My suggestion is to GO ELSEWHERE. I bought a brand new Audi Q5 several months ago. I received NO TRAINING OR HELP initially. From my own experience, the Sales Manager is arrogant and disrestecful. He had little if any time for me after the sale, even though he had fired my inefficient sales person the very next day. I happened to know of another salesperson there and he has been kind enough to try to answer my questions even though he did not sell me my car. The car delivery was very delayed and then it only came with one key. I had to request the second key which was delivered to my house the next day. When I called the Sales Manager to request after-purchase training ( which I was led to believe is part of regular service) he brushed me off with a link which was incorrect. I was not even told initially about warranty service and when I should schedule it. When I called the dealership to ask I was told there are YouTube videos which give me all the information I need. I am very disappointed in the general attitude of this dealership. read more

Do to a sloppy job, as shown on the video, I had to pay a local mechanic to fix their job and have the car RE-aligned by a REPUTABLE mechanic. It is unfortunate that I am forced to write this negative review on Audi Natick, however I feel I should warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them.  Last May I inquired about a used Jeep Wrangler listed for sale on their website.  I was particular in asking if this Jeep included a soft top as well as the hard top.  "Yes it does" the dealership replied.  I went to the dealership, test drove the Jeep and purchased it 3 days later.  The salesman, Vadim, was very nice and the dealership made the purchasing process fast and easy.  One month later I installed the soft top, but the windows were missing.  I contacted Vadim in which he said he would follow thru with this.  For the 2 months following, the dealership strung me along,  They took no action and made no attempt at sending me some replacement windows.  3 months later not only Vadim but Derek the Pre-owned director will not respond to my texts, calls or any messages I have left.  I spent $40,000.00 on this vehicle with the assumption of it being complete.  Ignoring a customer after the deal is done is not professional and should be a red flag to anyone considering making a purchase from Audi Natick.  Audi Natck, Vadim and Derek, you lost me as a returning customer and my husband as well. I bought a CPO Audi Q5 yesterday and was happy with the sales women that I dealt with, Michelle. Though, when I went to pick the car up, there was a crack in the front bumper that looked like someone tried to fix it with silly putty and toe nail polish (see picture) and the back bumper had looked like someone ran a coat of paint over half of the bumper. I have been told that these will be fixed to a "look like new condition. Worst car buying experience ever I've worked with a lot of different dealers and bought quite a few cars over the past 20+ years and Audi Natick provided the worse experience I've ever had. At no point did I feel appreciated or valued as a customer, and I didn't get a sense of care or professionalism from anyone I interacted with. The whole experience was very transactional and lacked any emotion or care. Even dealers selling cars in a much lower price range have made me feel more valued. From the start the sales rep, Joyce, was scattered, distracted, and disorganized. She didn't seem to have answers to most of my questions so she had to keep stepping away to ask someone. Once we finally finished all the negotiations and financing paperwork, we were just left with no clue who to see next or how to schedule the delivery. I finally found a sales manager, Jonathan. After hearing our complaints about the poor experience we proceeded to make excuses for the rep and the team. Everything from being short staffed to individual performance issues in the past. At no time did I feel heard. It was all excuses and no empathy for the customer. On delivery day, I quickly noticed a small dent in the car door. Luckily the dent guy was onsite and could take care of it while I waited. But this meant I needed to wait another hour. Management was informed so the rep could authorize the repair. This is the point where I would have expected a manager to at least come by to apologize and acknowledge the inconvenience. Consistent with my last visit, no one at this dealership seems to care about the customer experience. The car was finally ready to do the walkthrough. This is my second Audi so I'm quite familiar with everything. The rep explained controls for features that were incorrect or didn't even exist as options in my car. She also couldn't help me setup Audi Connect, said she'd have someone follow up with me the next day to assist and answer any other questions I might have. Surprise, no one ever called. So I decided to send an email of my experiences to the GM. No reply. If you're looking for an Audi, there are plenty of other dealers around. It's worth a little extra drive time to find someone who values customers. read more

