Let's start with the website is well organized and each car has many many pictures. All cars also…read morecome with car fax which is always a plus. The cars they have are all nice and priced very well which is why my boyfriend decided to purchase his truck here. I originally went in first to checkout a truck while he was at work and the sales person came back after his shift ended to show my boyfriend the truck. We had been looking for a while and this particular truck hit all the marks and some and I knew it was it. My boyfriend fell in love with the truck and decided to purchase it. A couple employees stayed late to help us out which was nice but it wasn't the most friendly experience we've ever had when buying something for a lot of money. This was all done on a Wednesday and we were told we'd get the truck Monday. We drove and hour to give money on Sunday so we could pick up the truck Monday. We couldn't pick up the truck on Monday. Disappointed we called our bank to see why the loan hadn't gone through and they said they didn't receive the paperwork until Saturday even though we filled everything out Wednesday? So annoyed at this point we had to wait and extra two days. We also had to get the plates ourself and ended up at the wrong RMV. Natick does not do plates so don't go there. Once we got the plates we were in out with the truck in under 15 minutes. It's clear they sell many cars monthly which is awesome for them but the overall experience was more stressful than it should have been. This isn't your typical dealership where you are catered to and made sure you are happy with your purchase like the big dealerships. I guess you can justify the price for the experience because their prices are just to good and hard to beat. My boyfriend loves his truck and it is very nice but there were times in the process he was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the overall process. Come here for the prices and the quality of the vehicles because they are worth it. Just be prepared not to be blown away with customer service but for sure with the ticket price!

Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly don't buy from them at all. Checked to see…read moreif they were still in business as we are getting ready to trade in the over priced turd they sold us. Unfortunately they are still scamming people. Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn't overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it's been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it's running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You've been warned.

Briefly - Bernardi Volvo applied a temporary, non-standard fix (a plug) to a tire with a slow leak,…read morewhich resulted in a costly tire replacement ($300+) less than 3 months later, instead of a standard, permanent patch ($30-50), which would have lasted the life of the tire. More detail:  I was in for service on 5/15 at Bernardi Volvo. They found a nail in the front right tire, and repaired it with a plug.  It developed a slow leak about two weeks ago, so the repair lasted about 2-2.5 months.  I took it in to Sullivan Tire, which is much closer to my house than Natick, and they found that the leak is coming from around the plug. They also informed me that a plug is only a temporary fix - instead, a patch should have been used to perform the repair.  A patch will last the lifespan of the tire, whereas a plug is only ever intended to be temporary.  I had to replace the tire (a $300+ fix) when a $30-$50 patch back in May would have fixed the tire permanently.  I am disappointed that Bernardi Volvo did not recommend a patch to me initially to preserve my tire, and I am also disappointed that when I called Bernardi, they refused to cover the cost of a replacement tire.  I want to trust that the shop I take my car to for repairs will recommend the right fixes, and it is clear that Bernardi Volvo did not do that, nor did they offer to fix the mistake when I spoke with the service manager.

Since it's a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 they used all factory parts for the repairs and the work was completed in two weeks. Not only did my car get repaired, but it got a beautiful detailing as well, which brought tears to my eyes. It was as if I just brought it home off the lot new! I cannot say enough about the workmanship and attention to detail and am thrilled with the end result! Thank you so much, Mark. It's difficult to navigate the aftermath of a car accident, but you made the whole experience end on a high note!

However, back in 2003 my insurance company listed them as a body shop they work with so I chose them as they were local to me. To my great delight, they did an outstanding job on one of my vehicles that had been in an accident and needed some work. Ever since I have used them for all my vehicle body/paint needs and they have always delivered exceptional results. One thing I have noticed is that they do work on a lot of high end cars like Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc and I have witnessed some of their finished work. I am usually very good at spotting body and paint interventions, but their work has been indistinguishable from new. Faded paint matching, blending, lack of paint defects - the guys at Midway Motors are very good at what they do. Overall, strongly recommend for any body and paint work regardless of if you have a Kia or a Benz.

I need to state that I'd used this shop off and on for minor service on a Japanese luxury car which was 15 years old. My opinion soured b/c I asked them for a control arm replacement price estimate, and went to a Lexus shop a few months later and they claimed the work done was inferior-using glue on points of mounting (rather than Lexus bushings or OEM compliant parts). When I thought to give them another chance on a minor issue a year or so later, the guy who wrote up the last service goes "oh you asked us for repairs and then you went elsewhere", chiding me! I replied "I have the right to get estimates" (I didn't tell him their work was inferior on the prior job they'd done). He just walked off, and I told myself never to go there again. IF you do go there, make sure you insist on original equipment mf. parts (brake pads, all the bits)..but of course I'd recommend not going.
