I just bought 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. I can back to Enterprise Sales because I went to the one on Western on the Northside there for my 2018 Rogue wasn't going in there for this vehicle was met with Vince who I say was very nice then the General Manager Mahesh introduced himself which I was surprised & overwhelmed at 1st. I wasn't sure I wanted to go with a Hyundai. I was sad & felt rushed into needing a car seeing that they knew were were in an accident of no fault of ours. I needed to think if this was my only option & of course I didn't want another car payment seeing that I was almost done with the Rogue. Well I was disappointed a couple weeks later that we just noticed & they did not disclose that the back window was replaced. We noticed glass broken on the inside of the back where the door closes. We checked the window the back lights & nothing broke. You can hear the glass as we open & close the back still inside. I called talked to the manager again expressing my upset. I understand that they only are concerned with motor & transmission. That is difficult not to miss though. Sad thing is I noticed the front windshield had a crack in it while there before the buying & manager was like oh go show her as I was reading the carfax report.vThey apparently filled that in. The manager was then he was like oh that is all cosmetic & to put my ipass in that area. Mind you it was down a bit from where that would go. I felt as if this was a brush off. I contacted them today & talk to the manager so hopefully this week i can get it cleaned out & vacuumed. I would have stopped in today but having PTSD from the other accident & didn't hear back right away I wanted to go home. Pictures coming. read more

Originally I gave an OUTSTANDING review, back in March 2024. NOW, past a year now, and my vehicle is falling apart. Before the people mentioned in this email chime in, I tried to talk to the General Manager when things started going wrong. Let's start at a broken module (covered by the extended warranty-$100 deductible) . Problem two, a dead cell in the battery which made my vehicle inoperable (even called AAA to break into my car the passkey wasn't working). The General Manager FaceTimed me and tried to navigate me to open the vehicle with the passkey. Didn't work. After AAA broke into my car (twice because once I ran the car to charge the battery, it went back dead) I was instructed to take it to Firestone. They said it was nothing usual until the battery shut down on them on the lift. The General Manager paid for the battery. By the way, this was three months in after the purchase. Next, the windshield wiper motor went bad. Well, the same Firestone addressed it and fixed it. I want to say that now my check engine light was on (never went off). I was instructed by Enterprise it's not their issue (so they said) and Mazda said they couldn't locate the code that was firing. I went to Autozone, O'Reilys, other auto body shops that pointed me back to the dealership (Mazda not Enterprise Car Sales). At the time, my mileage was 74,500 (roughly) because the vehicle was sold at 68,700 miles. Since Mazda of Orland Park charges EVERY DIAGNOSTIC $180 (which by this time I've already paid this twice), I recently found out the Catalytic Converter (immediate need of repair) and five other things. I even tried to get Lemon Lawyers involved and they disregarded my issue. Well, I'm putting these dealerships on blast (not necessarily their employees) but this fake caring places that only give a care about the all mighty dollar. See, I had lost my job prior to this happening and my car was stolen (A WAY BETTER VEHICLE) and basically now left with over $7000 worth of repair. So what did I pay for? I hope NO ONE SUPPORTS THESE PLACES!!!!!! read more

I read some reviews prior to going and I must say the experience we had was pleasant just as I read from paT customers. Sterling was our Salesman and he was very professional and thorough. My son left out with a good interest rate and a 2020 Nissan Altima. Sterling was patient and wasn't pushy at all. Kenny the finance Manager was helpful as well as Mike. Apparently the Worth ERAC car sales is closed and condensed with Orland. This is why I am posting here. It pains me to write this review because I like them. However, my first car I purchased over 15 years ago lasted the way it should. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2018 with 35,000 miles I believe. In 2021 my engine went out completely. I couldn't believe it. Had about 70k on it. Low miles for an engine to be replaced. After that, down hill. Since then, Ive had to replace the fuel pump, water pump, engine mounts, relay box and as of yesterday, my transmission. Sick. Ive put so much money into replacing things on this car its unreal. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them. Dont it. Buy I new car if you can. A waste of a car. And dont buy a Jeep. I currently have 85,000 miles on my car. Damn near replaced everything under the hood. read more

I was buying my first vehicle for me and my newborn baby I was recommended a car that would be a good reliable car for me and my newborn. as I am new to Chicago and not from this state I wanted to ask if this would be a good fit for me because I needed something that would last and be safe for me and my child. shortly after I found a hyaundia elantra and I asked if this would be a good reliable car for me and my newborn. I was told by Michael that it would be a good car and a good fit. A couple weeks later my car was almost stolen and broken into and I was told that it is a hotspot in the community as well as Kia's for getting stolen. when I called to explain how frustrated I was as I was trusting the person that sold me my first car for me and my child and now am upset because there is no sense of security. I was told by Michael that if I would've asked him if they had been getting stolen he would've answered with yes and that it states that on the news. instead of telling me I should look into something else he recommended this be a great car knowing they were being stolen. his response for not telling me about these cars being stolen as much as Kia's was the fact that I didn't specifically ask if they had been getting stolen. all I asked him is this a good car for me and my newborn. but when I asked him if he would've bought this car for his wife or let somebody sell it to her he said no. I trusted him in making this huge 19,000 purchase for me and my baby and he never once thought or cared to think about me or my child which is what I told him it was for. this just proves people do not really care about what happens to you or your car when you get off the lot they do not care if they know a car is more likely to be stolen or if you have a baby ! they just want their money, think twice and get other opinions before you buy any car from this place.. read more

