My latest purchase was the 2025 Audi A5. This was the fourth Audi that I purchased at Audi of Orland Park since 2023. The whole process each time was seamless and efficient. The whole team work together to make you feel comfortable and that your business is important to them. They move things along to make sure that they don't waste your time. If something is deficient or missing, they make sure that you get it and is fully satisfied.. My salesperson Nader Abed was great in providing all the assistance that both me and my wife needed in learning how to use and understand all the electronics in the new A5. We felt confident when we left the dealership. He knows his job and does it well from greeting when the customer first arrive to look or take a test drive to closing the sale and leaving the finance department with signed documents and the keys. The maintenance intervals are reasonable for a driver like me. I don't driver a lot since retirement so my 2023 A6 only needed service two times before I traded for my new 2025 A5. I was fully satisfied with the maintenance performed. I do have one issue that could be improved. I brought my A6 in for a recall that was estimated to take 4-6 hours and possibly overnight. Of course my A6 took overnight. There were no loaner cars available. The dealer could use more available loaner cars for situations like this. read more

I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Any customer service ends after the vehicle is purchased. I purchased the all new q5 in June and have had various technical issues since I drove it off the lot. The dealership has dismissed the issues as user error or even worse "false information reported" in repair orders. I had to start documenting the car failures by video to support my concerns. This car has been in service for over two months since I purchased it in June and the exact same issues persist. I picked up my vehicle a couple weeks ago and the trunk still did not function properly upon onsite inspection. The service manager, Richard Weinstein, lied and told me that remote trunk closure was not a function on the ALL NEW Q5 despite the feature being listed in the owners manual and available on the earlier 2025 model. I videoed the encounter because the dishonesty, deflection, and gaslighting is unbelievable. Had I trusted this dealership, I'd have driven off with a malfunctioning vehicle thinking that it wasn't. I've moved my service to another dealership that has been transparent about the issues with this model and confirmed that the remote should in fact close the trunk on the all new q5 - no surprise here... I've purchased vehicles for over 30 years and have never had such a horrific experience. What should have been a fun and exciting new car purchase has been a nightmare thanks to Audi Orland Park. Terrible loaner policy, unfriendly staff, no reasonable shuttle service, diagnostic fees which do not apply to work being performed, and an overall lack of providing service that Audi customers expect. Westmont or Fletcher Jones are much better options. On top of that they are slow, communication is sparse at best. At no point will you receive an actual phone call. I recently contacted an Audi repair shop in Orland Park, Illinois, and spoke with Gerald a service writer. After explaining my previous issues with another Audi shop, Gerald's main concern was whether the warranty department would cover the labor costs, making assumptions about my willingness to pay. Gerald promised to call back within two hours after contacting the warranty department, but three days have passed without any follow-up. This has left me feeling undervalued and mistrustful of Audi Orland Park. In my case, two oil gaskets needed changing. At Downtown Chicago Parts crucial to my engine's functioning were left unattached on the passenger side floor upon picking up my vehicle. Taking my vehicle to another shop, the repair took only 1.5 hours and cost less than $1,000, including oil fill-up, fresh brake fluid, and trans fluid. To all consumers, be wary of manipulation tactics. I worked with the Illinois Attorney General to come to a resolution with Audi Orland Park. I reached out to the Illinois AG after Audi Orland Park refused to cooperate with me regarding problems with my vehicle and service contracts purchased from them. After gathering tons of paperwork, making calls to Audi North America, SafeGuard, and working with the Illinois Attorney General, I was able to secure a refund for the vehicle service contract sold to me that was inapplicable. When the inapplicability of the service contract was brought to AOP's attention by the AG, they denied that it was inapplicable. When SafeGuard confirmed to me that it was inapplicable and once I gathered my exhibits, AOP apparently reconsidered and sent a refund check. Illinois has gotten more stringent on the used car segment. Today, limited implied powertrain warranties are required for all used car sales in the state. If that law had been in effect, I could have been spared significant expense and hardship. The consumer advocate at the AG's office was disgusted by AOP's conduct, but this type