Contacted LizJ the service advisor with a photo asking what it was. It was the cover to the cabin air filter. So evidently removed as part of the multi-point check but didn't put it back on, even though the filter was not changed. I replaced the cover and noted my dissatisfaction. The response I got? "So sorry to hear that". ‍

So, I rarely write reviews but I could not buy a jeep from this dealership to save my life. I…read morespoke to a salesman on thursday night and informed him I was pre approved through USAA but wanted to see if they could beat their interest rate. It was close to 6 pm when they close so the salesman said he would get in touch with me the next day. I had a jeep picked out I like. I filled out another finance app on their website around 10 am in the morning. By 1300 I hadn't heard a word so I reached out to the salesman helping me. He was very nice. He said they beat USAA's interest rate but when he told me my monthly payment it was higher than what USAA's monthly payment was. I told him the math isn't mathing lol. He said he wasn't allowed to talk the finance piece with me so wasn't sure what the interest was. Fine. I asked him to have the finance email me the numbers. By 1600 I still had no email and hadn't heard back from my salesman. So, I reached out again. This time he finally had the finance manager call me who still hadn't figured out my interest rate as he politely told me if USAA was a comfortable payment for me I could just go with them. In the meantime between 1300 and 1600 I filled out another app on Bank of America's site and was approved in 3 mins with a much lower interest rate than what USAA would give. By 1700 one of the sales employees who text you throughout to make sure things are going well said they got me the monthly payment I want and could I come in on Sat to sign. I had already told this person and my sales rep that Sat wouldn't work as my wife and I had plans we couldn't change. I was trying to wrap up a sale Friday night. At this point they said they wouldn't hold the vehicle for me until Monday !!??? Are you kidding me !!! I was pre-approved before I even called on Thursday night !! And now after waiting all day for your dealership to do nothing for me quite frankly, I got my own financing, you won't hold a vehicle 2 days !!?? Lost my business quick. I've never had more trouble buying a vehicle in my life and I'm 57. lol I will never use this dealership again. And when I informed them they lost by business due to not holding the vehicle I basically got "oh well". Wow

There was no part of the entire experience that wasn't way above what I have had in the past. Our salesman Derek was a pleasure to work with and he really paid attention to detail. We came in on a Monday to look at the car, then when we came back 5 days later to actually pick it up he already had at his desk the cans of soda that we liked, and drank the last time we saw him. May seem like a little thing, but it is an indicator of the level of the attention to detail of customer service they showed. I felt like the deal we got couldn't have been too much better. We are completely satisfied with the new car, the deal we got, and the overall customer service.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership for my elderly mother-in-law, who lives in Iowa. The…read morecar was bought and is staying in Iowa, but the dealership issued an "In Transit" title--typically used when a car is leaving the state. This has created major issues with registration, and when we reached out for clarification or assistance, the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help in any way. All we needed was guidance on how to correctly title the vehicle so we could register it properly, but the dealership refused to take responsibility or offer any customer service after the sale. It's unacceptable that a dealership can't or won't stand behind their paperwork--especially when it causes complications for the buyer. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing a vehicle here, particularly if you need any follow-up support. Once the sale is made, don't expect professionalism or help.

We recently needed to purchase another vehicle after an accident. I was not looking forward to it…read morebecause purchasing a vehicle is always such a time suck. This was absolutely not the case here. Shane was amazing. He went above and beyond making sure we got what we needed, speeding up the process to have everything worked out before we arrived to sign the papers and hand over the check, and he even followed up after the sale which was greatly appreciated and not at all expected. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

They did a good job fixing a mistake that another GM dealership messed up. My Tahoe had car trouble…read morein Evansville, Wy on a weekend. Had to leave my Tahoe at the GM dealership there, take a bus back to Salt Lake City, and catch a flight home for work. They replaced the crank angle sensor, and I had the vehicle shipped home. Several months later I ended up on the side of the road on my way to work. Had the vehicle towed to Green. They discovered that the wires to the crank angle sensor had been routed wrong, had been rubbing against a moving part, and had finality broken. I mistakenly believed that they would fix it and not charge me, since it was a GM shop's mistake. Instead they charged me full price and left me to deal with the dealer ship in Wyoming on my own. They said that if the shop was honorable they would refund me what they charged me. An honorable dealership? Yeah right. I didn't even bother. That was 16 years ago. I understand that each shop is independent, and that that is how GM does business (or did at one time). That does not mean I ever have to do business with a GM dealership again. Haven't owned a GM vehicle since 2009.

We test drove a similar model and he showed us pics of the vehicle we were interested in. Only after I asked about a warranty he advised the vehicle has a salvage title, but only due to theft and not damage. Initially we were open to the idea of purchasing a salvage title vehicle. He told my wife and I that he sells lots of cars before they make the lot so we could put a $500 deposit down in the vehicle And if for any reason we decide we don't like it he'd refund the deposit back. He advised that the vehicle was currently at the shop getting a couple panels refinished and that he'd call us in a couple weeks when it should be done. After about a week and some thought we decided we were no longer interested in this vehicle because it was a 1 yr old vehicle with 25,000 miles, and a salvage/rebuilt title with no warranty. We did not want to spend $48,000 on a 1 yr old vehicle with a salvage title with and extended 5 yr warranty and would like our deposit back. He rambled on for several minutes about hypotheticals etc telling me I was taking food off of his table (while holding MY $500). I called twice asking for my deposit back and both times he refused. I'd give 0 stars to this clown. Definitely don't recommend.