Got in for a 3rd under warranty for a ABS fault costs 3K out of warranty in 2 year, 4 days on loaner, gave me quarter tank, filled tank for quarter tank, service guy drove my car for 100 miles on my gas to find fault, got charged for quarter tank. read more

Buyer Beware !! I went to this dealership to buy a car I seen with a sale tag on it !!! When I went in to find out the payment on this car they told me the sale tag was wrong and cannot give it to me for that price because they haven't had the chance to change it !!! I've passed by 3 times this week and the price is still on it ! I just left there today and asked why it still had the tag on it and they basically brushed me off. I when for an oil change on my 2012 audi a4 on the 03/21, the service was great, they help my with things that I need it help with, the service on the vehicle was great, they did the undercarriage inspection and told me the thing that need it attention, but they fail on showing me that the rear coil spring was broken and could fall off at any time and let it me take off on my vehicle. The moment I found out what it was I couldn't believe it that they didn't show me it was a big SAFETY ISSUE and could've cause a accident, they should have never let me leave with the vehicle like that. I brought in my Audi for oil change (quite expensive there) and asked to pass inspection. The car is in EXCELLENT condition, very new. After 30 mins the rep, his name was Steve, came to give me "a bad" and "a good" news. The "bad" news, as he said - a light bulb for the license plate was not working. The good - they can replace it. He proceeded then to inform me that this will cost .... hmmm... $280.00 plus $180.00 for labor. WHAT??? He claimed that "rusty screws" prevent the bulb cover to be removed and the bulb replaced, so they will have to change the ENTIRE HARDWARE.... But, don't worry, "the good news is that we have this on stock and can do it while you wait." proceeded he with a smile. I declined. The oil change suddenly took 2 hours. At the end he came to make another push for the $500 screw change. I declined, while he explained that no one else can do the job, as this is "quite complicated" matter. He also insisted that my breaks are bad, all of them. I should change them for another 1,200+ IMMEDIATELY!!! Finally, after we got out and I looked at the $500 screw, it seemed that one of their serviceman has flattened it - a tiny screw that can be found in any computer. I expected a big problem... He seemed uncomfortable while I was looking at the $500 "problem" and said nothing. 30 mins later I unscrewed the screw with a regular screw extractor I use on my computer - 10 sec work. I replaced the bulb ($2 cost) and $0.13 for a new screw from the hardware store. I passed inspection in the local garage w/out problem. The guy inspected the breaks for me - rear are in the middle of life, front are good, that is what he said and SHOWED me the break pads... I shall say no more! These people in Bernardi Audi "for life" are crooks for life, that is all I can say. Plain liars. read more

First let me say Mike P was a very nice young man who was just fun to work with. I really wanted to buy a car from him. I went to this location because I bought my first car from Bernardi and I liked Bernadi VW back in the days. The manager was a complete ass - but I tolerated it since I really wanted to make the purchase with Mike. Though the entire experience was taut with unpleasantness we decided to stick it through until it was time for financing. I specifically told the company my husband already had financing but I wanted him to get a lower rate. The finance moron mentioned a higher rate to him and was asking for more deposit stating his payments would be lower- ofcourse- it would be lower if you put more down but with a higher rate you are not saving. When they were unable to find a lower rate my husband tried to explain how to get a wire transfer from the pre-approved loan but finance moron insisted we needed to go get a paper cheque. Really, what year is he in? I was on the phone and my husband was at the physical location. After much back and forth with this finance guy and the even more moronic manager who was nasty the first interaction I told my husband- bid them goodbye. He left there, came home, and we drove to Peabody Audi and within 20mins bought the car he wanted with a few more features AND for the same rate Natick was barely offering. Peabody also called the next day and had secured him 4 loans all lower rates for which he picked Chase Bank. He picks up his new car today!!! If you want to buy an Audi DO NOT go here!!! Bought a 2009 vehicle in 2010, had 15K or so miles. Within 30 days the front tire pressure alert came on. There was no problem w tire. It's one of many electrical glitches. Have brought it back about 5 times for this issue. Persists 8 yrs later. Bottom line: service staff is very polite; lots of up-charging; and a complete rip-off. The most irritating thing (which they may have stopped) are the post-visit pressure to rate them 10-our-of-10 because they say AUDI requires it. 1.Whenever I've brought the car in for a specific repair, am given a laundry list of other items (while the original issue has often gone unfixed). Last time I was presented w $7K in unnecessary recommended services in shiny packaging. The thing I brought the car in for wasn't addressed. 2. The pricing is absurdly high. Once had six very minor glitches: the aforementioned tire pressure lite, rear view mirror popped off, key fob was glitchy, the rest even less serious stuff-- really just fuse-checking electrical. As I went to sign the authorization, they was a separate diagnostic charge for each item- even though a few were really connected. Don't recall the charge for each, but the total was about $700 for six items. Brought the car home, fixed everything myself (save for the tire pressure lite). 3. Have brought vehicle in a few times for the same recall alert without the parts being available, even w appts made weeks in advance. The recall visits are a bother for them. If you really need something done, you may be able to negotiate the price. Don't do it until u bring in the vehicle. Once it's there, and if you're willing to yank it, you may be able to save 25%. read more

