    I would recommend AVOIDING this business. (check out the reviews). My experience at this dealership started off well, but had changed shortly after. I had purchased a 2022 Corolla last April and purchased all of the extended warranties, etc. And while the sales part of my experience with Jacek went well, it was my experience this past December with the Service Department that will cause me to buy elsewhere. To be fair by explaining briefly, I was asked to bring the car in so that the special coating under warranty can be applied, and I did. I made the appointment when I knew that I would be back in town. When I went to pick up and start the car, and I put it in reverse. it had made a knocking noise of some kind. So I went and got one the service department workers (Eric) and when he checked it out, it made the same noise. I wasn't overly concerned about it because Eric said that they will keep the car, provide me a loaner, and take a look at it. (this was on a Thursday). No problem at this point. BUT, I was VERY CLEAR to Eric, I am leaving on Sunday to Ca for 3 weeks. He said, "ok, we'll most likely get it looked at tomorrow then," which would have been Friday. I didn't hear a peep from them Friday or Saturday and my flight left on Sunday as scheduled. A few days go by and Eric texted that they need the loaner back and my car is ready to pick up. I said "Eric, I had told you, I'm out of state. I won't be back for a few weeks. (I have my texts with him). He told me they need the loaner back. I said then how am I going to get my car when I get back? I won't have any transportation?" And I then reached out to my sales Rep, Jacek. He looked into it and called me back and assured me, don't worry, it's been taken care of. He said when you land, bring the loaner car back and you can pick up yours. I said great, thank you very much, issue solved. But it wasn't. A couple of weeks later, I fly in to ORD, uber all the way out to my place, only to find NO CAR in my parking lot? What happened to it? I panicked! Was it stolen? It's midnight! How can I be without a vehicle while I'm here looking out and caring for an elderly parent?!! Nobody had the courtesy to even let me know this?! So that I can plan accordingly?!! (I have my phone log to show). This was totally unbelievable, unacceptable and very unprofessional to say the least. Like a THIEF IN THE NIGHT they came and picked up the car they loaned me?? This was a bad experience all the way around. The next morning I paid $50 bucks to pay another Uber to get me to my car at the Service Dept. I was told there that it was the Service Department Mgr (John Ficaro) that made that decision and the workers that were there at the time even agreed...he made it without taking ANY of this into consideration. They gave me his business card but Needless to say, I was pretty hurt and upset that such a decision could be made without even the courtesy of a phone call to the customer. So, I picked up my car, and left. I then decided to pay off the car in full, and then plan on selling it as time allows, and take my business (as well as friends and family) to another dealership. Most likely Lexus which is what I've had for many years here in Ca. and ALL of the departments, service departments, sales, etc. are second to none. I cannot recommend Orland Park Toyota to anyone after having this type of experience. Because sooner or later, that person could, and will, most likely have a pretty bad experience at this dealership and/or Service Department in one way or another...it'll just be a matter of time.