I can't believe I am writing a positive review after buying a car. Most of my interactions with car salesman has been nothing short of awful. However, Enterprise Car Sales earned my business not just because of price but because of their great customer service. I was referred to Enterprise by a close friend and a coworker who both had good experiences with Enterprise Car Sales. Donavan Lewis was who I primarily worked with but Brandon Taylor assisted my wife initially and helped us get into the car at the end. Both of them deserve lots of kudos for making me a believer that buying a car doesn't have to be a nightmare. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. When we had found the car we had wanted we applied for financing, and initially the interest rate was too high. I showed Donavan what I was approved for from USAA, and he took that to the bank that Enterprise was working with - he managed to get my interest rate lower than I could have asked for by negotiating. So low, in fact, that even after the sale I looked around and no one is offering a lower rate on a used car. For anybody reading this, make sure you go in there with financing approval from another company as it could help you save $$$ in negotiations. Brandon did a great job making sure our car was cleaned up after we noticed some defects and showed us all the features so we felt comfortable on our way out. It can't be all rainbows and butterflies, so I will nit pick two things. 1. They are a little pushy on the warranty. It's actually not a bad warranty, and I know they are salesman, but be prepared to do your research to see if the warranty is a good fit for you. 2. This is truly a small thing, but don't be deceived by appearances, the place looks pretty raggedy. Could use some serious love in the interior design department. People who have seen our car say that we got a good deal and that it looks great. I highly recommend, at the very least, checking them out if you are looking for a used car. read more

The vehicle we purchased had a slightly bent gas cover, and they didn't hesitate to fix it. The van was clean inside and out, even the engine, which pleased my husband. Enterprise Car Sales in Worth, IL Bought a car on 2/15/2017 Brandon was the best help there. He was very interactive and helpful to my father and me. My father is the one who was asking a lot of questions because I have never purchased a car on my own. Even though he was slightly getting on my nerves, my dad was asking all the right questions to make sure that I fully understood what was going on. Brandon respectfully answered all of my questions and even shared a few laughs. He called me to further discuss my criteria for my dream car and I didn't feel pressured at all. Car searching was VERY easy with Brandon.   I would rate Brandon a 5 out of 5   The Financial Manager Adam was a little different. Even though he answered all my questions, I didn't feel such at ease to be honest. As I mentioned before, my father asked a lot of questions on my behalf because he is more experienced in purchase big ticket items. Adam was great in the beginning however as we went along, it became annoying. One time when my father was explaining something to me, Adam interjected and suggests that I make my own decision and or him to allow me to choose for myself. That could have been left unsaid as that is something that I should tell my father and not the Financial Manager. When my father asked him what he did for Valentine's Day, Adam explained that he and his wife didn't do anything and made a couple of jokes about it. That lighten up the mood a bit because it was funny and my father and I were laughing. However, he proceeds to say that they actually celebrated on 2/15/2016 (mind you we were there between 6--8:30pm so I guess we were the last ones) but that it couldn't happen because he was here at work and not home. That part could have been left out because that can be taken as us being a bother to his special day. :/ ok   In all, it was little things like that that turned me off. They gave me the best deal that nobody else could give me. All of the warranties gave me a piece of mind. I did not feel any pressure to buy my car. We didn't blow our budget. We had a minor problem a few weeks after we bought it but Chevy covered the repair under warranty. All is well now.I figured that new cars aren't 100% perfect either. I am extremely happy with our purchase this past May. The next car will probably come from Enterprise unless their policies change. I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan from enterprise. 1 week after my purchase I took it to the Nissan dealer to have inspected. The car needs an entirely new brake system costing me approximately 1000 dollars. I am now trying to get enterprise to pay for at least half of the repairs even though they should be responsible for paying the entire bill since their certification said the brakes were well within manufacturer specifications prior to selling the car. The process a buying the car was quite simple in the company has very courteous and attentive staff. Now after the sale the assistant manager is still attentive to my problem, but I will have to wait and see if they will pay even a portion of the bill since the car had bad brakes prior to sale and the company said the brakes were fine. I would suggest anyone taking the car to the dealer for inspection prior to any final purchase from enterprise. read more