of trickery is an all too familiar issue in the automotive industry. The consumer advocate went back to AOP and was able to secure a $500 "goodwill" reimbursement. That pales in comparison to the $9,000 repair bills required to get this engine in working order, but I am proud of myself for obtaining at least that. I don't have anything positive to say about Audi Orland Park. I am trying not to let it impact my impression of the Audi brand, as someone who has owned other Volkswagen products. Service department has a lot of communication and issues. Wouldn't recommend and highly advise taking the service needs to Audi in Naperville. Had a service for 60k when car was only at 50k and they said they weren't much different when in fact the price was drastically different. Next had said something was failing on the engine mounts and took it to two other dealerships to confirm. Hate to even give this place 1 star. How on earth can a dealership like this stay open and how is Audi allowing them to represent their brand? My second factory recommended service visit to Audi of Orland Park with my 2020 Audi Q8 was as frustrating and disappointing as the first . The first time I took it in at my scheduled time I was told it needed a software update but it would take time and they didn't have a loaner so I rescheduled. The second visit I received the loaner and as I was driving home I noted a used mask and half drank water bottle ( mid Covid ) on the floor of the passenger side so I doubt there had been any disinfecting of the vehicle which was protocol back then . I proceeded to pick it up and was told I needed new wipers which was fine but what I wasn't told was that they were ordered and I'd have to bring the car back yet again which I found out from an unexpected call 2-3 days later. Today I arrive at my appt to find out there was no "loner " vehicle which I know I specifically asked for due to my first experience. If the individual listed on the email "Roberto" was indeed the one that took the info he is the same one that dropped the ball the first time . The most annoying part of today 's visit was they were trying to locate a car for me to use and wanted proof of insurance ...I showed them my policy car and they asked for a declaration page for proof of specific coverage. Never was it mentioned to me in the purchase of the car that a declaration page would be needed to get a loaner and I was given one last time without that requested of me. That was it. When I started needing to be topped off in between oil changes I asked if it was normal. I was told this was normal. A few months after my warranty expired I was back getting topped off again. I negotiated the terms over the phone and flew to Orland Park to pick up the vehicle from VA. The vehicle looked great, test drive was awesome, and soon I was on the road. Upon return to VA, I was hearing noises as I putting the vehicle in reverse so I decided to take my vehicle to a local Audi. What they found was shocking. Orland Park Audi had sold me worn out tires, tread depth of 1/32 - 1/32 throughout the four tires. In other words they allowed me to leave their lot, drive 700 miles, knowing that I could be severely injured or be stranded on the side of the road with flat tires. I have no respect for this dealership, And quite frankly they have given me a bad taste with the Audi brand. I've had a Lexus for the past ten years and have never been this dissatisfied. Extremely Unprofessional. An Audi representative contacted me by phone on 9/16/2022 to set up an appointment for an oil strainer recall on my Audi. She said it would take 2 to 3 days to complete, but that if I needed a loaner, the first available car would be on 10/17. I chose to wait for a loaner, although they had openings for service before that date, if I could do without one. I showed up today 10/17/22 to my appointment, and while I was waiting in the waiting room for my loaner, I was told by the service representative who registered my car that they didn't have a loaner for me. I explained to him that this appointment was set one month out to accommodate a loaner for me. He went and spoke to the manager, and came back with the same apology. I asked to see the service manager, Anna Chemielemska, and was surprised by her response. She was unprofessional and unapologetic or accommodating in any way. She told me that she didn't see a car reserved for me on file for today. I explained to her the conversation the representative had with me over the phone, and how the appointment was pushed a month out to guarantee a loaner, and she didn't put any effort into knowing who spoke to me or what had went wrong. To Move forward, I asked when was the next date a loaner would be available for me to inconveniently come back for the service, and she rudely replied not until December. At that point, with no loaner and no other car for me to use if I keep the car there, I had no choice but to take my car and leave without it being serviced. Did they purposeful disrespect their customer because this is a recall, a free service that I don't pay for, or are they just that bluntly rude and don't care about