    If I could give them zero stars, I would. Although my first experience here in 2022 was great, I was rudely awakened. On the afternoon of July 26th, I went to Toyota and inquired about a 2025 XSE Camry. I received inaccurate information from the sales manager that could have been fraudulent if I had continued with the loan process. After a 'discount' that was never applied, he quoted me at $39000. According to Sales manager James, there is a 6% interest. He calculated my monthly payments to be $790. He kept pushing me to put down a deposit of $3,000. After I mentioned an interest promotion I had seen, he proceeded to tell me that he was unaware of when it would start and stop. Once again, misleading as it stated on the direct website as ending on 07/31/2025. He then proceeded to quote me in the 700s with a 5% interest rate and 72 months! As any person would do, I walked away with information and couldn't process how dishonest this was. After further examining calculations they quoted me a 13.3% Apr and stating it was only 6%. Attempting to charge me $18000 in interest, which doesn't factor in the $3,000 down payment. Being a loyal Toyota customer, I couldn't imagine anyone taking advantage of me in this manner. As a young Hispanic woman, I began to contemplate whether my relationship would have been different if I had brought a male companion with me. After kindly declining their offer and parting ways due to the lies and mistreatment. I searched for accurate pricing from other dealerships. At the Oakbrook location, I bought the same car for $2000 more, with a 72-month term and a 6.25% APR. The total amount of my monthly payments was $618, which is not even close to what Orlando Park quoted me. Besides the taunting situation, on 07/29 Gary texted me with an inappropriate message. I have no issue buying a car from any person. I am fluent in English and my family speaks Spanish but they were never with me. Also reassuring that i was being discriminated as i have never met Gary. I also never mentioned being uncomfortable working with a male person or someone of different nationality. I actually purchased my 2022 Camry with Adrian whom is Italian and did a great job in 2022. What kind of dealership refers to their customers by their demographics instead of their full name. for an ONLINE manager to know i was a young women that was Hispanic another staff member must of told him. If you are a woman, young, or minority, it's important to know that buying vehicles here could potentially create a loan based off personal biases hidden in what they call "interest". I suggest anyone that purchases her to research the Illinois following acts 815 ILCS 375/) Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act, 815 ILCS 505/) Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, and HUMAN RIGHTS (775 ILCS 5/) Illinois Human Rights Act. Following the report of the incident to Toyota and the opening of a case. The dealership got in touch with me and offered the coldest apology, which resulted in more discrimination. The first thing Adrienna said before even apologizing was " do you speak Spanish?". Once again showing she never even read the report and then tried to blame it on the case stating i spoke Spanish. I have spoken English to them throughout my services, and I'm unsure why this continues to be brought up. Avoid this dealership unless you're willing to be robbed, discriminated against, and racially profiled by staff you've never even met.

    At Orland Toyota, I purchased my dream car here, the 2018 Toyota Camry XSE! I was very happy with the deal and I really like Toyota Care and the car washes. In addition, there is a very nice lounge in the dealership as well!

    Just bought my first car a 2024 Toyota Corolla, and used Sam Rafati. Sam was the best!! He made the process as smooth as possible, and was very efficent. He also answered all of my questions and solved all of my concerns!

There is a lack of communication between the staff and customer, calls for updates on service don't get returned, repairs aren't inspected by management after mechanic completes the repair. I found my battery cover in the back seat. The engine cover was missing. Apparently the mechanic locked it up in the shop. I am going to have my Jeep serviced at Brach's Auto Center, a family owned repair shop where the repairs are inspected from upper management after completion.

Well I was disappointed a couple weeks later that we just noticed & they did not disclose that the back window was replaced. We noticed glass broken on the inside of the back where the door closes. We checked the window the back lights & nothing broke. You can hear the glass as we open & close the back still inside. I called talked to the manager again expressing my upset. I understand that they only are concerned with motor & transmission. That is difficult not to miss though. Sad thing is I noticed the front windshield had a crack in it while there before the buying & manager was like oh go show her as I was reading the carfax report.vThey apparently filled that in. The manager was then he was like oh that is all cosmetic & to put my ipass in that area. Mind you it was down a bit from where that would go. I felt as if this was a brush off. I contacted them today & talk to the manager so hopefully this week i can get it cleaned out & vacuumed. I would have stopped in today but having PTSD from the other accident & didn't hear back right away I wanted to go home. Pictures coming.

This is my second visit here: two were for oil changes and one was for front brake pads and rotors. So far my experiences have been very positive. Every visit my vehicle has been washed and vacuumed for free which is a very nice touch. Typically women are given the run around at most auto places but here the prices have been very consistent to what is advertised when I made an appointment through the myCadillac app. The labor fees are what I have been expecting as well so no real issues there. Thank you for being friendly and to the point when it comes to estimated times of services. I usually have been in and out as told so I know how to plan my day around it. I will continue to come here for service and I hope the trend of great customer service will continue.

    Called Rizza Cadillac a few weeks ago to inquire about a vehicle in their inventory. It took the…read moresales representative 3-4 business days to get lease numbers for me. I gave them the opportunity to meet numbers from another Cadillac dealer, their response was unchanged so I leased the same vehicle at a more competitive price. Saving thousands of dollars. The dealer I ended up choosing took 3 hours to analyze the deal I was offering and to accept the deal as I offered it. I would if expected a much quicker response from Rizza Cadillac regardless of the outcome. It was apples to apples and I was surprised that it took so long to come back with an answer and that answer was so far apart with the competitor.