At this dealer, if you just stop by to see the car you like and someone helps you that day, you MUST buy the car from that person who helped you earlier. Otherwise, they will make fun of you. For example, if John helped you in your first visit, you have to look for John in your 2nd visit as well no matter what. Clyde helped me on Dec 2012. I visited this dealer again 4 days ago. I forgot Clyde's name. Someone else came to me as soon as I entered asking if I needed help. I looked around if Clyde was still there. Clyde was not there, so this other guy helped me in my second visit and ended up buying a car from this other guy. In fact, I couldn't find Clyde because Clyde moved his desk to furthur inside, I noticed later. When Clyde noticed I purchased a car from someone else, he changed his attitude to me completely. I thought I was back in high school dealing with one of angry kids. He was mad inside but couldn't express because I was a customer. I understand his disappointment but he should have kept that disappointment in himself. I looked for him, he wasn't where he sitted in my first visit. I don't know why I have to worry about which dealer receives incentives. This dealer has more cars than other Audi dealers in Mass. But they need to educate their dealers how to work together as a team. they wouldn't care if they know this customer belong to someone else. Also, Do not visit them on Sunday. Although they open Sundays, they will not be able to help you like week days. What a shame. Even when I treat my customers in my drycleaners, I treat all my customers way better than these guys. Am I buying $200 worth product? I am getting over $50K car. Of course, I compare prices and think about deals you guys offer. Only happy part from this dealer was they had the car I had been looking for when no one else had in Mass. Please act like a professional sales person. Brought in my Audi for service due to an Airbag Recall. I asked them to check on a list of symptoms I was concerned about. Never once did the agent (Derek) reach out to me with updates. I had to continually reach out to him for any information. When I came to pick up the car I found out that the major issue that I had asked to be looked at was never completed. They told me it would be about 2 to 3 hours for them to check. After no updates again I call and find out the tech that was supposed to look at it was tied up in another job all day and did not get to it. Called again the next day. Nothing. Communication and service is beyond unacceptable. Safe to say I will NEVER be bringing my car to this location again. read more

As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, he was extremely helpful when it came to explaining the details of the recall of my A3, getting me a new key at a great price, and even helping out with some changes I wanted to make with dash board settings. I've been going to Bernardi Audi for service for nearly six years and have never been disappointed. I contrast to the dismal experience I had at its sister Toyota dealer on the other side of town (http://bit.ly/12rsnWP), I've found the service reps at Bernardi Audi to be consistently knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and helpful. My only issue is that sometimes it takes them a while to notify me that my car is ready. Bernardi recently moved into a spacious new facility that has plenty of amenities for the waiting customer. These include work carrels, big-screen TV, plenty of coffee and snacks and abundant wi-fi. I'm almost more productive in the Bernardi lounge than I am in my home office! My latest experience was particularly pleasant. My brought my TT in for diagnosis because the sound system had stopped working. The rep quoted me a $125 diagnosis fee - which is fine - but ended up fixing the problem for that amount. It turned out the amp had quit worked and required a reset and another test to be sure it was working. The actual work time was a little more than an hour, but they only charged me for the diagnosis fee. Better was that the rep told me that if I ever needed to replace the amplifier, it would cost $985 to install a new factory version, but I could find the same thing much cheaper at Best Buy. I like it when a dealer repair shop actually looks out for my best interests instead of trying to automatically sell me the highest-priced option (are you listening Bernardi Toyota?). I usually quit going to dealer service centers when my warranty expires, but I'll keep coming back to Bernardi Audi as long as I get service like this. read more