their customers? I wonder if the Audi corporate approves of such customer service. I am disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at Audi Orland park today. When you drive a luxury car, you especially expect decent customer service. Audi Orland park needs to respect their customer's time, and deliver on their promises. Called the Finance Manager Today a 15+ year employee, told him I just bought a used Audi and wanted an extended Coverage plan. He told me I was in luck because he had the at a discounted price this month of November. He also told me His Audi dealership was the ONLY one in the Chicagoland Area that sold an actual Audi Pure Protection, all the other dealerships sell a 3rd party protection. A LIE! I called Audi and EVERY Chicagoland dealership and they ALL sell this plan. I taken my vehicle there for service ,I was informed by the service writer that my turbocharge system was in need of replacement.I was given a bottom line price of $4.400.00 for replacement parts and labor.I called the parts department to get a price for the turbocharger alone and spoke to a person by the name of Joe whom asked me my vehicle info along with the vin number quoted me a price of $1.906.00.I went to the dealership to see Joe to get a printed invoice for the part.I was greeted at the parts counter by a person named Sherri who stated that Joe was out to lunch and she was the manager and could assist me. She asked me my vehicle info as well as the vin number.She printed me out an invoice for the turbocharger for $ 2,415.00. I returned back to the dealership an hour later I asked Joe to give ma a printed invoice for the turbocharger that he had quoted me he complied. The part number on both invoices were identical. They summoned Bill Miller who stated his title as senior manager. I explained to mister Miller what was going on and that I had also researched pricing of this very part at 6 other dealerships in this region for farless at a cost of $1,614.00 he just shrugged it off. Several times we had car repair at this place, results were dismal. My wife has new Audi Q7. Pasanger side door handle broke and she had to bring her car 3 times to fix it. Their repair would last just a few days. Finally guy said "well will have to replace it". I mean dude, its a new car, if it broke, it is defectice, replace it, not try to piece it together. Then I brought my other car, Audi A6 for recall- replace ignition coils and spark plugs. They didn't screw back spark plugs tight enough. Result: thread damage, exhaust leak. I was breathing exhaust fumes for a while, until I brought my car to a regular mechanic and found out, what is wrong. If you use this place for maintenance and repairs, you are asking for trouble. read more

Since C19 I have seen a big decline in quality of service but this last visit was the last straw. They quoted me over $9,000.00 in repairs. It is my opinion that they were hoping I would either trade my car in and buy a new one, or sell it to them rather than spend that much in repair. Instead we brought it somewhere else. The second service department verified that there were things on that list that were patently false, and many were just unnecessary. I ended up spending less than $800.00 to get it fixed. I bought a new Q5 when I was out of state and my first interaction was with parts buying a cargo tray. Internet listed a discount for purchasing online, I asked the parts guy if he could apply it, he says no. That's fine, I ask him to hold on while I buy it online from him. I hop on the phone, he says he'll give me the discount. Whatever, fine. Second visit was for 10k checkup and they helped the wife with the features of the car, they were awesome! So today, I called three times and left two voicemails for a service appointment. No one called me back so I used their text feature, explained I need to make a service appointment. They gave the text to sales, who reached out to me immediately. I tell them I need service. No problem, we'll have them reach out. I text again, telling I need service. Guess what, they send me to sales again! I text again, "we'll have them follow up with you." It is almost 9pm and, in the interim, I have made an online appointment at Audi of Westmont, which took me about 3 minutes (I tried this at Audi Orland, but that's another long essay). Bottom line, it's hit or miss, but it seems more miss. Very disappointed but, if they ever call me back, I may update the review. Horrible experience went in for service oil change and another issue after 2hours waiting they told me everything was done. When I double checked to see if all the issues were fixed it wasn't. But yet they were going to let me drive away with no one letting me know they couldnt fix the issue and only did the oil change. Tried to explained my frustration to the Service Manager he could care less. Had a very nonchalant attitude not sure if he even cares about the customers in general. After I left and a few mins later my oil light came on saying the oil level was over the maximum. So I had to go back for them reduce the oil level all the same day. Best sales experience and car choose I've