me back with resolution BUT yet to hear from him has been 6 weeks! No explanation given even though all is recorded on camera. I hope some one take care of it. Reply: Seth it's ok. You are talking about Apple while I am talking about orange. Chris said he would call but never did and that's a miss. I got the Q5 (back in 2016) you were talking about for 400 dollars cheaper than your best price BUT that's not what I am talking about. Find another dealer. I was looking for a servicing dealer for my 2014 A6 that I bought from a Lexus dealer last year (Bought Toyota Care Extended Warranty). I had been their for an oil change and the experience was good. So my sonar went out about 2.5 months later so I took it in to them to have it looked at. The replaced the front sonar sensor and the and repaired a wire. The called my extended warranty and it was approved, I also was told a needed rear brakes, I did those also (need them). The warranty claim was for close to $3400 (Bill was close to 4k). Fast forward to two weeks ago my SC belt snapped, I was told the pulley dampener had seized and need replacement, OK no problem, the belt that broke they told me was an aftermarket belt and I had get it on my own?? Sorry, but ok. I find the belt 5 days later, I have to pick it up at the part store and delivery it myself? I had asked a few times about my warranty, she told me she was trying to talk the them, She then calls me on the 6th day when the car was done, tells me the final charge was $840 for the repair (Never heard and estimate number), I asked what did my warranty company say, she said I don't know I did talk to them ?? So you have to pay!!! Then call you warranty company yourself, WOW!! I knew 1000% I wasn't getting the $840 back but to only get half back ($422.16) is concerning that they are over charging people. I wasn't going to fight with them when I picked up the car as they had is 6 days already and I was in a loaner, and they bill me storage for my car and to pay to drive their loaned, We know they'd do that if I fought the bill. So I paid and took the car. I decided to call the Service manager today and just let him know what's going on out front. Talk about someone who could careless, he didn't give .02 about anything, all he said was everyone pays the same price when we all know that's BS and Book time (Warranty/ Mitchell) time is different that customer pay (cash). He even tried to tell me that if someone came in with AudiCare ( Audi's extended warranty) and the tech wanted 3 hours @ 150HR for a warranty job and AudiCare only paid 3 hours@ 100HR the customer would have to pay the difference!! Yea sure I'm sure that customer that dropped 40+k on a off lease car and 5k on a warranty would be real happy with that. His story was BS trying to say warranty time and cash pay time is the same. We all know it isn't. Anyways just go somewhere else :/ Back to searching for honest dealer. OH almost forgot don't go on the mass pike with their car, they charge you the toll fees on their transponder :/ Only dealer I've ever heard of doing that. UPDATED!!! So I received a call from Ken the service director at Audi of Natick and we have very pleasant/professional call( about 35 minuets), he was very understanding and informative about what had happened and things that do happen. I was very surprised on how well the call went and he really went above and beyond what I thought would happen and we resolved my issue and will be going back to them in a week or so for an issue that just started last week as my soundview only works sometimes :/. I just traded my Q5 in for a Q8 and it was a great experience. I contacted Jamie again (he sold me the Q5 last year) and the process was very easy. We felt no pressure to close the deal, but the since the trade-in value and cost of the new car seemed fair, we decided to go for it. Everything went smoothly, from selecting the right model, test driving it, getting the trade-in evaluated and doing the paperwork. I've been very happy with the car, Audi Natick and Jamie since buying the Q5 and now with the upgrade to the Q8. I would definitely go back if we decide to get another Audi. read more

I've been to this Audi over the years and while they've always been expensive, they've had reasonable to good customer service. Whether I was lucky all these years, or they've just recently degraded in quality is unclear- but what I can say is this was the worst vehicle related business experience that I've ever had. I came in with a check engine light and needing to replace a headlight, to then get my vehicle inspected. I was told it would probably take two days to get me my car- no problem by me, a reasonable wait. Flash forward a couple days, after much confusion between me, the technician and the agent, the issue is identified as an extremely expensive fuel sensor replacement, despite me having had no issues with this ever. However I presumed the experts knew their stuff and approved this massively overpriced work. Much later I asked for an update and was told by Linda that she would let me know shortly what the update was. A week later and I still had not heard a peep from Audi prompting me to call them and be promised a call back. Eventually a nice man did tell me that the situation was essentially that they had no idea what was wrong and had sent it into Audi. It takes more effort on my part to find what's going on and eventually Linda texted me that my car could be ready the next day(a month after it was brought in mind you). I said that would work, then the next day asked if it was in fact ready- at which point I was very rudely told that she didn't think she had to clarify that, despite the defining element of this whole ordeal being things not being done when they were said they would be. In all, this repair took an exceedingly long amount of time to complete, involved an unneeded $2000 repair, had exceedingly poor communication, and involved rude treatment. Needless to say your business and money would best be given elsewhere. read more