The guys who sold us a car were wonderful in 2013. But while servicing our Audi over the years, the staff that has helped out has been very dodgy- Ryan has an attitude (worse with people of color). Couple other guys also pick and chose who to give good service to and who can just wait around and not get help or acknowledgement. I've watched all this a few times and wanted management to know that not everyone is made to feel like a welcome part of the Audi 'family'. This needs to be fixed. read more

bought a brand new car 2022 etron. 6 months later it would not charge and the computer was glitchy. the middle console freezes because the air vent can't reach that area. they literally have no loaner vehicles. they have a car for a day they don't know why my car wouldn't charge at home but it is charging now. Even though the charger said the car malfunctioned during the charge so it shut it down as a safety. they need to keep my car another day and still no loaner car and they can't even pick me up to get the car today! didn't offer to pay my Uber. is this not the first class service audi is suppose to deliver. 90,000 car and this kind of service. My buddy purchased a Q5, asked if I wanted one too. I said sure, went in and signed the papers, paid them and picked up the Q5 a few days later after it was cleaned and detailed. No haggling, no hassle, just great service from start to finish of the deal. Kudos to Igor. We recently purchased an Audi from this dealership and wanted to share that the overall experience was good. We worked with Kevin, he was extremely helpful. The finance was able to match our low interest rate. On the day of pick-up the registry was down delaying the pick-up and Kevin had a hard stop at 3.30pm, he stayed back till all the appropriate paperwork was completed. He also spend a good amount of time walking me through all the new car features. After we bought the car my husband had some concerns about the car we had purchased, Kevin coordinated with the customer service department so we could get our concerns addressed. My husband was expecting no return calls after the purchase had been made but that was not the case here. All in all, highly recommend the dealership and Kevin. read more

Every time I visit Audi Natick, I'm treated very well. The staff there are very attentive and from the minute I get out of my car, until I get back into my car, I feel very comfortable. I'm directed to the right area. The person who checks me in is always pleasant. While I'm waiting, I'm offered all sorts of food and beverage options. It also seems they get the job done very quickly - so I'm never there very long. Best dealership I've been to in at least 10 years. I highly recommend them. PS: Full disclosure - I don't actually own an Audi but I do go there to have them handle certain things with my vehicle and no one ever pressures me into trading in and buying an Audi, which is another plus! read more

I recently moved to Massachusetts and needed another Audi, I've been turned off by the 2 Audi dealerships I went to until I was going to the Natick mall and passed by the best looking Audi dealership I've ever seen, I had to stop and check it out and was blown away by their customer service. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist as soon as I opened the door and introduced me to a very nice gentleman who basically held my hand throughout the whole process and made me feel like a part of the family. I obviously bought another Audi:)))))) I was dropped off and picked up at the mall while they were getting my new car ready to take home the same day. The whole process was very smooth. I'm in love with my new car and new friends!! Try them out, they ARE GREAT!!! read more