ever made. The brand specialist (salesman) Nick Majka was incredible. Not only is he one of the funniest people I've ever met, but he doesn't try to mess around on you with pricing. He's fair, straight, to the point and will do the best he can do for you. The dealership itself is beautiful. The GM Jeff Bass is a great guy, and the new Audi we bought is a true piece of art. I tried to drop my A7 in for preventative maintenance (75k miles) and fix my TDI per the recall instructions. However Gerald said they will need my car for a few days and that I can't get a loaner unless I have $100k/$300k coverage on my auto insurance. Who has that much coverage for their auto insurance? That's unheard of especially because I'm not insuring a house or an R8. This is crazy. I've had Audis since 2008 from California, Utah and Illinois and never have I been asked how much coverage do I have for auto insurance. All the dealership has always required is drivers license, proof of insurance and a credit card. I guess they just don't want my business. I can tell you I will never buy an Audi at Orland Park. Dealers should love a person like me, because by the time I finally show up to test drive, chances are good that I know what I want right on down to the floor mats. This dealer struck out big. Big loss. Huge. I probably don't look like your typical Audi owner. I rolled up and wanted to see a Q7. I waited. And waited. And waited some more. You'd have thought that it was a busy day and every salesperson was busy, but in fact, I was the only person in the showroom. After a long wait, I finally got a salesman, who seemed annoyed when I told him I wanted to see the Q7's he had on the lot. So after a lot of phone calls, he located one. A blue Q7 that was, well, meh. So meh that it's no wonder it was sitting on the lot. "Where's the S-Line?" I asked. "S-Line? Oh, I don't think we have any." Just then, a dark gray Q7 S-Line rolled in, and a 50-something man hopped out. Appeared to be a test drive. "Hey, how about you let me test drive that?" I asked. Nope, it wasn't available. I immediately left International after that ordeal. And I went Downtown to my friends at Fletcher Jones, who had sold me the last half dozen cars. I told them I had already found the car I wanted, but that it was at International. Sure enough, we located the car on Audi's website, and with a few chess moves, we had the car. And for less than International's list price and the "rock bottom" price that International was going to sell to that 50-something man. Yep, I have that car now, and it is sublime. But no thanks to International Auto Group. read more

Ok that's normal for Audi's Well I went to open the hood of my car and that latch is very loose and the hood won't open. I brought it to the dealer to see if they could fix it now they telling me it's $200 because the cord descended into the hood. Such BS they were the last ones under the hood of my car. We are moving out of state in two weeks. Saleswoman could not answer questions about titling car in different state, sales taxes, etc. Informed us incorrectly that we would still be required to pay IL state sales tax (this is false) despite our upcoming move. We were told by her that she would talk to her manager and owner about these issues and call us back. Didn't hear from her for the rest of the day. Saleswoman called back the following day and told us to drive back out from downtown. When we arrived at the dealership, THE SALES STAFF WAS CLOSING A DEAL ON THE CAR WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I walked into this Audi dealership a little over a week ago looking to purchase. I've had my Grand Am for 9 years and always told myself that after graduate school, I'd get myself an Audi. Needless to say, I did not have the best experience. First, I was not greeted by a sales associate. I was 1 out of 2 customers inside the dealership. Everyone was literally sitting at their desk and appeared to not be busy and I felt completely ignored. I was looking at the vehicles indoors for about 10 minutes. When I was finally approached by someone, I told him what I was looking for. His demeanor was so melancholy...it totally took away my mood to shop. Took my car in for 85k mile service, wait was long- even though I made an appt. took my car home , the next day , my Bluetooth didn't work , check engine light was on, and car was jumping and shaking at 40mph Took car back, they wanted to charge me 145 per diagnostic. I had one Audi coming off a lease, and another I was going to trade. I received ZERO calls from the dealership about replacing either car. Sales appears to be clueless how to SELL CARS. If I can give this place negative numbers I would. I went in to the dealers hip and had my own financing. At first they told me they would not accept it. I had my bank call and they finally did. They just wanted me to finance thru them so they get paid more by the bank. David S was our sale man. I told him not to run a credit check, he did anyway, which 6 months later is still on my credit report. He said it was a "soft credit check" and would come off shortly and would not hurt my credit.