Great Audi service department. Everyone was very attentive, polite. Waiting area is clean. They offer a shuttle service to the mall if you need to kill some time. Yes, Audi service isn't cheap. I bought my A4 there and it was a good experience, maybe 5 stars. But I'm tougher on the service department. I called up for a 35K checkup. It's a major one. They told me it'd be over $800. I then looked over the complete list of what they do and $850 was hard to believe. So I checked around for others who worked on German cars, found the highly rated Tosti and went over my list. The price came under $200 including an oil change, and they're very nice. Audi's service dept is clean, organized, has tasty snacks, is also nice and probably does good work. But best I can tell, their prices are extremely high compared to nearby high quality alternatives. In the past I'd avoided dealerships for maintenance. I'd heard their sales margins had been reduced by the internet and they needed to make up for the shortfall w maintenance and so their prices were inflated. This seems to support that. read more

Glad I was never a customer here. Went in to look at buying an Audi here several years ago and at least 3 salespeople blew me off. Some of them just chitchatting with no customers. Finally after waiting for half an hour, left in disgust as I had rushed over from work to get there. As I was getting into my car a salesperson ran out after me & I ended up telling him that I had to go and was taking my business to Audi Burlington, where I've been a satisfied customer ever since with none of the repair shenanigans other reviewers have complained about with Audi Natick. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Beyond upset at the service that we have received. The only person in the whole entire place that has a clue in what she is doing is Martha. Martha is the best and the only reason why I'm ever coming back. The service department is beyond slow they asked us to bring our car in for service on a Saturday, we did it and then 3 hours later we get a call that they couldn't do anything with our car and that they would need it back another day. Told us that we would get a rental and that they would install our Kahu system which they didn't. We came back another day just to wait around again because no one could tell us what the pin to our Kahu system was or how to work it, they tried to give us a paper and told us to read it. I know how to access Kahu just needed my pin. Someone apparently had forgot to set it up for us.Finally Martha saved the day and helped us get our pin so we could sign in to our system and we could finally be on our way. Angel the guy who sold us the car well don't even get me started on him. Pretty much we didn't have the best experience other than they have an awesome coffee maker whoo how I guess. read more

I went to Audi Natick to look for a new SUV and I was helped by Max Wang. He is very knowledgable and genuine towards the whole approach. I felt I was treated very fair and the whole experience was GREAT! I would definitely come back again for another car purchase and recommend my friends to buy car from him and Audi Natick. The other thing is, Max is quick at handling things. Audi Burlington was so slow and the experience was terrible. They didn't believe I was ready to buy a car thus they ignored me pretty much. Confirmed this appointment that morning, showed up expecting to find said cars ready to at least be viewed and nothing... ended up waiting for an hour while being ignored the entire time until an old guy came up to me to tell me he couldn't find the vehicles but was still wanted to finish up the paperwork and sell some vehicles. Waited two and a half hours to do just an oil change and "recall" that was a software update of the climate control system. This was for a scheduled appointment. I was told it will take "about an hour" when scheduling. No one apologized. This was free oil change (withing the first year of purchase) so I did not feel like making a fuss. But I'm not going to come for the next services here. Also the cost was listed as $160 - for an oil change, for goodness sake! BTW the next day AFTER I scheduled the appointment (but before I came) somebody from the dealership called me... to urge me to set up an appointment! read more

The warranty is supposed to cover the car up to 100,000 miles and now when I need it (under 100,000 miles) the car has *too many miles.* Completely different from the signed warranty. I had given my 2017 Audi A6 car for servicing for second time and the Interaction with service manager did Not seem to go well. The service manager was very curt at checkin time in morning and I did get a loaner car and he said service could go for 2 days. I needed the car seat for my toddler daughter and thus, I wanted to try to finish in 1 day. Thus I checked at around 12 PM and the curt service manager on the phone said, why did I call him, I mentioned to him, that I only called to request to be done in 1 day as I need car seat for my toddler daughter. The curt service manager did Not seem to care and was arrogant. In the evening I called and they got it ready. Overall I felt this is bad customer service. I was dressed in formal office wear, but I got treated very bad and curtly by this service manager and I am owner of Audi a6 car. I am just waiting for my lease period to be done in Nov 2019 and I will go to mercedez Benz or BMW the next time and Audi natick is a horrible place. I did get lease option in Audi Westwood and that sales manager was very good to deal with. But Audi natick sucks big time for sure and thus avoid this bad place read more
